Inns was super sweet and so knowledgeable and we had the best 5 star service and got to experience Bangkok through the canals and markets and with a tuktuk - that was fabulous, it was super hot and humid so the only thing she lacked was to get more water for us

Great trip with fab guide

This tour was great fun! Geng our tour guide is so knowledgable, friendly and funny. He knows so much and is constantly taking care of our needs. All of the places we visited were great and very interesting. We would do it again! Highly recommended 👌

Great guide, great tour!

Mr. Geng was an awesome guide! He communicated with us prior to the tour and everything proceeded seamlessly. We did so many things on the tour, to include Chinatown, temples,and food markets. We had delicious snacks, drinks and dinner. Great tour!

A 'tour' that feels like a fun evening with friends

Of the four tours we took in Bangkok, this was far and away the best. Mr. Geng had asked for a photo of me when I booked the tour and he walked right up to me at the Sathorn Pier with the photo on his phone. Some things that made this tour stand out: he cared about what we wanted and how we wanted to spend our time; he made a accommodations for my friend who is sensitive to heat (and it was hot) and can't walk as far; he was passionate about sharing Bangkok with visitors and helping them understand the city/country; he answered any and all questions; he spoke impeccable English; the tour was perfectly coordinated and timed -- I was indeed at the top of the Golden Mount for sunset. We got tastes of street food at the market his mother hung out at when she was young, and visited an under-construction and off-the-beaten-path temple in our own Longboat. We stopped at a cafe for a cold drink and toilet break. We took a TukTuk to other stops, including for Pad Thai at a super popular restaurant, and he even made an extra stop so we could take photos. He explained the history of the flower trade as we walked through the 24-hour flower market. We chose to alter our time in Chinatown to a stop for a few photos and then a TukTuk drive through the main street instead of walking, but he stopped to get us a mango and sticky rice dessert "to go." I could go on about all the little details that Mr. Geng attended to but you get the idea. It's at the top of my list of tours that I've taken throughout the world. It felt like an evening out with friends. If you have time for only one tour in Bangkok, choose this one.

Great tour from start to finish with Mr. Tee

We arrived at the meeting point early on the day of the tour on the Sky Train. Our guide Mr Tee was already there with a nameplate in his hand. Instead of waiting for our boat, we immediately set off on another one. Mr Tee gave us interesting information about Bangkok and its history throughout the entire tour, whether by boat, on foot, by longtail boat or tuk tuk and always gave us time to take in the surroundings. At the beginning of the tour, Mr. Tee bought food and bubble tea at various stands, which we were then able to enjoy during the tour on the long tail boat, and later we also ate fantastic Phad Tai in a restaurant after watching the sunset. The whole tour went absolutely smoothly from start to finish. In addition, Mr Tee himself took many photos of us, which he sent to us the next day. This was a nice little souvenir for this great tour.

Had a wonderful time , excellent guide and saw so many things in one trip. Loved the restaurant , long tail boat , sunset views - all of it.

Action packed tour

Amazing tour with so many experiences. Loved the tuk tuk ride. We tried great food at the market. I loved the local temples. Our guide, Ms Imm was very welcoming from the start and informative about the sights and general information about Thailand. Highly recommend.

More than expected!

Excellent tour!!! Mr. Geng showed us the real Bangkok. He is a knowledgeable guide and always did his best for us. The very well-planned tour showed us diverse aspects of the city. He and his team (reliable longboat captain and tuk-tuk driver) were perfect for us. Messages sent by the office before the tour also assured us. There were many surprises. Highly recommend!

Off the beaten track and so worth doing

😁🫶 wow what an amazing 5 hours exploring Bangkok on boats and tuk tuk walking down alleyways filled with market stalls and climbing 300 stairs of the most beautiful temple to watch the evening lights thank u for an evening I will treasure forever and it was only possible by my own personal guide Geng who was incredible thank u thank u 🙏 definitely a tour not to be missed if u want to c a different side of Bangkok 🫶❤️

Great afternoon tour of Bangkok!

Uma was our guide, she was so great! Asked us what we wanted to try from the street vendors, organized transportation well. Overall was a really great experience. Recommend.

A wonderful introduction to an amazing city

We had a great experience - our guide Geng was terrific and we loved the snacks! The temples are beautiful up it was even better to hear the history and connections of these places - we really enjoyed stories of the boat shaped ‘temple of dreams’ and the four kingdoms, and visiting the flower market and a favorite cafe. This is a wonderful introduction to an amazing city!

Beyond Expectations….❤️

This was one of the best tours we have ever been on, anywhere. Geng’s love for and knowledge of his hometown is evident and shared through stories, food, and sights completely off the beaten path: local markets, river, canals, temples, rooftop restaurant, Chinatown. Our family of 5, including 3 teenagers, were so grateful to have had this experience and encourage anyone interested to have the same.

Perfect Afternoon & Evening in Bangkok!

For our one day in Bangkok, this was the absolute perfect afternoon and evening spent with Geng! Everything was amazing as we explored some popular areas and some hidden gems! Geng was so knowledgeable of the whole area and willing to share as much as you wanted. Geng, thank you for treating us like family and getting us experiences that we would not have known to check out or try on our own! You definitely went above and beyond to make the day unforgettable.

Excellent tour of Bangkok

Geng was a fantastic tour guide! He was extremely knowledgeable about Bangkok’s history and culture. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The tour was great, we saw so many sights and did not feel rushed at all. We really enjoyed all the activities and tasting the local food. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get to know the city of Bangkok better.

We had the most amazing time with Geng as he showed us around the touristy and also sacred sides of Bangkok. The trip was very well set up and executed, Geng is extremely knowledgeable, kind and funny ! 10/10 - our best day in bangkok yet.

Interesting and informative

Great evening! We had traveled two days to get to Bangkok and were more tired than hungry so our guide rearranged a bit and took us to additional temples. He was incredibly knowledgeable. He took pictures of/for us along the way. It was great to get to use so many different modes of transportation. Very interesting and informative.

Highlight of our time in Bangkok

Great if you're wanting to see touristy and non-touristy parts of Bangkok. Uma, our guide, was lovely and her explanations of Thai culture really made our time enjoyable.

Amazing Sunset Tour !!

Geng was fabulous and catered our tour to all our request!! So many wonderful things to see and do on this afternoon/evening tour with Geng by ferry, longboat and Tuk Tuk. Introducing us to China town, watching the sunset at the Golden Mount, eating street food, seeing the flower market and learning about the history and culture of Bangkok was amazing! We could not have asked for a better tour to so many different areas in just 6 hours.

The most AMAZING day in Bangkok.

I had the most amazing adventure with Geng. We explored off beat areas that I would never have seen. Experienced wonderful local foods from street markets that I would normally not try and everything was SO tasty. Visited beautiful, peaceful temples that feel so spiritual. Geng is extremely engaging, a wealth of information however doesn’t over talk, I actually feel that he is someone I would like to keep in touch with. Thanks Geng

Amazing tour! Geng, was super nice and had us try lots of delicious Thai food. He also walked us through the history of Bangkok and the buildings which is quite impressive. I definitely recommend this tour!!! Lots to be done and seen!

Best tour in Bangkok

This is a fabulous tour and I cannot rate Geng, the most excellent guide, highly enough. The tour is packed full of wonderful sights and tastes - out-of-the-way temples, street food, local restaurants, the Golden Mount at sunset, a walk around the illuminated Temple of the Dawn at night and, of course, transport by long-tail boat and tuk tuk. If you only do one tour in Bangkok, do this one.

Action packed tour of Bangkok

Spent an action packed afternoon/ evening with Geng, exploring Bangkok. We liked the fact the trip included some attractions that we hadn’t yet been to a bit off the tourist trail. We started on the river, Geng had some great facts and then went round the local market we tried lots of local Thai snacks and the experience was really authentic. We transferred into a long tail boat which was a great experience to get to see a more local Bangkok. The Tuk Tuks took us to the Golden Mount which was an amazing spot (unfortunately it was raining heavily on our visit) nevertheless it was a worthwhile stop off. The dinner at a Well known Pad Thai restaurant was excellent, also some delicious fresh orange juice! Next back on the tuktuks we visited Wat Pho at night, really pretty even though we’d already visited in the day time, hardly any other tourists there at night. Finished the tour with a visit to the flower market and mango sticky rice in China town. Geng had lots of great secret spots, excellent English and is very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this tour if you want an adventure, thanks again Geng.

This review is very late but as I sit down to plan our next holiday I can't stop thinking about our last holiday in Bangkok and the amazing afternoon we had with Mr Geng from Explorenique back in January this year. Mr Geng took us to local and iconic Bangkok sights which gave us an insight into street food at local markets (we tried food we would never try if we were there on our own), cruising in a long tail boat visiting local communities (it was fantastic to be able to interact with the local people), riding in a tuk tuk (we stopped for some amazing night photos), visiting Golden Mount for sunset (what a beautiful place at sunset) , dinner at Rooftop bar (it was a little dark at this restaurant where we sat but the food was yummy!), visiting the flower market (great to get the history of this place) and lastly dessert in Chinatown (we were all tired by now!). Mr Geng was very knowledgeable, he kept our teenagers entertained and his history facts about everything were unreal! The customer service from Explorenique was prompt and I loved that Mr Geng asked for feedback at the end of the tour and sent us photos he took whilst we were on the tour together. This tour was a highlight on our holiday to Bangkok. Thanks again Mr Geng for an amazing afternoon.

Bangkok Surprises!

We arrived at the meeting place early, and so did our guide. So, off we went! Not a moment wasted. We enjoyed the variety of activities and locations - multiple boats/transportation, markets, foods, temples, etc. We loved experiencing the areas that were for locals (not tourist traps). Our guide never pressured us to buy anything, but helped us understand and select the best items when we did make a purchase. Being from Bangkok, he was very knowledgeable and proud of his country - eager to share! Our tour went later than anticipated (benefit to us), but our guide never seemed worried. We hired the tuk-tuk driver to take us back to the hotel after the tour. We recommend this tour!

Best TukTuk Experience

If y’all want a legit tuktuk ride and a tour of the city at night! This is a best choice :) They will make a stop in the middle of the crossing to take a great picture! Thanks Geng for the nice experience :)

Highly recommended!

the trip shows a different perspective of Bangkok an itinerary that hasn't been the usual thing to do by tourists. The tour guide has been very helpful and flexible, if you want to skip something, it's ok. The trip will adjust according to circumstances. All in all, the trip was very very good and highly recommended!

Fantastic overview of Bangkok

It was our first day in Bangkok, just chosen this tour to have a complete idea of Bangkok life, it was the best idea I had... with this tour you visit Markets, Temples, taste great food, use long tail and tuk tuk experience... you won’t be disappointed. The guide is very nice and open to tell you everything you need to know about Bangkok. The sunset on the Golden Mount is magical and the guide’s secret spot worth it!
