This arrival service was a great choice for us given that our arrival time (early am) seemed to coincide with a number of international arrivals. The greeter was at the gate as expected. While she was not terribly social nor welcoming, we followed her obediently on the long walk to immigration. Once at the immigration entrance, she pointed us to the line to use, and the processing was quite fast. It helps that the Thai immigration department appears to have a straightforward admissions process. After we got our bags, she handed us off to our airport to hotel shuttle driver, since she knew where to take us based on the confirmation email from the hotel. In all, the service was as expected. I would do it again if we return to Thailand.

We arrive at 12 Tuesday flight from abu dabhi Etihad airlines assisted by two youn men who i had assistant wheelchair they are very good and nice gentlemen who i recommended very well theirs politeness and helpfully to us All the way from The plane to my transfer taxi nothing you could aak for more well done thank you guys x

Quick and easily exit the aiport within 30 mins

the person was waiting for me at the door. Good service and he walked me all the way to the fast-track lane. After immigration he walked me out of the gate. Highly recommended.

One of the worst immigration system in the world

Long queues on arrival with zero organization, even worst departure. I checked in my flight 3 hours before (fortunately) and I caught it at the last minute (just before doors closure) due to the complete disorganized mess of security check and passport controls. Stay away from this airport if you can.

Glad I qualify for Fast track.

More and more people are using Fast track, which sort of slows it down. But now I can use it, I cannot refuse to recommend to others who qualify. A very good idea by the airport. Super, fantastic, great service. Almost like travelling first class, until I get on the plane and pass people who have paid the whole cost of my holiday for just the flight. Suwannapum is a first class airport.

Fantastic

Very impressed with the service, was meet at the plane bridge and shown complete through the express check in. And waited until my bag was on the belt, then showed me through to where I was to meet my car and waited until it arrived (car was booked through my hotel). Through out the whole process the lady was keeping up the conversation and talking me through the whole process and I’ll always use this same company when coming to Thailand in the future

Excellent service and highly recommend

Service was excellent and exactly as described. Agent met me outside of plane, immigration service was done in minutes, agent also assisted me with my bags and took me to the car service pick up area. Highly recommend.

No one meet me at the meeting point

No one was there to meet me at the Fast Track, had to use the normal immigration line . Plane was on time as scheduled.

Waiting for me to exit the ramp and stuck with me the entire way after going through immigration, we went for luggage pickup, customs and straight to meet up with my ride. Outstanding and well worth it!

Pointless

Actual host was great but service pointless as normal immigration entry has been made more efficient and as for requirements to a certain dress code in the rules, absolute nonsense

Amazing service less that 15 minutes from the door to the first class lounge! Best money you will spend the wait time with out the service would have been over a hour!

Wonderful customs passage assistance for first-time Thailand visitors

All most excellent and appreciated. From follow-up correspondence to the sign with my name on it, to the English-speaking guide, the rapid walk-through in customs and then staying with us until our luggage was stowed in the vehicle that picked us up from the curb.

As advertised, efficient and friendly service, their agent was waiting at the plane gateway and accompanied until the exit of the airport. I was able to avoid the lines at passport control and customs as several planes had landed at the same time . Communication was also excellent, I can recommend this service for a swift arrival after a long flight.

Very bad experience

Not transparent at all. Customer has not idea how long they need to wait before checking in and the process for transit at the airport. No refund when we find out there can be better way to go through the checkin process.

Amazing service -- was greeted instantly after landing at Suvarnabhumi after a combined 18 hour flight. Nan made the entire experience of going through customs a breeze, and she helped me collect my bags and order a taxi to the hotel afterward. 10/10, would recommend this service.

Very limited and poor service

When I made the payment I received an email mention about many exclusions such as what I need visa on arrival, and refund is not possible as less than 24hours, so generally it's useless to me, in the service descrtion page shows someone holding your name to meet u and relaity it doesn't work that way what u got is a QR code u need to find somewhere to scan.

Seamless process!

Never having traveled through Asia, we were a bit apprehensive about the airport procedures. We booked this service to ensure we’d be able to make our connecting flight and the service allowed us to quickly bypass the immigration & customs lines at Bkk. The guide also walked us through the domestic channel to ensure we would get on our domestic connecting flight promptly. The guide went out of her way to accommodate us and we were so grateful! Very professional service and would recommend to those navigating Asia for the first time, or those in a time crunch. Of note, we landed in BKK at 0500. When we arrived early in the morning, there were hardly any lines and people passed thru clearance in about 10 minutes. Not to say BKK doesn’t get busy, but that was not our experience.

I can not find te Meeting Point. In the Imigration not so much Pepole is easy go alone, but i think i am lucky i need only 30 Minute

Clutch - skipped all the lines, helped with check in line, immigration, and security line. Massive waits for normal lines, totally worth the two hours I saved and anxiety of maybe missing a flight. Super easy and will use again

A Must for a stress-free airport arrival

Highly recommend this service if you are traveling to BKK for the first time. If you are traveling during high season or for the first time, this service is a necessity. Guide met my party right at the immediate bridge of my flight disembarkation and basically held our hands to whatever we needed be it restrooms, baggage claim, money exchange, SIM card (make sure your phone is unlocked!!!!!!), and most importantly customs. The customs line can be notoriously line (like 5-6 hours or more!!!) but you are led to a special VIP custom agent and whisked through literally within 5 minutes. She made sure she was with us the whole time and very attentive. As this service does not include transportation to hotel, guide was invaluable in helping locate our driver. If you want an absolutely stress free vacation/trip arrival, you really must book this.

Amazing!

If you’re on the fence about booking this service, just do it. The regular line was absurdly long, when I arrived they made the process smooth and efficient. I was through security on a Sat in about 10 min. They also assisted me with obtaining a Sim card from my phone as well as helping me to exchange money. Amazing service, don’t miss out!

This is definitely fast tracked service and if it wasn't for the baggage delays I would have been out of the airport within 10 minutes. Amazing....

Scam - stay away and save your money!

This is a scam, plain and simple! I paid c.£50 to get a fast track. No one was there to wait for me. I showed the pass to a number of people working for customs who had never heard of that service. When I went to the fast track lane, I was told this service did not apply. A short, a scam all the more since the queues are the airport are much shorter since covid.

NO FASTTRACK but Arrival and Dep transfer

The arrival and departures at main BKK airport was part of our hotel deal. The pick-up point was easy to find, my name was on a card, and the drive to hotel in Bangkok was seamless and speedy. I phoned the day before the return to BKK airport just to confirm, the pickup in hotel lobby was exactly on time, and the driver said we would be at the airport in 35 minutes. We walked into airport at exactly that time. On both occassions the driver was courteous, not chatty, careful with driving, assited with baggage, and the car was clean and newish. Well done, very pleasant service.

Fast track

Good service to have especially on overseas VIP arrivals ( with carts) and overseas departure ( no carts needed? We did request carts but not provided). We also used domestic VIP arrival ( Phuket to Bangkok) but found the service is not really needed since there is no immigration involved. A rep met us at the gate and followed us to the luggage conveyor, help with luggage and that’s all.

Transfer service OK - drivers don't talk much - we've had better!

We recently booked a package through Luxury Escapes and this company were the allocated transfer service included in the package. We were supposed to be offered 3 transfers in total - one from Bangkok airport to our hotel in Bangkok, one from Bangkok to our hotel in Hua Hin and then the last one from Hua Hin back to Bangkok airport when we returned home. On arriving at Bangkok airport, the driver was fairly difficult to find. Although he had a sign, he wasn't standing there with it on display, it was just kind of hanging off to the side of the arrivals area. When we eventually left the airport, we were told it would take around 30-45 minutes to get to our hotel. That was pretty accurate, but the driver hardly said a word to us for the whole time. We were trying to strike up a conversation, but gave up in the end. The second transfer was a complete and utter failure. We were told we would be picked up at our hotel in Bangkok at 11am. We desperately wanted to get to Hua Hin in time to watch the AFL grand final and emailed the company about this even before we left Melbourne. Basically, the response was '11am is the time we pick you up'. No flexibility at all. For this reason, we had to arrange our own transport and this was the start of our 'average' experience. We were going to use this company to go the Wildlife Friends Foundation, but decided to use another company instead. My Phuket Holiday were going to charge us 2000THB, but the other company charged us 1800THB for exactly the same thing. The final part of our experience with this company was the transfer back from Hua Hin to Bangkok airport. Our flight was leaving at midnight, so they picked us up at 6pm for the 3 hour journey back to Bangkok. The driver was on time, the car was clean etc. The bottles of water in the back were warm (surely they could have provided cold water) and they were the smallest bottles of water available. Then, for the whole 3 hours, the driver probably spoke about 4 words to us - total! It was the most boring, long painful experience ever. No music, no talking, just driving. We are visiting Thailand again in the next 18 months and, normally, we would use a service like this for private day trips etc, but really wouldn't consider this company again. There's plenty of other options available where the drivers talk to you and answer questions about the areas you're visiting. We'll be using them instead.

GREAT SERVICE 5 STARS

This is the best way to enter and eave Thailand. My experience was amazing. I was met upon exiting the jetway by an agent with a sign with my name. I jumped on the cart and was shuttled to immigration, then to baggage claim, a quick stop at the ATM then to a nice Toyota Camry with the AC on and on to my hotel. I believe the entire process including the drive to the hotel was less than an hour and a half. I have stood in the line to immigration for longer in the past. This is money well spent, if you are on the fence about using the sevice don't be, JUST DO IT!!! You will be glad you did wonder why you didn't do it earlier. This service is definitely a GO.
