Best service quality

I went to Bangkok several times but never experience is good service quality. The driver is friendly, take care of the customer and the car is so clean. They make the happy start of my trip already! I will use them again for my return trip! Thank you!

Not very good but you get what you pay for.

Took some time finding the sign with my name. No one was holding it as promised by the vendor. It was pasted on one corner with a bunch of other name cards. Then we had to wait 15 minutes inside before the guy who seemed to be a coordinator told us to go out. His instructions were to go out the door, cross the road, turn left and look for the car with license plate no._____ We did so and walked and walked without finding the car. Finally after walking back we saw the car. We were supposed to turn right, not left!! The car was not very clean and the driver was very shabbily dressed. He kept saying something to us we did not understand. Looked like he was using a translator app to record and translate our conversation. Strange! His driving was ok. We got to our hotel in about an hour.

Good but busy meet.

I booked via booking. com and I got a transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the hotel in Sukhumvit. The service is excellent, well organised, polite driver and clean car. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Nice Ride from BKK Airport

I booked smartryde through Expedia for my arrival flight in Bangkok Suvarnabhumi and the service was excellent. I contacted them via chat to reconfirm my reservation. On the arrival date, they contacted me via whatsapp and keep following up where I was till I met the rep and got on the car. Booked a Camry and got a Camry. Could not be happier ;)
