Exceptional

Oddi was exceptionally descriptive about both markets and along the way she talked to us about many Thailand customs and ways of everyday living and traditions of the people. She was very patient and helpful with our many questions and requests. She made us feel like we were family. So caring and kind. The driver drove very safely and followed all the traffic rules. Highly recommend Oddi!!! I would give her 10 stars if I could!!!! We will miss her dearly.

Great tour with Mrs. Oudy!

Great private tour that picked us up from the hotel. Mrs. Oudy ( not sure how to spell her name) was very detailed in her explanation and let us try different foods. Overall great experience at both the railroad market and the floating market was excellent! Truly the highlight!!

Amazing!! Don’t miss

This was an absolute highlight of Bangkok and a must if I’m the area and I don’t have a negative thing to say. We had Thai (apologies if spelt wrong!) and she was wonderful. Thai took us to the coconut farm which was not on the itinerary and we were travelling with someone who has a severe nut allergy. Thai made sure we had the full experience with this allergy and took us to a restaurant who she knew could cater for it. She bought us some coconut pancakes and dried banana and made sure we had change to use toilet facilities and provided tissues as some of there did not have any!! The trip is a unique experience and we were taken to the best spots in order to see things. If you’re travelling with children or more mature adults don’t discount as this was enjoyed by us all of all ages in the group. Would give this more than 5 stars if we could. Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely fantastic tour!

What a fantastic tour! We absolutely had an incredible experience from start to finish! The private transportation was impeccable! The Railway market spot was just superb! We had food and drink and couldn’t have been better value for money or a better spot! The guide was so accommodating for our autistic son! We popped by a coconut farm and had an awesome experience there too! Just amazing! Then onto the floating marked and were treated like royalty. The boat was brilliant with a shade! The houses and market were spectacular. Just all round perfection really. Can’t recommend highly enough! Amazing! Loved every second!

Fun Tourist Thing

Cindy was a superb tour guide. She's very knowledgeable and speaks English well. She took good care of us during our time together and also shared lots of interesting information. The driver was also friendly and professional. The railway market is a short but interesting experience. Floating market was a tourist trap, as expected, but the boat ride was fun. Our boatman was great with his maneuvering skills on water.

Do not book.

Meaklong and floating market trip was BS. Tour guide, Jojo, called the night before and changed pickup times from 0700 to 0900. We were supposed to go to railway first but went to the floating market first instead and ended up missing the train at the Maeklong market which was the whole point of us booking the trip. Floating market was a tourist trap. Was not an actual traditional floating market. On the way back our driver took us to a gem factory (not part of the tour) where we were pressure sold jewelry. Guide smelled like smoke. He kept asking us how big our house was and what kind of cars we drove. He also slept in the front seat on the way back to our hotel and also took non-stop selfies through the tour. Highly recommend not booking with him. Avoid at all costs.

Away from the City of Bangkok

We had a great tour day, walking through the street markets, the Damnoen Saduak floating market by boat, and seeing the Mekong Railway Market area. Our tour guide, Nok, was on time, brought us in a private car, and escorted us throughout the trip. It was a beautiful break to take a long drive from the big city of Bangkok. She impressed us the most by returning a pair of glasses to our hotel, that were accidently left in the car after our tour. We enjoyed the tour!

A "Must Do" for a Half-day from Bangkok

We really enjoyed this tour! Not only was the Railway Market an experience of a lifetime but it's crazy how the vendors (and tourists) scramble to make way for the train to come through. The floating market is also a "must" if you are visiting Bangkok - really fun and this tour gives you the full floating market river experience. A quick stop at an elephant/tiger/crocodile farm was an unexpected treat - my wife's epic hula hooping performance with the elephant's made everyone in the crowd think she was a "plant"! The guide (she and driver along with just my wife and I) made this private tour totally worth it! And since it was a half day we made it back in time to catch our late afternoon flight.

Meklong Railway and Floating Merket Fun

Getting to Meklong Railway Market was a long trip from Bangkok, but so worth the time. Our guide “Kno” was great in working with our schedule and managing our time so that we can meet our bus ride back to our cruise ship. Our timing was perfect in being to catch the train going throughout the market. It’s something to experience. Shopping the floating market was more fun than we thought we’d be experience. Caution in pointing to a station to shop. Kno gave us a treat after the market which to unexpected and very much appreciated. Driver know the shortcuts to get us back to Bangkok with no worries of time.

Floating Market terrible

The Floating Market is an absolute toursit trap. So crammed with boats that you could not even move. Definitely not an autehntic market and only there for tourists. Worse experience ever. Our driver and guide were excellent and highly recommend them but would skip the Floating Market.

Amazing! Do the Private Tour!!

Amazing!! My husband and I booked a private tour for just the two of us, and based on what we observed with the larger group tours while there, it was the right choice!! Our guide, Oddie or Ottie (not sure if correct spelling), was amazing!! Experienced and knowledgeable. We learned so much!! We did the half day tour which was perfect……plenty of time and were able to have the afternoon and evening back in Bangkok to explore. Honestly a full-day would have been too long for us. Highly recommend this trip!!

Such a fun time

The attraction themselves were nice, but our guide wasn't very informative and rushed through out the markets, as if she was tired and wants to go home

Floating and railroad market

It was once in a lifetime experience to visit the floating and railroad market - both were busy, colorful and interesting. The boat noodles were delicious.

Very cool experience. Our host surina was very knowledgeable & sweet! The driver was also safe & fast. Breakfast was available at the pickup spot for purchase! Luch was goood at the Floating market. Very good place for siteseeing and pictures.

Great experience, highly recommended

So, this was completely unexpected. After a fantastic 5-star tour with a short stay in Bangkok, we decided to extend our visit to this city, which certainly deserved more of our time. We discovered Oddi, and she was amazing, exceeding all our expectations. We knew we wanted to visit the train and floating markets, but she took us to hidden gems, skillfully negotiated prices, and helped us make the most of our purchases. The tour to the coconut sugar plant and a local home was a wonderfully authentic experience. She treated us to delicious local treats and then took us back to our hotel. Taking this 'chance' after a 20-day trip was entirely worth it and turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire tour in Southeast Asia. Thank you, Oddi!

Awesome Tour of Two Great Markets

Oddi was a great tour guide through two of the most unbelievable markets in the world. She showed us the best parts of both, captured great photos for us and made excellent recommendations based on our desires. They were incredibly accommodating to our needs and schedule. Highly recommend!

Half Day Excursion to Railway and Floating Market

Had dedicated car to / from Bangkok. About a 90 minute drive. Drive was relaxing thanks to the driver’s professional operation. Mrs.Joyfully, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure! Stopped at Meklong Railway Market. Wide variety market. Rather colorful. Stuff seems to be cheaper compared to floating market. If one is only concerned with a train ride and the railway market, it is rather cheap just to take a round trip ticket from Bangkok to Meklong. The train stops for 30 minutes in Meklong which is just enough time to stroll up and down the market once, or one takes the next train back about three hours later. Educational the stop at the coconut flower sugar manufacturing place concerning how to manufacture a different type of sugar. The stop at the Chang Peak Camp with Elefant and tame “tiger” although interesting was not too much of our liking due to keeping such magnificent animals in close areas although it seems they make an effort to make them as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. The floating market was certainly different. Different food and tourist stuff. Very colorful. Need to bargain a lot to meet pricing comparable to railway market. We were very happy with the non-motor boat ride. Slower, much more tranquil, quieter, more time to observe. Certainly recommended over a noisy motorized boat. Very nice experience lasting almost an hour. The excursion started with a 7am pickup and 2pm drop-off at our hotel. We /Joyfully purchased delicious fruit snacks during the day. No negative aspects or concerns of any kind.

Overall Good experience

This was a pleasant experience and the guide was funny and very personable. She struck up Conversation and provided insight to many things. She offered to take us to see elephants but the site didn’t seem too reputable as they seems to possibly abuse the animals… we left. The floating market had us a bit on edge s the long tail boat driver kept making sharp Turns that seemed as if the boat would capsize. I also had a time getting out of the boat because it sits very low. Embarrassing lesson learned. Inspire of a few confusing times, the excursion was good and they even accommodated us when traffic was horrendous but I need to use the bathroom. I’m overall happy about the experience.

Fantastic Day of Exploration

This was a wonderful tour. Our tour guide Oddi was terrific. She was very informative and helpful (especially with shopping advice and getting us the best deals!). We really enjoyed the day, especially the stop at the typical Thai house where they make various products from coconuts and palm trees. We also has a great lunch at the Floating Market - ramen soup and then mango with sticky rice was amazing! Thanks Oddi!

Private tours are the way to go

Truthfully I was worried about eating street food but Oddie our guide gave us amazing suggestions and got us memorable items to try. We felt like we got really good insider tips on shopping and where to take pictures. I would recommend tours with her, we all had a wonderful time and great pictures to remember our day.

Unique market experience

It is such a unique experience. The train going thru the market is amazing, vendors just move their wares behind the red line moments before the train comes. The floating market is truly a fun experience. Go shopping by long boat.

Exploring the Floating Market and More

Great overall experience-a must do while visiting Bangkok. Pickup at the hotel was great. Comfortable transport to and from the markets. Oddi was a great guide who communicated well, helped us navigate the markets, and provided excellent information on Thai history and culture. We got an extra stop at a Coconut plantation. The boat trip through the floating market was a lot of fun. Sorry for the impacts of the pandemic as there were not many tourists in the area. The coconut pancakes are a must try. The railroad market is a busy Asian market with an interesting twist - the train drives right through the middle. It is interesting to see all the ship owners move their goods out of the way and then back again when the train passes.

Meklong Railway Market

Don't give a miss in a 25 mins train ride from Ba Na Kwang station to Meklong Train Market. It was a fabulous ride till the end. While reaching the market you are able to catch the people scattering to safety and vendor closing their canvas shelters and storing their stocks away from the track to allow the train pass. If u are able to go to back of the train you have a better vision of what's happening after the train passes, vendors will put up their canvas shelters again and business resume immediately

The smile of Asia!

I discovered this online agency by chance, the first contact was with Jacopo who helped me plan the trip, satisfying my requests which included 2 or 3 days in Singapore in addition to visiting Thailand. Then Sandrine who after the actual booking clarified all the doubts before departure. Private tour

The pickup at the hotel was on time, nice greeting and explanations on the way. The driver drove very attentively and was always available on time. Local explanations were given in the markets. Very flexible and pleasant in the car and not in the bus with predetermined stay times, if we wanted to look we had time and if we wanted to go further we drove.

Unforgettable Koh Kood

My friends and I traveled with Innviaggi for the first time and returned to Italy enthusiastically. We returned today from Thailand, a trip organized for us by Alessandro and Viviana to whom I would like to thank them for the professionalism with which they take care of everything, everything went to perfection from the moment we arrived at the airport until departure, the guide was a very kind guy prepared and very kind, the drivers very punctual and with an attentive and prudent guide, Elisabetta, the assistant we had on the island was exquisite to say the least and always available for anything, she organized 2 beautiful excursions for us!? Dream Thailand

We returned a few days ago from a trip to Thailand organized by Alessandro and Viviana. Visited Bangkok and then the sea in Koh Tao and Koh Samui. Buongiorno a tutti sono partita per la Thailandia il 28 febbraio e rientrata il 13 marzo 2020 assieme a mia figlia di 5 anni. Dopo essermi fatta fare un preventivo da una agenzia viaggi della mia città, ho deciso di provare a chiedere un preventivo anche ad Inn Viaggi... e vi dico solo che praticamente a parità di servizi il risparmio era davvero notevole. Avevo già letto delle recensioni positive su questo tour operator on line e mi sono fidata. Ho organizzato il mio viaggio assieme ad Alessandro che e’ stato molto paziente è disponibile ed è venuto incontro alle mie richieste. Svela azzeccatissima : il viaggio è andato molto bene, mi hanno organizzato i voli , anche quelli interni con i vari trasferimenti da e per l’aeroporto. A Bangkok ho scelto di fare con loro tre escursioni, guide puntualissime, parlanti un ottimo italiano , escursioni come da programma! In una parola molto soddisfatta, lo consiglio sicuramente! Ultima cosa... causa emergenza corona virus mi è stato cancellato il volo di ritorno , mi hanno contattata prontamente e trovato un volo alternativo con un ottima compagnia aerea senza costi aggiuntivi e sono tornata su Malpensa senza alcun problema! Soddisfattissima, tornerò in Asia con loro!!

Un viaggio indimenticabile con un'organizzazione ineccepibile!!

ho contattato tramite Istangram questo Tour Operator..ero un po' titubante (dato che sono Ispettore di polizia e di truffe su internet ne vedo a centinaia). Mi ha seguito da subito JACOPO che ha colto al volo le nostre esigenze, ci ha pazientemente consigliato (gli ho levato la vita per quasi un mese, sulla scelta dell'isola) e ci ha programmato un viaggio di 15 gg in thailandia meraviglioso...tenendo conto delle esigenze dei bambini (gite in barca..elefanti..ecc)! Transfert impeccabili e puntualissimi che si facevano trovare negli aereporti ...negli hotel...alle barche... agli orari stabiliti...guide turistiche locali che parlavano italiano gentilissime e simpaticissime (un saluto a Tan a Denis ed a Linda!!), ci hanno portato ovunque anche ben oltre al loro dovere! Mi sono sentita tutelata e coccolata al punto che, ritornata all'aereporto di Roma, ..ho quasi sofferto della sindrome di abbandono nn vedendo nessuno con il cartello con su scritto il mio nome...in sintesi ..un'esperienza indimenticabile!

Bellissima esperienza

Tour operator consigliatissimo: mezza giornata organizzata alla perfezione con guida in italiano. Minivan nuovo e pulito che ci è venuto a prendere e riportare in hotel. Tempistiche calcolate alla perfezione e ci è anche scappato il giro al parco degli elefanti che non era incluso. Prezzi onesti. Sia il personale italiano che quello tailandese si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile.

I colori Thai

Abbiamo partecipato a questa escursione di gruppo durante i nostri 3 giorni di visita a Bangkok. Pick-up puntale in hotel alle ore 7.30 con guida parlante italiano e prima spiegazione dell’escursione durante il tragitto. Autista prudente che non è così scontato nei paesi asiatici, totale gruppo 7 persone. Dopo circa un’ora di viaggio arriviamo in tempo per vedere l’arrivo del treno al railway market, colori, profumi, caos Thai, e i negozianti che con destrezza smontano i propri banchi per il passaggio del treno, esperienza fantastica!! Visita la mercato del pesce e assaggio frutta locale offerta dalla nostra guida!. Dopo pochi minuti di strada arriviamo all’imbarco per prendere la long tali boat. Passaggio per i canali prima di arrivare al floating market. Il mercato viene visto prima dalla barca e poi viene lasciato del tempo libero a piedi per contrattare, acquistare, fotografare e ammirare questa antica tradizione. Nel complesso ottima esperienza. Consigliato. Prezzo ok per il servizio ricevuto.

Caratteristico

Il mercato galleggiante probabilmente è diventato troppo turistico e caro rispetto alla media ma comunque si possono spendere un paio di ore. Molto più tradizionale il Railway market dove infatti si vedono anche thailandesi che acquistano, un po' difficile comprare merce deperibile per i turisti senza frigo, anche se la maggior parte probabilmente non avrebbe il coraggio di farlo vedendo carne e pesce al caldo! Comunque carino vedere cose diverse dalla norma
