Do NOT use this service

I'm extremely DISSAPOINTED in Tripadisor and Destination Services!!! This service should have a better way to pass messages to their drivers. We missed our connecting flight in Istanbul, Turkyie and arrived in Bangkok early afternoon instead of early morning. As soon as I could, which was 8:30 pm ( 20:30 hours) in Bangkok, I sent a message from Istanbul on Tripadvisor and also an email. I also called the phone number provided and spoke with Dixie from Tripadvisor, who assured me that she would pass my message onto the office in Bangkok. Calling from another coun try was very challenging, as I don't have an international calling service. So, imagine how much I spent on call waiting and talking with Dixie. Arriving at Bangkok, no pickup service awaited for us. Trying to figure out how to get to our hotel, accidentally we bumped into a woman working for Destination Services who offered us a ride to the hotel that she can arrange privately. We paid B800 Baht to the driver. This woman who was really working for Destination Services (she had the uniform and the badge), showed us a picture of the driver with my name on a board, who was waiting for us in that morning with our initial flight. He lately said that he didn't check his messages/emails until later in the morning????????!!!!!!!!! Really????? You are waiting an international flight and are not checking your messages???????? What kind of service is that? All my emails, messages, phone calls were in vain after missing our connecting flight. I spent on Tripadvisor B 1,015 Baht for this service that I NEVER received. It was not my fault that we missed the connecting flight. It could happen to anyone. The system must be better organized in such cases. I have never received ANY apology from Tripadvisor or Destination Services. I have NOT received a refund. I ended up paying TWICE - first time the initial B 1,015 through Tripadvisor and second time B 800 baht to the same company Destination Services that didn't do the pick up from the airport. My advice - do NOT schedule an airport pick up. There are taxis, Grab, Uber, different transfer companies that you can use when you arrive at the airport.

Pickup at Exit B, Gate 6 was easy. I was conveyed by taxi not shuttle bus. Polite and friendly service from staff.

Skip the hassle of haggling for a cab

We were met at the designated area just outside the exit gate and then taken to our driver. The car was clean and comfortable. The instructions on where to meet when we booked the transfer were clear and accurate. The sign with my name was clear and easy to see. Sure beats haggling with the taxi drivers after a 10hr flight.

On time quick professional service

Always book a pick up when arriving at a new location at the airport to reduce the stress and this provider did a great job on time easy to locate in arrives happy customer service and clean cars.

Very tired after a 30 hour journey to BKK airport. Viator was dependable as usual. My name was on a sign and was easy to find. Met the driver shortly thereafter. Got to the hotel quickly!

Great service - Highly Recommend

She met us at the correct place, even after our plane arrival was delayed an hour. We met the driver and were kind of rushed to get in car and stop blocking traffic & we wre unable to tip her for her great help. Gave driver a good tip & I hope he shared with her!

Excellent airport transfer and reasonable price.

I was going to catch the train into Siam Kempinski but since it involved a change of train to bts I decided to take the airport transfer. I booked on TripAdvisor. Very good communication and reasonably priced. Even though my flight was delayed and there was a huge queue at immigration the transport company was at the airport waiting with a sign with my name on. You go out of exit B after customs and they are waiting there. Easy to find. I was with one other American couple. It took about 30 mins to get into town. Good service. Would use agai.

Once I found the company at the airport there are literally dozens of them, it was easy and driverl was professional. TIME QUOTED was very accurate.

Everyone that handled the service we got…from the lady who met us with our name sign…to the driver that took us to our hotel…they are all excellent! I would use them again given the chance!

Would not recommend!!

Unable to locate driver at the airport. No specific pick up location given, even after confirming arrival information ahead of time. Attempted to contact the driver by phone number given and direct message without response. Finally needed to find and pay for alternative transportation. Viator refused to give a refund even though we never received the service.

Great service and price

We arrived about half hour late around 1 am but the transfer service was there waiting for us at the designated spot. Everyone was helpful and polite. Traffic was minimal, given the time of day. We had a van large enough for my group of 4 and luggage. Highly recommended.

Terrible Airport Experience

Trying to get through this airport was a nightmare! We arrived just before the three hours before our flight and we only just got through immigration and customs 10 minutes before our boarding time. It was utter chaos. We would use a fast track next time.

Thailand getting into 21st century!

This is the new Satellite terminal, very well organised and clean. Great wifi and sorry to mention... self washing toilets! Wow!

The host was waiting for me, even though I took an hour to get through immigration. He escorted me to the driver who was awesome on the 45 minute drive to my hotel.. the cost of the ride was only about $14.95😉

Bad experience when I got to the Airport after a long fly, Viator did not send the person to pick up us, my first tour

Today 1/15/2024 I Had a tour to James Bond Island, first they change it and They refused to pick me up from the Hotel. I spoke with the tour person and They told me to try to get my refund. There was a lock of communication about the Distance from the Hotel to the meeting points and I’m disappointed with Viatour, lock of communication and if you don’t return my money from this tour James Bind Island and Phang Nga Bay tour I may cancel the rest of my tours. I will stay in these Asian countries for 3 more week. Please make sure that somebody from your Company call me and let me know what are you going to do. Driver was a no show at the appointed time. Luckily we were met by the hotel and managed to get a ride.

Plane arrived a little late, but we followed the clear instructions given to find our meeting point gate, and the very efficient and charming agent approached us, insisted on taking our luggage for us and led us directly to our awaiting private car. This delivered us safely and quickly to the Banyan Tree Hotel. The entire operation was quick, professional and made our journey comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended service.

Bangkok Airport is a great place for travelers! It's huge and well organized, with plenty of facilities and services. It's easy to find your way around, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The lounges are comfortable and well-equipped, and there's an array of dining options to suit any taste. Overall, it's an excellent airport to fly in and out of. Highly recommended!

Welcomed me at the airport. Driver was very quiet but car was very clean. I would recommend for future travellers and I would use them again.

My flight was delayed and I could not find the representative at the meeting point. Had to catch a taxi. Will be seeking a refund.

Excellent Find

Highly recommended Had not used them before, usually went downstairs to get a taxi, but the cost was only marginally more and the advantage was that I was met immediately coming out of the customs hall, and, although understanding I may have to share, I was the only passenger in a comfortable car, and the driver was , how shall I put it, less adventurous than the typical Thai taxi driver. I will definitely use them in future.

Pick up point information not clear.

Upon arrival, it wasn’t clear where the person would be waiting for us. We arrived at the gate 9, and we have to look around, call the company, and ask airport personnel for information because we didn’t know where the meeting point was.
