Beautiful lights at Night

Very nice tour of Chaophraya. The sea of lights from Bangkok from the boat is perfect. Beautiful sights dipped in their lights in the evening / night. The food on board was also great 👍🏻 we will book it again the next time we visit

Aussie night out

Last minute booking , could only get lower deck , finding the booking office a little difficult inside a very busy shopping centre , would have thought the office would have been on the dock ? Give yourself plenty of time to find … after that information very clear on on what cruise you on , what boat number , etc etc . After being seated the cruise manger came and upgraded us to the top deck . Thank u so much . People need to chill a little as there was a mad rush for the food when there was no need ! There is plenty to go around including big prawns … Great staff , great food , and a great female entertainer who got all involved on the night up dancing and singing etc . All ran like clock work from the minute we left the dock till we returned, 2 hours later . Would recommend this cruise and company to anybody looking for a fun night out on the river . Cheers 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Excellent experience, well organized, great food selection and entertainment on the boat. Trip with friends, birthday celebration during our stay in Bangkok Highly recommended!

Navigating Bangkok's Busy Waterfront - Trials and Triumphs

We arrived approximately 10 minutes before the deadline due to heavy traffic in Bangkok. However, upon arrival, we discovered ICON Siam, a vast complex bustling with thousands of people and numerous shops. Finding the meeting point, which required at least an hour, was virtually impossible. Consequently, we missed our cruise. Upon reaching the piers, I encountered a sea of people and spent over 20 minutes searching for someone to assist us. Eventually, we found a helpful lady from the company who arranged a reasonably priced speedboat to take us to the cruise ship. We managed to board approximately 30 minutes before it concluded. Food was OK

The views were great....

The views were great. Food was good. Organisation was awful , finding the check in was a nightmare and lining up was like a cattle market. Whole thing at the Dock was complete chaos.

Check-in delayed and a bit challenging, but all in all ... NICE

It was very crowded at the Icon Siam, as many dinner cruises start from the Piers at IconSiam, and the check in was a bit challenging. Maybe it was because of the weekend. We were informed that we should be there at 6, but the staff only came around 7:15 to give us the tickets. Other than that it was a fun experience. The food was plenty and choice was good. It was ok for vegetarians, we had a bit of choice. The music and the singer were good, and the last part with dancing was fun. All in all - NICE.

Beautiful city cruise but purpose not served

This cruise is meant to city in lights but the moment it is started they open dinner and people missing beautiful city in night. The cruise should start the Dinner after one hour after tour started. Food is good. Entertainment is good. Singer singing indian and English songs. Authorities should provide seating arrangement for the tourists waiting to board cruise. People are standing tired for more than an hour and not enjoying cruise fully

The cruise experience was...

The cruise experience was delightful, but the getting to the meeting point an then to the pier and to the ferry was very hard and hectic. No proper signs were there. Too chaotic and frustrating. As well as getting back. Huge lineups for taxis

Poor Broading Logistic

The crusie environment is good and the waiters service quality and atttitude is excellent. The food variety at buffet is a bit limited. However, the broading logistic and arrangment is extremely poor. Different cruise ships are broading at the same pier, and schedule or information is unavaliable at the pier, lot of people are crowed and conjested around the pier.

Fantastic experience! The dock looked crazy at first but turned to be quite organized. Would do again.

A Cruise in the Canal

I am not a fan of the tourist “herding cattle” events. This is one of them. Getting on the boat is like this. Once in, you have a table area reserved for you, which is nice. The buffet had a large variety of food. The food was ok. We were on the bottom level of the ship so the views were limited. I would recommend the top area for better viewing opportunities. The entertainment was fabulous! We eventually did go to the top level where the singer engaged with the crowd and was really good. That part made the experience worthwhile.

Average. Where was traditional dancers??

Nice cruise & views. Food was average, we didn't even know when dessert was served. Cocktails were amazing. Entertainment was good but where were the traditional dancers which was one of the main reasons we chose this cruise!!?? Overall i'm sorry to say it was average.

Good cruise, food and entertainment

The cruise was good, nice entertainment and food. I'd allow extra time to find the cruise operator in the Iconsiam building.

Great night!

Missed the departure due to bad traffic, when we eventually arrived we found the kiosk which wasn’t an easy find as IconSiam is a huge place. Managed to find a staff member who took us down to the pier, arranged a speedboat so that we could join the cruise for the last hour. What an experience, the food was lovely, the atmosphere was great and the staff very attentive. Definitely a 10/10

Great Cruise in Bangkok

Go for the view and not for the food!

Will recommend this cruise because of the night lights and beautiful view of Bangkok when on cruise but the food aboard is not good.

Nice

Our first dinner cruise experience. Offered an Indian buffet. Staff was supportive. A singer and a flute player was there. Safety measures were explained. Overall an amazing experience and enjoyed alot

Avoid this at all costs!

Worst tour I ever booked! First of all the instructions the operator gave to check in were laughably bad. It's like they didn't realize how massive IconSiam mall is! Finding their little rinkydink operation was not easy for someone who does not know layout of mall. Then boarding dinner cruise boat was also a disorganized mess it was pure chaos every man, woman, and child for themselves. Finally we discover we pay full price but cannot even choose our preferred table it's pre-assigned and of course they give us worst table possible (bottom floor in middle so hard to see views outside plus the obnoxiously loud jazz / pop band right next to us blasting at such high volume conversation was impossible). Last but not least the buffet dinner was average at best. If there ever was one tour I book through here that I'd like my money back it's this one. If they offered us to go again for free I'd say heck no! Just awful. Avoid!

Good atmosphere, for the sake of experience

Thought there will be more seafood but end up we are having prawns and mussels, can have more variety of seafood. The choice for kids was limited as mostly of the dishes are spicy. Entertainment and environment was good. If you are looking for nice food it will not be recommended. For an experience you can try it

Nice voyage

A nice cruise up and down the river We were able to get a table at the front of the boat so we didn’t have a roof above us. The music was loud but enjoyable. The food was bland, the salmon sashimi was just bad. Luckily we ate before the boat ride. It was around 800 baht, so a little pricey for what you received. One note is all the you tubers taking pictures, it was very annoying. I would do it again, I might try another boat to see if the food was better.

Fantastic boat trip

This boat trip was perfect and together with the atmosphere, music, food and fireworks it couldn't be topped. We still shudder today at how beautiful it was. This trip is highly recommended.
