Firstly, the agent wasn't welcome to my family. My family was getting in trouble for half an hour. After my call, the agent managed to my family.

A nice woman was already expecting me even though the flight landed earlier. She was quickly guided to immigration and then accompanied by her to the taxi stand

Fast speedy & transport was great to airport - but others going through customs were out same time as me - just having someone to meet me as solo female it was worth it - don’t take Taxi - they lie about meter - better to take shuttle or Train into Bangkok city - it’s about 45 min - 1 hour from BKK

SUPERB fast track arrival service

We booked the fast track arrival (immigration )service in bkk. Their rep was waiting for us right outside the jet bridge. The rep was extremely polite and professional. He walked us thru the immigration line in literally 3-4 mins. I saw the lines which looked horrendously long (atleast 1-1.5 hours). Throughout the booking process , Nick and Nuj were fantastic. Extremely courteous and polite. I would recommend IASIA 💯 for anyone visiting Thailand 👌👌👌

Quick trip through immigration

Our guide met us as we exited the plane and took us past the long arrivals immigration line straight to the fast track immigration kiosk. We then followed him out to our waiting private car to take us to our hotel. Very smooth and easy. We didn't have any luggage to wait for so we were through the whole process and to our car in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this service. Very professional and friendly service. I will book again on our return to Bangkok.

Didn't need at 6:00am

I arrived at 5:45 am and was a very empty airport no needed at that time, service was very nice and very good, she even call my limousine and my hotel for early arrival

Airport fast track service

Seamless! We were met at end of airplane bridge and everything was easy from there on. Airport seemed quiet and we were in our hotel limousine within 45 minutes of landing. Even after collecting luggage!!

I booked this on the iasiaonline website and immediately Mr Nick the manager reached out and confirmed my fast track. My flight with Emirates arrived from Dubai 35 minutes early. The guide, Mr Nattapong met me at the gate and guided me through Bangkok Airport into the private fast track zone. We were outside at the baggage claim within 5 minutes. Mr Nattapong was so chatty and helped me buy a SIM card and also recommended a local dentist when I asked if he knew anyone. I saved 2 hours just booking this product. Thank you to Nick and Nattapong for their excellent work.

Absolute best way through immigration

The lines for immigration were hundreds of people long. Estimated time was at least two hours, our guide Pim got us through in 10 minutes. She took us to immigration then went ahead to collect our luggage then took us to find our prearranged car to hotel. Pim was at all times friendly,professional and helpful. Great job Pim. Thank you

Fantastic way to enter Bangkok!! Great Value

After reading the queues at the airport, I booked this with IAsia Thailand through their website. They confirmed within the hour and sent me instructions. The guide met me at the plane exit and we walked together to fast track. She checked my documents and I went through within MINUTES. It was so quick I was the first at the baggage belt. So amazing and quick and well worth the money.

Ripped off in Bangkok Airport

Did not get what I had paid for . Paid for two way transfer that I did not need . When I asked your company if I needed you said yes but I did not. I feel totally ripped off

Great experience, strongly recommend

I rarely give reviews but on this occasion we had such a good experience I thought I should share it. In spite of our flight arriving from Europe an hour early, our charming guide MP, was waiting for us with a clear name board immediately at the end of the air bridge. She took us straight to the fast track lane and waited for us on the other side of the immigration desks; the process was very quick. MP accompanied us to the baggage claim, and thereafter guided us through a very busy land-side airport up to the domestic departures area, and proceeded to take us up to the check-in desk for our onward flight. Only when we had the boarding cards in hand did she direct us to the departures gate and bid us farewell. Great service which we shall be rebooking for our return to Bangkok.

There was no one to receive me. I am 68 years old and expected good service

There was no one there to collect me. I’m a senior citizen with limited mobility. I was told that there would person at the end of the aerobridge to meet me but there was no one present. I had also mentioned that I would have limited connectivity since my phone would not connect upon landing. I finally went through the regular channel and cleared immigration. I paid for this service and didn’t get anything in return. I expect a refund.

We were met at the gate exactly as promised by a young lady who was friendly, professional, and very competent. She guided us to get our bags, then the fast priority lane [passing by hundreds inline], and to our waiting car foe a smooth ride to our hotel. 6 stars!!!

Slide through Bangkok airport

Best $130 spent! Our guide was waiting for us when we got off the plane, expedited us through immigration, got luggage cart, and called our hotel to find out about the shuttle ( shuttle would be 55 minutes) so got us a cab! One hour and 15 minutes later at hotel from arriving at airport!!!

No refund policy.

Had to cancel my booking due to unforeseen medical issue. They operate a No refund policy for Bookings , not exactly VIP 😳 so maybe try other companies for peace of mind.

Thank goodness we booked fast track!

Upon our arrival in Bangkok at 7:30pm, our host/guide greeted us at the air bridge with a sign bearing my name. She was incredibly nice and spoke excellent English. Without delay, she guided us directly to customs, bypassing the long line which seemed to have a waiting time of at least two hours! She left us in the fast track line, where we waited with others for approximately 15 minutes. As soon as we cleared customs, she was waiting on the other side, leading us to the baggage collection area. She patiently waited for us to retrieve our bags and then accompanied us to the car pick up spot. To our dismay, our driver (booked through another company) was nowhere to be found. Nonetheless, our helpful guide phoned him and waited with us until he arrived. She even ensured that he understood our destination despite his limited English language skills. The service provided was absolutely fantastic, and the time-saving assistance was worth every penny. Initially uncertain about using the fast track option, we can now confidently say that we will not visit Bangkok without booking it again. Even if customs has a short waiting line, the invaluable help we received when our driver went missing ultimately saved us precious time. Just imagine if we had endured a two-hour wait after an exhausting eight-hour flight, only to face a two-hour car journey to our final vacation spot! We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the amazing girl who escorted us. Though we regret not remembering her name, she made our experience truly remarkable. We will definitely become repeat customers, thanks to her exceptional service!

Excellent service. The guy was there as promised with sign. He guided me to a fast track immigration counter. All too easy. Saves a lot of time queuing at Bangkok Immigration Counters. Always busy so this service is wonderful

Worth every penny.

The lady was waiting for us at the end of the air bridge. She was very nice and friendly. She did her best in helping us. She removed the suitcases from the carousel and pushed the trolley. Overall very happy.

Family holiday

Meet at the gate and the young lady had a sign with our name on it, the walked us to immigration, the queue must have been at least 90 mins waiting time. She took us past all of them to priority immigration and we cleared in 5 mins. She then took us to collect our luggage through customs and to gate 4 where we had arranged our own taxi, she stayed by our side and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Well worth the money, I would recommend it to everyone, this isn’t a scam it’s an excellent service.

Do not book this service with Viator. It’s been an absolute nightmare. The company will outwardly refuse to amend a booking even if there is a system error or an incorrect booking date. I have spent hours trying to resolve this and presently over $200 out of pocket. Trip advisor also unwilling to help . Do not book this

Totally worth it

After a 30 hour trip I wasn’t exactly in prime shape to find my way around an airport where I had never been and wasn’t sure how much of the signage would be in my language. So I booked this service despite my generally cheap nature. A kind young fellow met me just as I deplaned and took me through immigration, to claim my bag, through customs, then at my request to currency exchange and offered to get a taxi for me. When I told him I had booked a private transfer he got me to the right place and made sure all was in order. Could I have done it myself? Probably, but this took 100% of the stress out of the equation and probably got me out of the airport in 1/3 of the time. I couldn’t have made a better decision.

The ease of being guided through after a long flight. This time immigration was not so busy but the thought of standing and waiting convinced me to use this service and will do so again.

Fast tracked immigration. Positive experience.

However, we could have gotten a can to our hotel much faster than the half hour in the heat and crowds waiting for Camry to arrive. Stated in booking we’d be traveling 3 weeks, had big luggage. Camry trunk not really suited for luggage, so it was Tetris. Both immigration escort and driver lovely. Would book fast track without driver next time and arrange separately.

Second time booking. Quick and organized

This is fast, efficient and convenient! We booked the buggy option to the immigration for my family. Guide was waiting right at the plane exit, she had my name on a board and drove may family and I to fast track area. She was with us right until the exit and showed us to the taxi rank. Highly recommend this company IAsia Thailand if you don’t want to loose waiting time for the immigration, this service is the best way to help you and the family to get out of the airport fast. Really worth it!

Absolute waste of money. Never again. Guide literally walked me 50 metres and not even to my bags or even out the front.

Paid extra for the package that includes porter and buggy service…only to be informed they will not be able to provide porter or buggy service! As a person with mobility issues, this was incredibly frustrating. Conveniently, all bookings are nonrefundable. Will not use this service in the future and will not recommend to other travelers.
