Inconsistent and unreliable!

Had booked 4 trips with this company. First pick up was fine. Because of extra luggage we needed and requested a van for pick up number two. We happily paid the up-charge for the van and requested two more vans for the last two pick ups. Unfortunately, this company cancelled our two remaining reservations. When I contacted them I was told they would reschedule and send a confirmation email; however, they neither rescheduled nor sent any further correspondence, leaving us to scramble last minute rides for ourselves. Due to inconsistent and unreliable service, would not recommend this company .

The transfer arrived 30 minutes prior to allocated time, however we were sat ready in foyer of hotel. The driver was pleasant, vehicle clean and we were the only pick up. Due to the early pickup we had a 3 hour wait at the Airport. The drive to the airport from hotel was 50 mins. Both journeys to and from airport were well organised and would have no hesitation using the company again

Bangkok international airport departure transfer

Quick and easy transfer . This was a shared service but it turned out I was the only pick up that day . Driver Came into hotel foyer as expected even though it was tucked away so no problem there . Came a little earlier than expected so also a bonus.Easy transfer to departures and drop off outside. Great service and no problems .

Hotel to Airport transfer

The advice for pick up was 11:30 pm but as early as 11::00 the driver was already at the hotel so up and we go to the airport. We were the only passenger of the big van so the ride to the airport was very comfortable. Upon arrival at the airport the quee at the immigration was very long so its good that we are early at the airport because we have more time for the queuing at the immigration. Thank you.

I was very happy with the service both pick up and drop off from BKK international Airport to my Hotel. I was picked up and dropped off on time even though I was alone the entire travel. Where do I go?

After going threw customs and baggage claim I was looking for the driver but couldn't find anyone. I got advice from several people but the info was wrong. I was looking for someone with a sign with my name but that didn't happen. I just stumble into the girl who told me they weren't allowed inside of the airport. This needs to be corrected because people will not find their driver. My name was taped to a rail and I was looking for someone with a sign with my name ,so Please address this issue!!! The departure worked out good. Viator work on the arrival plan. Tell your customer where to go so they are not lost in airport looking for their driver. I'm coming back to Bangkok soon so please fix this problem.

Pickup/Departure

Pickup by ways was very efficient and organised. Did miss little extra touch from another company of cold washer and bottle of water. Departure trip a nightmare as van semed to have a speed monitor and lurched backwards and forward whilst going at speed on motorway, this made me extremely car sick.

First visit to Bangkok

I booked Arrival & Departure transfers for myself and a friend to and from the Airport in Bangkok & our Hotel. Our driver was punctual & courteous. They provided water and a scented towel once inside the van.

Promptly on time

The driver actually arrived at my hotel 30 min earlier, i was ready to go by the time he got there. the ride to the airport was smoother and he spoke enough english to have conversation with. since my flight was in the middle of the night, he also gave recommendation on where to eat at the Airport. will definitely use them again.

<p>I've always found this transfer to be a simple, economical, no hassle way to get to, or from Suvarnabhumi Airport. I was lucky enough to be the only passenger on this trip. The driver was waiting at the specified time, and the trip to the airport was as pleasant as a 4am shuttle bus ride could possibly be. Highly recommended for solo travellers if piling into a taxi or train with all your bags is not your thing however a taxi is a cheaper option if there are more than one of you travelling together. I just wish a comparable service was available for Don Muang.</p>
