Communication before my trip made me more comfortable. Also, once I arrived the directions to meet driver was accurate. The drive was safe and I would recommend this company.

Simply the Best

Been using this provider every time I arrive and depart Bangkok. They reliable and always respond to your questions via WhatsApp. Reliable. Dependable. Simple the best. This is the 5th time I book with this provider.

Didn’t show, no response

Never saw anyone waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. Walked around for 20-30 min looking. Never responded to any of our messages. Then they fight our refund request. Their driver didn’t meet us, and they never responded to messages. Scam of a company. And we are not the only people to have this problem

Easy arranged short trip to Bangkok

Way exceeded expectations

Surprisingly went perfect despite flight time changes, staying overnight at a hotel rather than direct airport to hotel transfer. Great driver. Great vehicle. Damn fine service

Nightmare!!

Waiting for over an hour at the airport for the driver who never communicated they would be late. The kindness of another tour operator who reached out to communicate for us. The driver who finally arrived spoke 0 english and refused to communicate, even with hand language. Got lost and refused to use gps, even after talking to his boss. Would not look at our gps to get directions and see where to take turns. Taking 90 minutes for a 39 minute ride to our hotel after a very long travel day. Then the icing on the cake: viator refused to give even a partial refund. Oh yes, very memorable alright!

Driver no show

Very disappointing. No one waiting at pick up point (gate/door 4) with our name on sign. Had to find another Viator rep, who looked up reservation on his cell phone. He then contacted another driver and took us up to arrivals to meet him. We ordered an SUV, but got a smaller 4 door hatchback. No water as promised. Driver did not fully understand that we prepaid, but didn't hassel us at destination. Not sure if we'll use Viator for pickup service again. J. Martin

A nice service provided by the company

Met the staff upon gate 4 for our ride from the airport to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and informed us the private van will be arriving in 10 mins. The driver is courteous and confirmed our hotel details before leaving the airport. I would suggest this company to everyone.

Functional and very good communication from the company

Trying to figure out immigration at the airport. That's not relevant to the transportation service. The driver was professional. Managed to get us to the hotel through very heavy traffic.

Private or not?

There was one thing I did not like about this transfer. To me, private means you meet your driver after getting your luggage with your name on a sign. Instead, there was a man with a Viator sign with many names on it. We waited about 30 minutes for everyone to show up. Then they called a separate car for each of us to go to the curb and wait for the car. Then we were driven to our hotel. I didn't like that we had to wait for the list of people to arrive. Also we were given a sedan instead of the SUV stated.

Good transfer option

The transfer was very good. We were delayed in the immigration but they were waiting for us. The driver was good. I recommend them

Dependable service

Easy transfer from the airport to the city. Everything worked well and no struggling to find the correct money or get ripped off.

Use somebody else for the transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Waited for the car for over 40 min. Travel to BKK for over 10 years, 5 times a year. Never had such an experience. My first and last time using Viator for the airport transfer.

Late night arrival went smoothly

Van driver was professional and kind. We had 14 pieces of luggage. He was patient and worked with us trying to fit it all in with 8 passengers. Definitely recommend. Finding the sign is a little tricky. Look for your name under VIATOR with A-LOT of other services advertised along one make shift board.

Not as described in the booking

This was the worst transfer of our 5 week Asian trip. This is not as advertised. NO ONE areas waiting at the exit as described. I finally had to call to find out where the driver was. Had to walk to a general holding area for all people with transfers. One guy was working several”private” transfers. Then we waited 10-15 minutes for a driver. Had to drag our luggage out to the street by ourselves and look for the driver’s license plate. We were loading bags out in the middle of traffic. The driver helped load the bags and did not speak a word during our trip to the hotel. There were other services with drivers at the gate so do not use this service. You can do much better!

The worst transfer experience ever

I'm a Viator regular and this experience was enough to make me question whether I'll ever allow Viator to arrange an airport transfer. First, no one was at the appointed meeting place. After 10 minutes, the tour operator responded to my text, and after 15 minutes a representative showed up, only to take me to another part of the airport where he said I'd have to wait another 10 minutes for a car. He kept appearing and disappearing, trying to manage other harried customers. Finally, a half-hour after the scheduled time, I got in a car. I texted the tour operator that this was unacceptable and i requested a refund. At that point, the car turned back and started taking me back to the airport. The tour operator -- Kiki-- called and said if I wanted a refund I could take a taxi, and they would return me to the airport. After pleading with her not to take me back to the airport -- she made me promise not to ask for a refund -- I was finally taken to the hotel. It was unbelievable. This tour operator should, IMHO, be banned from Viator. P.S. Perhaps realizing that she had gone off the deep end, she ultimately gave me a refund, which at this point is the least of it.

The agent met us promptly at Gate 4. Was courteous and polite. Helped us with luggage. Smooth ride to hotel despite being in peak hour traffic. Driver was helpful.

An easy way to get from airport

A very professional driver who was courteous and managed the difficult traffic conditions without any difficulties

Good ride from airport....

Good ride from airport. The difficult part is that they were hard to find them the airport . We had to look for them instead of them looking for us. It was chaotic and the wait was too long for the ride to pick us up.

Pick up was on time . Need to ensure bottled water is cold especially when it’s 35 degrees, received hot water .

Effortless and worry free

Effortless transfer tasking out all of the worries and planning. Great vehicles and super friendly with good English. It was a very hot day and a blessing to wait for the ferry in the air conditioning of the van.

Ok but expected more

Did the job. Driver was polite and drove very safely. Not a great experience at the airport though. They have a sort of mini reception service where you have to check-in, someone contacts the driver, you go outside to wait for them (was about 10-15m for me) and you have to keep an eye out for the driver amongst all the hustle and bustle. Would’ve been better if the driver was waiting for me in the airport - rather than the other way around - and escorted me to the car. Especially as booking on here is three times what I paid in cash for a regular taxi on my return journey.

Very professional and well-managed from the phone call to arrange service to delivery at our hotel. It was great to have a driver waiting for us after a 16 hour flight.

Served its purpose

Airport transfer service - was a wait of around 10 minutes while the vehicle was ready so may have been more straightforward to just get in a taxi on arrival but overall fine.
