Wonderful 2-day tour of Bangkok!

We chose the 2-day private tour of Bangkok and we loved it. It was beyond expectations! Our guide, Joy, was kind, professional, enthusiastic and gave us the best guided tour we could have had. I strongly recommend this tour. It is very well organized and gives you the chance to visit all the must see attractions in Bangkok.

The best Bangkok experience you can gett

This was the first time for me and my mum in Thailand. We booked two tours with Mr Chob's company and our guide was Mr Andy. He was simply amazing. Very knowledgeable, available for anything we needed, extremely helpful and both days went the extra mile for us. I can't imagine doing a tour around Bangkok without him. Both days we had extreme heat it even reached 48 degrees and Mr Andy always made sure that we are OK. I am so grateful for his services and I recommend this company 100%. Thank you Mr Andy 🙏

Outstanding Tour

Aom was an outstanding tour guide! She was timely, knowledgeable, thoughtful and fun! She planned a full itinerary, and we accomplished it all! We rode tuk tuks, the metro, and a long boat. I could've never navigated all of these places so quickly on my own. She knew all the best spots for photos, refreshments, and shade! She even took many great photos of me! Hands down, this option is worth every Baht! :)

Bangkok and Markets Tour

Review for Ms. Aob from Mr.Nicky from Mr Chobs Tours We had the most wonderful two days exploring Bangkok with Ms. Aob as our guide and Mr. Nicky as our driver. As a family of four, including two teenage boys, we had high expectations, and Ms. Aob exceeded them at every turn. On the first day, we visited iconic landmarks like the royal palace and Wat Pho, where we indulged in an outstanding massage. Ms. Aob took us to an excellent Thai restaurant for lunch and took us on a river tour to experience local Thai life. Day two was equally memorable as we boarded the train to the railway market, where Ms. Aob organized for us to sit in the driver's compartment for a unique perspective. We then visited a coconut farm for outstanding coffee before exploring the floating market, indulging in amazing foods and exotic fruits. Back in Bangkok, we visited the sweet market, silk market, and Chinatown, completing our immersive experience of the city's culture and cuisine. Throughout the tour, Ms. Aob's warmth, generosity, and extensive knowledge made every moment enjoyable. The SUV provided by Mr. Nicky was clean and comfortable, with cold water and towels provided at every stop, making the scorching 40-degree heat manageable. Ms. Aob's treats of Thai delicacies along the way added an extra layer of delight to our journey. The tour represented excellent value for money, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Wonderful tour of Bangkok at a great price.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) had decided last-minute that we wanted a tour guide for a day in Bangkok. After doing some searching I found Mr. Chob Thai Tour Guide and started a chat on WhatsApp. Responses were quick and helpful and we were able to set up a tour to start at 7am the next morning even though we were chatting at around 9pm. Ms Nutty was our tour guide and was WODERFUL. She took us around Bangkok for 7 hours, to some places that we might have visited if we had wandered on our own and many we would never have thought to go. She made the sightseeing effortless, doing all the communicating, negotiating, and transactions during our journey. We went with the public transportation option as opposed to the private transportation and were so glad we did. We used all types of transportation to get around the city (open-side city bus, tuk tuks, a boat, and the metro) and each one was a fun experience on its own. When we visited markets, Ms Nutty would quickly chat with some vendors and then get us some things to try (all of which were amazing). When we were at temples, she did a great job of explaining the history that was depicted on many of the walls of the places we visited (this was our second day in Thailand truly enhanced our trip when we later traveled around visiting temples elsewhere as it gave us some foundational understanding of what we were looking at). At the end of the day we just settled up with her for the cost of her taking us around as well as all the additional costs she had covered for us (temple fees, transportation fees, lunch costs, etc. I'm not sure if she gets a discount as a tour guide, but in the end it seemed incredibly affordable (far less than I expected). We HIGHLY recommend Mr. Chob Thai Tour Guide as well as Ms Nutty. All around a wonderful experience.

Fabulous 4 days touring Bangkok

I was apprehensive about trying to tour Bangkok but once I communicated with Mr. Chob Panama, all my concerns melted away. He assigned Ms. Aom to be our guide for 4 days and she was Wonderful, Kind and a Pleasure to be with. We had customized tours on days 1 and 4, and did the standard tours of Ayutthsya and the railway market on days 2 and 3. Wow, just wow. But what made it special was the thoughtfulness of Ms. Aom and our driver Mr. Nicky who was with us for days 2 and 3. My husband only drinks zero sugar non-caffeine drinks, so that leaves out Coke light found everywhere. Ms. Aom showed him some nice Schweppes drinks which he loved. On day 2 Mr. Nicky arrived with his comfy van with a cooler full of ice and stocked with those drinks plus water and cooling towelettes, which he handed us each time we got back in the van. And when we missed the Royal Barge Museum on day one due to our packed schedule, Ms. Aom rearranged day 4 to make sure I saw it. Just 2 examples of the good care we received. I could write THOUSANDS of words to describe our 4 days but suffice it to say that I highly recommend using Thai Tour Guide if you visit Bangkok.

Best private tour guide!

Mr. George Arayon Chittiwan was our tour guide. He was great! He met us at our hotel and was very attentive. He helped us plan out a day of sightseeing that we couldn’t have planned ourselves. He was very knowledgeable about the city, its history, and culture. He took great care of us and made sure we were well cared for. He arranged a private boat ride for us on the canal and took us to all the sites we wanted to see. He paid great attention to detail and made sure we had as much shade and water as possible on a very hot day! We also loved his sense of humor and realism to sharing about the sites! I’d highly recommend him and this tour. We loved George!!

Amazing walking tour of Bangkok with Aom!

Aom, our guide, gave us a wonderful walking tour today. She met us at our hotel, which was great since we didn't know Bangkok at all! She is very knowledgeable about the city. We got to taste some varieties of Thai food. The food we had was also very good. We went to China Town, took a boat to cross the river, walked through the large mall that had all kinds of amazing fresh food!! We also saw several temples along the way. We even rode in a Tuk Tuk taxi. Overall, great experience of Bangkok.

One and only gudie you should get in Bangkok

We had a short day with Ms.Joy in Bangkok, and it's just beyond any description. I strongly recommend Ms. Joy to anyone visiting Bangkok. This is the perfect tour guide anyone would expect. Joy greeted us at the hotel, listened to our needs, and helped us arrange a perfect day. The trip was safe and fun, and Joy showed us around so many hidden gems in the city, making this trip unforgettable. Ms. Joy herself was nice and sweet and very easy to communicate. If I ever have a chance to revisit Thailand, I will definitely come to Chob and his team again for another great adventure.

One night and day in Bangkok

George was a very good guide, very knowledgeable and showed us around the various sights in Bangkok. He knew many shortcuts so we could cut out the crowds and where to take the best photos. He organised for us to go to a show in the evening and turned up at our hotel with a taxi and took us there so we did not get lost. The following day he picked us up and we went to the train market and floating market and he made sure we were back in plenty of time to meet our coach back to the ship. The car provided to transport us around was very comfortable.

Best guided tour

Our guide Mee was absolutely incredible! She went wayyyy above and beyond to make sure we were educated, and fully emerged into the culture of Thailand. She is amazing at her job and would 100% recommend! Thank you!

Wonderful busy day

Saturday we did a tailored tour with Thai Tour Guide and was a wonderful day. The private tour was made to our taste and discussed with Mr. Chob previously (floating and train markets and Bangkok temples tour). We have a 4yo daughter so we wanted to choose and pick what we were going to see/do. Our tour guide was the amazing and kind Ms. Aom. She was very patient and guided us the most efficient way through all the sites. The driver was also very nice and ponctual. They did their best to accomodate our wishes with our daughter and was a great day! Surely recomend.

Beautiful Bangkok

Mr Chobb helped us organize 3 separate 1-day private tours in and around Bangkok. Communication was excellent. Although we both speak English, French is our preferred language and he found us a French speaking guide, Mrs Oddi. We truly enjoyed all 3 days. Loved the National Palace, the Wat Pho temple, the floating and train markets, and Ayutthaya. Mrs Oddi is very knowledgeable about Bangkok and its history and Buddhism. She is also very nice and attentive. We loved Thai Tour Guide and recommend them highly.

TUK TUK Jamaican Style

We had the Tok Tok night tour with our tour guide Mr. Andy. He gave us an amazing tour and the highlight was the stop at Khoasan Road where we had a lot of memorable fun sampling the street food, music and good beers. We fealt very safe with our guide and his English was impeccable.

Amazing tour with Ms Aom

We did the Bridge over the River Kwai tour and our tour guide was Ms Aom. The tour was fantastic and perfectly timed with visits to the Railway Museum, Kanchanaburi War Museum, an amazing train journey on the Death Railway over the River Kwai bridge, walking along the wooden viaduct near Tham Krasae station, visiting Krasae cave, then returning to walk across the bridge over the River Kwai and see the locomotives and track train used during WWII. We absolutely loved this tour but it was made all the more enjoyable by our tour guide, Ms Aom. She timed everything to perfection, got us seats on the side of the train with the best view, bought us snacks and genuinely looked after us throughout the whole day, plus we never felt rushed at any time. She really is the loveliest person and there were huge hugs all round when we said goodbye at the end of the day. We must also say a big thank you to our driver who drove us round safely all day and to Mr Chob, whose communication regarding arranging the tour was perfect. Needless to say, the next time we are in Bangkok we will definitely book another tour via Mr Chob and ask for Ms Aom as our guide. If you are thinking of booking, just go ahead and do it. You won't regret it!

Booked 2 tours with this company during a recent visit to Bangkok, a private tour around Bangkok and an evening rikscha tour with street food stops. Both were very well organized, the guides got in contact well in advance, were knowledgeable and attentative. I would definitely consider going on another one next time I visit Bangkok

We contacted Mr Chob for our 3 day custom tour. He responds very fast and provides all needed details and suggestions for our tour and hotels to look at where to stay. Customized our tour to our needs and been very patient when we needed to change our schedule. Ms Joy was our guide. Together with lovely gentleman who was our driver. Very knowledgeable. Always happy to answer questions and provide information. Always ready to show something what only locals will know. Arranged us 3 wonderful boat trips to show local life. We been looking for mini pineapples and guys found us local seller during the day. Always had cold water and towels for us throughout the day. Will definitely recommend them to our friends.

Best walking tour ever! Great guide.

Best walking tour ever! This was a private tour and we were a group of 3 friends. He took us to really interesting and special places around Bangkok's China Town and the Hua Lamphong area. We visited cool hidden spots and also famous places. The explanations and stories were very interesting and his English is completely fluent. We were all very impressed by the guidance and by his charming and friendly personality. I would highly recommend taking this tour!

The best Thailand tour

All initial communications were done via emails and final itinenary was customized many times as per our requests. Whenever we request any changes, Mr Chob promptly replied and fulfilled our requests. Once we visited on Thailand on 21st December morning, as per the itinerary, Ms Nutty was assigned as our personal tour guide. She was a very friendly person and helped us many ways, even gave us may freebies like fruits, sweets, wet towels, cold drinks, etc. During our visits to Dream World and Safari World, she was there with us thoughout the day and it was very helpul in many ways. Family Night Tour of Bangkok by TukTuk

We booked a private night tour of Bangkok by TukTuk with our tour guide Alex. The whole experience was excellent, from the booking right through to the tour, sights, drinks and food. If you have limited time and want to experience Bangkok at night, this is a perfect tour. Alex is a brilliant host, with great knowledge and a wonderful sense of humour. He really went above and beyond to make our tour special. I highly recommend!

Andy is 10/10

I never tend to leave reviews but this is by far one of the best tours I have ever done and Andy was the perfect guide. We wished the day did not finish as Andy was able to blend the perfect proportion of history, food, culture.... All by foot and water. If you are on the fence, just do it. The one to one experience over a big group made it much more personal and getting to know Andy was one of the highlights Thanks again James and Vicky

Terrific Tour Experience in Bangkok

We had a very limited time to tour Bangkok. Mr. Chob was very flexible and responsive in planning our private tour, including pickup at the airport and transport to our hotel after our tour. We visited the Royal Palace and Temple, the Reclining Buddha, and took an interesting canal tour, ending with a terrific dinner at a local Thai restaurant. Our tour guide Joy was delightful! She is very knowledgeable and an excellent photographer! Joy knew the best places to take photos - we now have many great pictures to enjoy forever. All transfers were well coordinated, making the most of our time. We had a wonderful time in Bangkok and highly recommend Thai Tour Guide's services.

The Best Tours!

What an amazing time in Bangkok! We ended up using Mr. Chob twice after our first tour was so amazing! We had two different guides, Ms. Amb and Ms. Nutty, and both were fantastic! Both tour days were customized to what we wanted to do and more! They added little things along the way to amplify our tours. Sightseeing in Bangkok with Mr CHOB Tours

MR CHOB TOUR GUIDE. We had 2 days in Bangkok before moving on and wanted to see as much as possible . Contacted Mr Chob tours to request a personal guide. Replies were very prompt Ms Lek was our personal guide collected us from our hotel . Sky train Metro River boat to get to the Grand Palace and Reclining Buddha and look at Wat Wun from the boat . Very informative about the various kings and what temples they built and how old they were . Emerald Buddha lots of pictures were taken that she sent me later . We stopped at a little local cafe for lunch, very nice and cheap. Would never of gone there myself. Then back on the river for 1 hr on a long boat . We were then supposed to go to the flower and vegetable market but said I wasn’t to bothered so she suggested China Town and I asked about a tuk tuk ride . Nothing was any trouble. There is no way we would have been able to do it on our own. No hanging about started at 9 am and all done by 4 pm . Well worth it .

Ms Aom is a great private guide!

Ms aom took us on a wonderful building tour. We wanted to go by public transport and see the modern side of Bangkok - she absolutely delivered Highly recommended and great value. Nb we use sky train, foot, boat bus, tuk tuk but not car!!!

Amazing Overview by an amazing guide.

This tour with Miss Aom was simply spectacular. She was a magnificent hostess and knowledgeable beyond our expectations. The tour covered all the special things we wanted and some amazing hidden treasures. We hated to leave her at the end of the day. Great private tour for 3

Our tour with Mr. Alex was exactly what we were looking for after first arriving in Bangkok. It was a great way to see the highlights of the old city as well as get insight on life in Bangkok and Thailand from a local.

A fabulous experience

We had five days in Bangkok and spent two of them with our magnificent guide Joy Rapeepan. She was waiting for us as we stepped out of our accomodation and that day and the day after we packed so much in. We saw the Royal Palace,Temples,markets(including the folding umbrella market) had a canal trip,visited the coconut plantation and packed in much more! Joy's incredible knowledge and passion for history were infectious and she took so many fabulous photographs for us. She started out as a tour guide and ended as a friend! What an amazing lady,she looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou Joy,we will never forget our Bangkok experience.

Second time with this company and would book again if given the chance; Cannot recommend them enough

After trying the tour back in 2019, I opted to avail of their services again for a family holiday. I emailed them a few months prior to our holiday and coordinated with Mr. Chob as to the itinerary. He was extremely helpful and prompt in answering the emails, especially when I requested for our previous guide, Mr. Andy, as our tour guide for the entire duration. As the travel date drew nearer, we touched base again and clarified modes of payment, especially since our flight is a red eye flight and we might not have enough baht for the van service. Everything was handled flawlessly. All 5 days was wonderful and my family (all 7 of us in the group) enjoyed every single moment. Mr. Andy was very sensitive as to whether it was getting a little too hot for my parents, as well as giving us a little extra time in a certain place to take in more of the sights. The 5 days in Thailand seemed to pass by very quickly and we cannot wait to come back to explore other regions of Thailand. Will definitely be booking with the same company in the future. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Best thing we did was

We had booked a two day tour with them ,Ms Aom was our guide. From the start we tailored our 2 days for what we wanted to do and they ob didliged. She was excelent , arrived promptly at the schduled time and took us around bangkok by taxi , tuk tuk and long tail boat , it was very efficent and we saw grand palace, Wat Pho, The Royal Temples (Wat Phra Kaew, The Temple of the Emerald Budha Wat Pho , Ms.Aom was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. She explained all the details of Temple and Palace in a very professional manner. Thoroughly enjoyed our day , Second day was in a private van with a very courteous diver we went to the floating and railway markets , silk shopping and multiple other local area. They were both wonderful and always willing to change and adopt to our needs. will fully recommend the private guided tour. They even gave tips on bargaining and best places to buy stuff.

We had a wonderfull private tour to the river kway Bridge a train tour and other attractions in the area. Our guide George was wonderfull very good explanations and very pleasant personalty. Fully recommended

A great day's private tour of Bangkok with top guide Ms. Aom

We took a day tour with Ms. Aom our personal guide with 4 small children to the Palace, canal tour and the flower market. Ms. Aom was amazing nice and pleasant, very knowledgeable and especially helpful and considerate with the children. We learned a lot about Thai culture and history, belief and architecture and a whole lot more. During the day Ms. Aom altered the trip to suit the children took us to the boat tour when it was hot and showed the highlights when they were tired she even watched over the baby when he fell asleep so we could go in to see the lying Buddha. Thank you Ms. Aom it was amazing we'll surely be back

Wonderful and flexible day trip with friendly private guide!

We had a wonderful time with Kh Aom and loved seeing this special part of Bangkok with her as our guide! She happily made changes to suit things we wanted to see more of, places we wished to eat and suggested great stops for our children. We were two families of four and were very comfortable on the one boat today. I definitely recommend doing a private tour with her!

Perfect day tours for group/family in Bangkok

We travelled as a family (three women with an infant). Since I was traveling to Bangkok for work, we booked three one-day tours with Thai Tour Guide. The first was to see the Royal palace (and other attractions) on Day 1, the floating market and walking tour on Day 2, and Ayutthaya on Day 3. While I only joined my family on Day 3, we loved our experience with Thai Tour Guide. Right from our first interaction, Mr. TJ was helpful and prompt with our queries. We received a travel itinerary within a couple of hours of me reaching out to them on WhatsApp. We had the adorable Ms Lek as our fabulous guide. She was warm, kind, and very informative. As we were traveling with an infant, she went the extra mile to make the trips comfortable and memorable us, especially our baby. She is an excellent photographer and volunteered to take photos too through the three days. We have wonderful photos from our trip thanks to Ms. Lek. A shout out to Mr Kai, our driver, who ensured that our van was clean (our baby is a messy one), stocked with cold drinking water, and was always ready with wet face towels between our sites (Bangkok is so humid in August!) Between Ms Lek and Mr Kai, our three days were a dream! Now, with regard to logistics, I'd give Thai Tour Guide a full score for the arrangements. They are professional (for instance, checking in with us on arrival and confirming pick up/drop points), punctual, well coordinated, and courteous. The vans are spacious, cool, and can easily accommodate a group of six (not to mention well maintained vans!!). And there are no hidden charges, extra fees, or surcharges over the quoted costs. We highly recommend Thai Tour Guide to anyone who is looking for a well-planned tour around Bangkok minus the hassle of setting an itinerary and coordinating travel between sites, especially if you're traveling as a group or with your family. Wonderful experience - highly recommended

Fantastic day to go with your family. We visited the Railway market (we arrived by train-highly recommended), the Floating market and back to Bangkok for walking tour in the Chinatown ending with a visit to the golden Budha. Very good excursion, very nice transportation (new van with air-con) and a wonderful tour guide Ms. Aom, who did an awesome job; taking us for lunch in a very typical Thai place and guiding us to visit places “out” of the touristic herd.

I took a night tour and a cultural tour with Chob and one of his guides. the tours were first class with lots of great information and insight, and also just a lot of fun. The night tuk-tuk tour was just a great way to see the sights. Cultural tour included the floating market and temple of dawn.
