Fun filled bike tour

Absolutely fabulous day. Quiet and peaceful with a fantastic guide who wasn't only friendly but funny. It was great to be able to stop off at the market and a few stops along to attend to nature's calling!! Highly recommended

Wonderful moments

Beautiful view with memorable moments. It was a little hot and humid, but the cool breeze and beautiful view in between made me forget them. The Thai market and milking fish will remain as interesting memories.

Worth every penny

Amazing getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very adventurous bike ride on narrow paths. Our guide Peter was extremely friendly and attentive. There was not shortage of water and snacks on the tour! Stopping by the markets gave us a good look into the local life of those who live on the "Green Lung" of Bangkok. Highly recommend jumping on this tour.

More than great!!

Our 3 years old and us booked this for our first day in Bangkok, and honestly I think that it was the best thing to do for a great start in our trip! Our guide Teddy (I hope I got the name correct!) was just very caring and friendly and always smiling and with lots of knowledge and secrets to share! Highly advisable to do this tour, great places to see! In fact, we might do it again during the next days of our stay!

Coming back for more!

Came back for the jungle tour. First tour was the city tour. Experienced guides, they remember you after a couple of years! Very homey and friendly. Bring your sunscreen and mosquito repellant. You’ll need to anticipate cycling narrow lanes and main roads. If you are not comfortable with narrow lanes, please let the guides know. They have alternate routes. Do take note that the jungle tour is better suited for experienced cyclists.

Amazing Time!

We did the jungle bike tour. It's a great way to get out of the city and explore the nature as well as experience in a genuine way life on the country side. Teddy, our tour guide, was personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and my 10-year old boy had way too many) and he also took many great pictures for us on his camera, which he emailed to us after the tour. The first 15 minutes riding in busy Bangkok streets could be adventurous, but Teddy was very attentive leading us negotiating the traffic. Once we got out of the city, it was all leisure. Their bikes are better models than the other bike tour company we tried before. After the tour, we even got a free fish foot bath. This was a well organized tour and my son and I had a great time.

Absolutely loved this trip!

The day I spent on this bike tour was one of my favorite days in Bangkok. The guide was incredible. The bike ride was such a great adventure. I learned so much about Thai history. He took me to a market where I tried local delicacies that I loved. I did this tour by myself and it was fantastic.

Great Day out, with aProfessional Guide

We had an excellent day out, but the weather was extremely hot the day we did it and by the time we got back we were exhausted. Our Guide Teddy was awesome and spoke very good English. You do need some bike skills as some of the areas are quite tight to get through.

Exhilarating Adventure

We had an amazing time. The route was a little more stressful than we imagined as Bangkok drivers get much closer to bikes than we are used to. Peter was a lot of fun as a guide and took care of us. We saw all angles of the city and went to places we surely would not have gone if we hadn't done this tour. The ride had no elevation changes and was not strenuous but it requires some confidence on the bike to deal with traffic and some narrow paths. Several hours of biking in the heat and humidity tired us out but we all went back to the hotel with smiles and good stories of our adventure. Peter kept plenty of water and local snacks to fuel us. As we went on Sunday, we were able to stop at a local market and see how locals enjoy a market; no tourists in sight. Highly recommended if you are up for adventure.

Great but expensive and we didn’t get our photos as promised

The tour was great and guide was friendly, but a few things they could improve on for next time: 1. our guide took lots of photos so we didn’t take many, and we were promised them the next morning by email but never received them. 2. Similar tours in places like Bali were 1/4 of the price, 3. My main concern: For an “eco friendly” bike tour they were not supporting “eco friendly” ways, because they provide you with plastic bottles of water countless times, and when stopping to sample fruits at stands they keep serving them in plastic bags for us to eat in front of the street vendors. So we felt a little betrayed by their eco friendly marketing. We would love to visit again to support them once this issue is addressed.

Half Day Jungle Bike Tour

Great tour, did this as we aren't really fans of big cities so this allowed us to see bangkok but also be active and get out of the touristy areas. The office is quite hard to find but googlemaps helped! I'm not the most confident at cycling on main roads but felt completely safe and negotiating the thin jungle platforms was also not as scary as I thought from reading other reviews. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would recommend, added bonus if being sent photos.

Great way to see the other side of Bangkok

We had a great time during our bike tour. Bikes are very nice and in good condition. Our guide Ar guided us safely through the busy BKK traffic, through the small backstreets and along the jungle paths, while taking pictures and giving us lots of information along the way. Well recommended!

Great non-typical biking experience

This was a unique and memorable bike ride. Saw parts of Bangkok that tourists do not see: local's homes and shops, slums, green space, long boats. Easy riding (flat), but it was quite hot. We stopped for drinks and later for a coffee in an air conditioned cafe. Guide's English was good and he explained our surroundings well.

Loved every second of this tour . The guide "Ar" was friendly and informative. The route was a real eyeopener . The group were a very pleasant lot . It isn't a very strenuous day out thankfully and it felt like you had left the city miles and miles away.

Once in a lifetime experience

My wife and I wanted to see Bangkok from a different prospective. This tour gave us that and a lot more. our guide (Ah) was great.

Fun, fitness and beautiful adventures

This tour was very memorable, our host Teo was very knowledgeable and fun. The tour allowed us to see the areas in Bangkok were the people have a little and a lot. The ‘green lung’ was beautiful and a peaceful change to the hustle of Bangkok. It’s not for the faint hearted as there are some cross country and cross highway moments. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Bangkok.

Great tour!

The meeting location is not easy to find even with the map provided, could do with more signposting in close proximity to the site. Otherwise, the guide was very good (can’t remember his name, was a few weeks ago!) and was very helpful. He was able to talk confidently about the areas we visited and bought some local ‘delicacies’ for us to try whilst we were at the floating market (that’s not technically floating anymore; it’s simply a collection of markets next to the water where boats can travel down to see the markets however they don’t trade onto the boats now apparently... pleased we saw this as part of another tour and didn’t book separately!) The bikes were comfortable, and although there is a short ‘hairy’ journey on the roads through Bangkok, it’s easy cycling. Recommend you wear the helmet provided for this reason! The fish foot spa and ice cream at the end is also a nice touch! Overall, great tour, recommended.

Great way to see the "green lung" of the city. Our tour guide was patient and carefully navigated us through the streets of Bangkok. Such a lovely way to see the city through different eyes

One of our favorite bike tours around the world

We loved this tour, and was nice to get out of the city for biking too, because the city is quite hectic and it was lovely to explore the lush greenery and ruralness in the Green Lung area. To get there you first cycle about 20 mins through the city, and see some of the very poor parts too (which is quite interesting and eye-opening), from where you catch a 10 minute boat ride across the huge river on a long-tail boat .. this was very fun and a nice addition to bicycling. Then once we got to the Green Lung area it was all fun bicycling again, and Teddy showed us the Floating Market which was an experience and he kindly bought us some delicious Thai desserts and snacks to try from some of the stalls. We especially loved the REAL coconut milk ice-cream .. the best and most authentic coconut ice-cream I've ever tasted. Try the toppings too, such as the green jellies and peanuts! Please note the Floating Market is only open on the weekends and public holidays, so try book this tour then! From there we cycled through the tree tops on some man made structures which was super fun, something I've never experienced before ... if you're a bit of a novice on a bicycle or nervous you can opt to push your bicycle here. From there it was onto the national park which was more cycling through lovely surroundings as well as some other fun things that Teddy showed us. This tour was less about seeing a whole bunch of landmarks as you might do in the city, and more about appreciating the sights and activities. Having said that Teddy did give us some nice background information and was always happy to answer questions. English isn't widely spoken in Thailand, but Teddy was quite fluent. He was also friendly and had a pleasant demeanor. He also snapped many photos of us, sometimes sneakily, and sometimes where we posed. These were emailed to us after tour. Thanks Teddy!

A breath of fresh air - literally

Just finished a fantastic day with Khun AHHHHH exploring the rain forest right outside of Bangkok. Met in the morning with Khun Ah and the other guests on the trip who ended up being super friendly and on their last day in Thailand. The weather started with rain but ended up beautifully cool with an AQI of 33!!! Unheard of in April. We took off through the back streets to the river and hauled our bikes and ourselves onto a long-tailed boat across to the jungle. Spent the day breathing the fresh air and exploring miles of elevated trails through this amazing part of the country so close to Bangkok. Khun Ah took us to a market where we sampled an array of tasty street-food, squid eggs anyone? There was plenty of time for pictures and sightseeing and ultimately the day ended way faster than we wanted. Back at the meeting point they have a fish tank to soak tired feed, and the fish provide a little extra "massage". We had an excellent day, well worth the money and highly recommend Khun Ah and the bike tour through the jungle. Nicely done!

Forget the other tour companies

Absolutely amazing tour with one of the best guides in the business…. My whole family loved the morning out with such a great bunch of people and the best guide we've ever experienced. If you want to escape from the busy hectic life of Bangkok then this tour is what you need…. Highly recommended - the other tour companies just cancel on you… Thank you "Follow me Tours"

Super cykeltur i junglen

Skøn cykeltur i både Bangkok og på den lille ø, der ligger i Chao Phraya floden. Teddy var en fantastisk guide og stoppede flere gange for at lade os smage på lokale delikatesser, frugt mm. Vi kørte gennem flere kvarterer, parker og besøgte et flydende marked, som ikke er flydende mere :-) Vi havde en rigtig dejlig dag, og afsluttede med fiske-spa, da vi kom tilbage til kontoret.

Excellente après-midi !

Nous avons grandement apprécié cette après-midi de découverte d'un autre visage de Bangkok. A vélo, aussi bien dans la ville que dans la nature sur ce bel îlot de verdure si près de la ville. Une très belle balade en petit groupe accompagné de notre sympathique guide. Il faut bien maîtriser son vélo mais la ballade n'est pas fatigante. C'est vraiment plaisant. Merci de nous avoir fait passer plusieurs photos prises par notre guide. L'organisation de la visite est au Top et l'ambiance très sympa et décontractée.

疲れたけど、参加して良かった

まず、とても雰囲気のいいお店で、何もかもすごく気持ちよく感じました。最初の応対、ガイドの説明、終わってからのアイスクリーム、全てがおもてなしとして満点でした。肝心のツアーですが、土曜日だったので水上マーケットに行けて凄く有意義に感じました。でも、もし、水上マーケットがない平日なら、何がメインなんだろうと思いました。公園に行って餌をあげたりするのは、日本人にしてみれば、小さい時からコイに餌をあげた事があるので特別なことでも何でもないし、森の中を走るのは、ただの森で、田舎育ちの私には特に珍しさもなかったように思います。なので、参加をされるなら是非土日がいいと思います。水上マーケットは、本当に地元の人しかこない感じだったので、値段も安く、みたことのないものがたくさん並んでいて、観光地にあるものとは違っていてすごく良かったです。

Trepidante y totalmente recomendable

Una grata sorpresa esta excursión, de lo mejor que hicimos y vimos en Bangkok. Ya de primeras es una aventura salir del centro de Bangkok con el caótico caos circulatorio. Visitando barrios que te dan otra visión de la vida de esta gran urbe, cruzando el río en una especie de canoa motorizada, adentrándote en la selva con su vegetación. El guía majísimo con un aceptable inglés y cuando vuelves después de cuatro horas, un relajante masaje acuático de pies con fruta y helados. Además te mandan las fotos que va sacando el guia por mail, todo un detalle. Eso sí, mejor si te imprimes como llegar al punto de partida ya que está un poco difícil de llegar sólo con el típico mapa general

家族3名で午前中のSiam Sawan Jungleツアーに参加しました。 クラブハウスは初訪問だとわかりにくい場所にありますので、ホームページの地図でしっかり確認しましょう。 受付の女性は簡単な日本語ができる方です。 最初に受付でパスポートナンバーを記入し、水を1本いただき、説明映像を見ます。 塗るタイプの虫よけもありました。 Bikeは変速機付きのマウンテンバイクで乗りやすいです。 参加者は私たち3名とドイツ人のカップル、エジプト人男性の6名でした。 ジャングルツアーはガイドさんの先導で、バンコク市内から川中の島にロングボートで渡り、下町の庭先(ジャングル？）と市場を巡ります。 要所要所でガイドさんの説明があり、写真もたくさん撮ってくれます。 市場ではガイドさんが5品くらい食品を購入し、参加者皆でいただきます。 英語でのツアーで英語があまりわからなくてもじゅうぶん楽しめますが、わかればもっと楽しいと思います。 日焼け対策と虫よけ対策をしっかりしましょう。 私は虫よけスプレーを使ったにもかかわらず、数か所刺されました。 また草深い場所を巡るので、植物アレルギーのある方も気を付けてください。 私と娘は牧草アレルギーがあるのですが、目が腫れてかゆくなりました。 クラブハウスに戻った後は水1本とアイスクリームがサービスされます。 スタッフは親切です。 急な豪雨のため当日クラブハウスで中止になり日程を変更しましたが、帰りのタクシーの手配をしていただきました。 結局タクシーは手配できなかったので無料でいただいたポンチョを着て、豪雨の中最寄りのBTSの駅まで徒歩で送っていただき、大変助かりました。
