Terrible Experience / Reckless Driving

We were very stressed out with this company as we had an early morning flight to catch The driver arrived 35 minutes late, the company did not provide us any information on the driver or even a contact number until we sent several messages through viator …llthe car smelled horribly we felt very unsafe in his car the driver was speeding he drove recklessly weaving in and out of traffic all the way to the airport we almost missed our flight We asked viator for a refund which was denied and the company prevented us from leaving a review by cancelling the booking thankfully we were somehow able to leave the review This is our first bad experience with a viator booking Bad experience all round !!!!! Will not recommend this company!!!!!

Joke, when you ring the hot line, some woman who seems to not even work at the firm answers and speaks little English. Taxi was booked for 9-30 from hotel to Airport. Arrived at 10-15 and said they went to wrong hotel 🤷‍♂️. Dreadful experience, should have used normal taxi.

No show

Driver didnt show up so we ended up getting a taxi because we would of missed our flight. We waited 20 minutes past the pick up time

We were met right outside of baggage claim and were on our way to the hotel in less than 10 minutes.

Does was it says, but might not be cheapest method

Service was great, picked up as agreed, arrived at airport in plenty of time. Was disappointed to learn two other members of my group, left same day at different times and just got the hotel to arrange taxi, their cost to the airport was half what I paid. The reason I prebooked was because it was meant to be cheaper.

Timely and Easy

The driver was early for the pick up so we arrived at the airport in plenty of time. The driver knew what part of the airport we needed to go which made it easy for us.

Transfer to BKK airport

The transfer went very easily. The service is very prompt - no problems at all. The car is air conditioned as well.

Good price but hard to contact for confirmation

Much better to book a transfer rather than hail a taxi ($$$)! It was hard to get in touch with them to confirm. In had to contact viator to facilitate. The driver was late (glad I booked for much earlier), spoke no English (not surprising though) and kept pointing at a reservation under some man's name. I thankfully got to the airport on time.

Scheduling issue

Overall the ride to the airport went smoothly, but getting to that point was a struggle...the company scheduled to pick us up at 5am for a 940am domestic flight. It took 15 minutes of arguing with the company to get them to pick us up at 0630, which was still way to early but manageable. I understand the need to get to the airport within a reasonable amount of time but we would have been at airport at 0530 twiddling our thumbs for the next 4 hours...just be aware of the scheduled pickup times.

on time airport pick up & good customer support

My self and 2 of my friends travel from Hat Yai Airport to Bangkok.sunlesure world organized both our trip and upon we arrived to Don Mueang International Airport at Bangkok, one of representative was there for warm welcome us. highly recommended there service and we hope to book more tours with them.

Danger do not use for Airport transfers. Driver never showed up and company refused to give me a refund

Not only was the driver not waiting for me when I came downstairs for ride to the airport, after several phone calls which I still have on my phone log and text messages. I waited for 12 minutes after the designated pick up time before letting them know I no choice but to take a taxi to make sure I was going to make my international flight. I contested the charge and they refused to refund me for a service they never provided. I am disgusted and suggest no one use this unreliable service.

Airport to Hotel Pick-up Information

It was nice that they picked me up at the hotel, but instead of the airport I requested, they sent me to a different airport. I had no choice but to take a taxi, but the driver was a nasty one who didn't give me my change and ran away. I tried to take a photo, but he was too fast to get one. In the end, I had a bad experience.

La réservation est rapide (faite la veille pour nous). L'accueil à l'aéroport est simple et efficace. Les voitures sont confortables et les chauffeurs sont sympas. On recommande.
