I was disappointed when...

I was disappointed when arriving to gate area as instructed. I saw my name on the sign but then they took a picture of me with out my permission, then the driver wasn’t there I had to wait 10-15mins. Then the driver stood at the door Waiving to come to the door. He ran with my bag to his car that was parked in the middle of the street, The car was Involved in an accident the whole left side was banged up, once inside the vehicle you can hear the wind blowing in the car and inside the car there were several mosquitoes flying in the vehicle. I had to roll the windows down. Then driver tried to take another picture of me inside the car without my permission. When traveling solo these measures can make a person uncomfortable and very uneasy.

On time. Good communication before the trip and at the airport. The car was clean. The driver was safe. They were easy to find at the airport!

On time! Easy pick up process

Someone coordinating the pickups was already waiting when we arrived at DMK. Then it was about 5-10 mins wait for the driver to arrive which is acceptable. overall very happy with the choice made.

Great service for our large family visiting Thailand!

Wonderful communication! We reserved a shuttle van for our family of 7. They were on time, professional and friendly. One of our smoothest transfers and so easy to find at the airport (they had a large sign that was super easy, and great instructions prior to our trip). I would not hesitate to use them in the future- thank you!

Good ride

Amazing service with friendly and polite drivers

My husband found their service online on 2022 and since then we are using their service everytime we go back to Bangkok for a family holiday. They have amazing service and all the drivers who picked us up were all polite, kind and friendly. They have clean and spacious cars suitable for a big family like us. I highly recommend to all the foreigners who wants to visit and explore Bangkok.

A safe and reliable service, would recommend!!!

Coming out after claiming our luggages, we were able to easily find the staff that was holding a name card and they were very nice, called the driver and he was also nice enough to help us load our luggages in the car. The driver dropped us off safe and we had a very comfortable ride to the hotel.

Great company, friendly and reliable

We found this company in 2022 and have been using them ever since. The communication is always excellent. We’re a family of 6 and their vans are always top quality, clean and the drivers are excellent. The best we’ve ever used in Thailand. We also used them for a family trip to Dreamworld and the drivers waited for us and were ready to take us back to our hotel within a few minutes of messaging them, they had driven the van from the waiting car park to the front entrance to meet us.

A very pleasant experience. As we come out they were there with the name card. Staff were very friendly. Also dropped us at the hotel lobby. A very comfortable ride.

Easy airport pickup

Very efficient. We found the representative from the company waiting outside the main exit door from baggage claim and we were escorted to a car about 15 minutes later. Good service.

Schnell und einfach

Abwicklung am Flughafen sehr einfach. Terminal 5 ist alles ausgeschrieben und man wird dort abgeholt. Der Van war etwas alt, aber ok.
