I am so happy with this transfer service! The representative was exactly where they said they’d be and it wasn’t an issue with our flight being slightly delayed. The van was spacious and air conditioned. An amazing way to start our trip! 10/10 recommend

Great value for your money. driver was early drove safe clean vehicle. Family of 6 fit all luggage and us very comfortably.

Efficient, pick up time.

Great value for the price... easy to order. The instructions to get to the area was fairly simple once you navigate through the large airport.Our plane was delayed 30 minutes and they were waiting with no problem. We had a family of 6 The vehicle fit all six of us and our luggage very comfortably. Only thing that would have made it better would have been if they offered us cold water. Because it was extremely hot outside. and if possibly, there was a driver that could speak some English. other than that, it was okay.

Affordable transportation from a very busy airport.

Having a van available and knowing what price you pay is very reassuring. It really takes the pressure of trying to find transportation for 6 people and luggage. The van was very comfortable and clean. The driver drove safely and obviously knew what he was doing.

Comfy vans and and excellent drivers

Amazing transportation service we did all our airport trips with this company. We used them four times and all drivers were great and nice luxury vans!!! Definitely recommend!!! When I come back to Thailand I will definitely be using this company.

Omg!!!! The drivers were so friendly helped us with our bags and was always consistently on time we used them 4 times and all them were break for airport runs. Highly recommend

Transfer in Bangkok

There was no problems with our transfer. There was a person with our name gate 4 and she called the cab.

Aside from not having...

Aside from not having instructions on where to meet inside the airport terminal, the pick up went smoothly.

Dissatisfied

To be honest I’ve been using Viator 20 years and this was worse airport to hotel experience. Waiting around at airport fir the Viator rep being dragged up and down escalators stairs with suitcase it was a nightmare. Maybe I miss read the booking but I’ve never been put jammed into a little taxi with all my luggage jammed into boot of car . If I wanted a taxi why would I bother making a booking with Viator .Very disappointing. All the taxi driver and rep wanted was a photo proof that they picked us up and delivered us to hotel.

Good service once we found our driver!

The service was very good but we had difficulty finding our driver. The description said there would be a driver waiting in arrivals with our name but we had to search through many postings to find our name…difficult after over 20 hours travelling.

Fun way to travel

Great van…. Very fun decorations! They were waiting on us when we arrived and got us quickly to our hotel. They even provided us with cold water! Highly recommend

Honest, reliable, professional

Filco Travel is on top of their game! Had a very pleasant experience with our tourist sites bookings & the much needed airport transfer service. So glad we booked the private transfer from airport...the taxi lines were insane.
