Konstantine was our host. He did a great job keeping us engaged from 7A to late afternoon. Our trip started off with cold water and we were provided cold water throughout our adventure which was awesome given the heat of the summer. We traveled to a lot of places not included within the tour and included alongside tasted some of the best 100% olive oil I have ever tasted. This trip is worth every penny and I would do it again just to say hi to Konstantine! THANK YOU!

A Walk Through History

Had a great walk through history! Our guide was very informative and shared so much host and information! Quite powerful to think you were standing where the Apostle Paul preached! This was definitely a highlight for us!

Excellent service

Of course, seeing the Corinthian canal was a highlight of the tour. Perhaps more meaningful to my wife and I was the visit to Kenchrea (?), where St. Paul met and worked with Priscilla and Aquila, and from where he set sail to Ephesus. Then, the archeaological site and museum were splendid. Finally, I was so grateful to our guide, Costos, and the tour managers for going out of their way to return my cell phone, which I had misplaced in the car. I could not be more pleased with Viator for the way our tour was set up, followed up, and executed - and their extra service and attention at the end. I highly recommend Viator tours.

The Tour of a Lifetime!

From the moment we were picked up from our hotel, Periklis demonstrated his great knowledge of Apostle Paul’s path to spread the holy gospel. Our tour lasted for six hours and filled with not only historic information, but details about modern day Greece and its people. Perikles made the tour an amazing experience. His in-depth knowledge of St. Paul and his stories of Paul's time on Corinth, as well as the historical context, made everything fascinating.

Highlight of our trip!

This was a highlight of our time in Athens! Our tour guide Pericles was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The car was very comfortable and he had water and chargers for our phones. He gave us time to walk around on our own at the ancient Corinth museum and hike to the top of the Coricropolis which I highly recommend as the flowers are beautiful on the way up, you get to see and explore an ancient castle, and the views are amazing. We already knew a lot about Paul but seeing the sights of the places where he had been brought his story to a new level of understanding and made it more personal to us. We learned some things we hadn’t known about Biblical history and general history during the time of Paul. I definitely would recommend going if you have time.

Ruslan gave us memorable tour!

Ruslan was prompt, personable & knowledgeable. His vehicle was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the Corinth Acropolis with its stunning panoramic view. We also liked the Corinth Canal, the beach where Paul was a tentmaker and baptized thousands, and the beautiful mosaic artwork at St Paul's Church. Ruslan took photos of us at a few locations and answered all our questions.

Great Biblical tour

My wife and I took this tour days ago( Good Friday) Perkilis was a great driver and tour guide. We are Christians from US and he explained some of the beliefs of Eastern Orthodox Church. I highly recommend tour and Perkilis . We saw where Paul baptized new believers and stood trial in Corinth. There was also beautiful scenery along the way.

If you are headed to Athens I would highly recommend this tour. This company was so well organized and prompt in timing. We had the privilege of being escorted by the owner. I cannot say enough great things about the knowledge and enthusiasm he had about sharing the Footsteps of Apostle Paul and the history of Greece. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire day . My husband is a Pastor of a church and he was thrilled to be able to go and see the beauties of ancient Corinth and new Corinth. You will experience breath taking beauties of Greece while traveling. We opted to have lunch at a restaurant on the Aegean sea and it was wonderful as well. The day went by so fast . The fact that this was a private tour was wonderful. It was nice being able to have one on one conversations and discussions . Even though you can read history in the Bible it makes it come to life when you are walking and seeing the areas in person. This company has a passion of sharing great Biblical history as well being able to answer questions about Greece.

Friendly, knowledgeable guide

Our guide Ruslan was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the history of Corinth, as well as the known details of Apostle Paul’s journeys throughout Athens and Corinth. Loved our visit to Ancient Corinth, and the amazing Acrocorinth. The main advantage of booking this tour is being transported from site to site by a friendly local - he does not enter the historical sites with you. A good amount of time was given to explore these sites. Ruslan kindly sent us some local recommendations for restaurants and other activities to do throughout our stay!

Athens to Corinth private tour

Called and communicated quickly on what’s app. Was referred by someone who said he was excellent and he was. Drove us from Athens to Corinth. He even added his son to the trip so more us could go as a group. You could tell he was a history buff and gave so many in-depth stories. Felt very safe, we were not rushed. Gave us time to eat and shop. Would send all my friends, when in Athens.

Wonderful private tour of the footsteps of Paul in Corinth

Wow! Just wow! We did the footsteps of Paul in Corinth, leaving from Athens, with Pericles. This is his families business. His stepson was the other driver. They coordinated and five of us went in 2 cars. They were so knowledgeable and it was so inspiring. So much nicer than large bus trips. So much Greek history, so amazing to walk where Paul did. Ancient Corinth, the canal, Corinth Acropolis, etc. Oh and we got to see the street named after Aquila and Priscilla. So great. Thank you Pericles. We’d all highly recommend.

A bucket list experience with a great guide!

Pericles was an amazing tour guide and super knowledgeable about the journeys of Paul, making it come alive for us and our kids. Would definitely do his tour again!

A truly wonderful experience with no negative surprises - only positive ones!

This was the perfect day trip between disembarking at port in the morning and being dropped off at the airport in the afternoon. "Rus" was our guide and was an extremely knowledgeable gentlemen who made the day a very memorable experience. We were impressed how much of a student of history he was, doing a lot of his own research at this site but at many others too. I hope we can return to Greece and get another tour with Rus!

Dream come true - walking in Apostle Paul's footsteps

This tour was nothing short of exceptional. Firstly we got picked up by Ruslan at our hotel, car was so comfortable, he was our guide for the entire day and really looked after us with this personalised tour. This is a tour we won't forget as it brought the bible to life walking in the footsteps of Apostle Paul. Ruslan was so knowledgeable and we learnt so much history from him. The tour was a private tour which we loved as it allowed us to really soak in this once in a lifetime experience. A great experience.

To climb on top of the remains of the synagogue where St. Paul preached to the Corinthians. Also the old port of Corinth where St. Paul departed to Ephesus and a lot of the new Christian’s said goodbye to him. A very beautiful and peaceful place.

Very nice way to see Corinth

Ruslan was excellent as our driver and guide. He picked us up promptly and we had a very smooth ride to Corinth from our Airbnb in Athens. We saw the canal, the ancient city, the fortress, a. Pericles was our driver! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He was on time from the start and was EXTREMELY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE not just about the Apostle Paul but about Greece, Greek Mythology, Sparta and more! He knew things about the Apostle Paul beyond the Bible and knew things about each stop that blew our minds that wasn’t apart of the tour. We could have simple drove around and listened to him speak about the tour and would have been perfectly fine! But to add the stops was just the icing on the cake! Pericless was NICE! FUNNY! Walking the steps of Paul the apostle. A true to life biblical lesson. It was a thrill to see where Paul baptized the new Christians.

Worth the time!

Perikilis was an excellent driver and very knowledgeable about the tour. We left Athens at 8 am for a smooth drive to the Corinith Canal for our first stop. Along the way he gave us much history of the construction of the canal. From there we headed to the spot where Paul would have landed at the port in Corinth. We then moved to the main attraction of the Temple of Apollos and the Bega where Paul would have preached and also sold tents in the Agora. It is a large complex with a nice museum with lots of artifacts. After finishing we bought some gifts at a local pottery shop and then headed to the castle for a nice climb which had epic views of the valley. At the top was the location where the Temple of Aphroditie was located and where the jews tied Paul stuck him in a barrel and threw him over the side hoping to kill him. From the top viewpoint you can visually see it would be miraculous to survive! We had a pleasant drive back and enjoyed all the knowledge he shared with us! Well worth your time!
