As expected

The van was punctual in picking us up at the hotel and on time in dropping us at the airport. While a little pricey for bangkok, i had seniors in tow and had not many other options. The van was a little stuffy. Not sure what it was that made it so as my mother was feeling a little car sick from the ride. She didn't have that in our day travels with another company.

Good well priced transfer

The transfer was there promptly, the driver was welcoming, sorted out the loading and gave us cold water as advised at time of booking. The journey was efficient and we felt safe Having used Blue Jade twice now I would say thier vehicles are older but very clean and well maintained and I believe this is reflected in a very good price

Safe Driver

Our driver was on time to transport us from our hotel to the airport. Although it was rush hour traffic, or driver safely got us to our destination.

A pleasant and seamless transfer to the airport

Our minivan driver arrived at our hotel at the scheduled time and we had a pleasant and seamless transfer to the airport. It's the perfect way to get several people and their luggage from a hotel in Bangkok to the hotel.

Prompt driver

The driver was very prompt picking us up from the hotel. He was very polite and helped us with the luggage. The van was large and clean. The ride to the airport was painless. Thank you.

Good Driver

We arrived on a domestic flight from Chiang Mai to BKK airport. The driver is waiting for us right outside of the luggage area. We spotted her right away with our name on the sign as we walked out. She asked us to follow her outside to the terminal and told us to wait for her as she went to drive the van over. The wait is about 15 minutes because the traffic at the airport was very heavy. When she came back, she helped us to put the luggage in the van. It is a large van, very clean. There is water waiting for us. She is a very safe driver. We arrived around 4pm, the traffic is very bad at this time and it took about one hour to reach our hotel. The driver doesn't speak much English, just the basic ones to tell us to follow her and wait for her. When I tried to ask a couple of questions, she was not able to understand me or answer my questions. That's OK for me because we hired her for transportation purposes, not a city tour :)

Good driver

The driver is very prompt at the pick up time. She drives very safety and we arrived at the airport earlier than expected because there's no traffic in the morning. Her English skill is limited. Will not be able to answer questions if you want to know anything about the city. But we hired her mostly for the transportation, so that's OK.

Best way to get to hotel from the airport.

This was a great and inexpensive way to get our hotel in the city. Our driver was there for us at Gate 3 as promised with a placard with our names on it. That was a relief at 1am in the morning after 24 hours of flying. He was so helpful with our luggage and was friendly and courteous. Immediately we got into the (nice) SUV he gave us ice cold water. The ~one hour drive was enjoyable and stress free as he was a very good and responsible driver.

The driver is very nice, he is polite and freindly. They prepare a BB seat for my child. Nice service. The van is new and clean. For three words : good good good !

Dishonest business operators

I contacted the company three times about the mistake in the hotel, but the driver didn't understand. I recommend you to avoid this company. Two circles are for the driver's evaluation, and the company is ×. Even though I confirmed it in Thai with the hotel concierge, the driver didn't understand. I called the driver directly and everything was fine thanks to the wonderful response of the Sukhothai Hotel.
