The tour covers the entire city. Best way to see the city while enjoying e bikes. Our tour guide, Labros was excellent and very knowledgeable. He also gave us water and food included in our tour. A must do!

Loved every minute! The electric bikes made the tour effortless, we wizzed around Athens taking in all the sites and more with our guide’s insider knowledge. Seeing the city from many different vantage points. We felt safe, not rushed and saw much more than we would have on foot and in the heat the bike gave us a lovely breeze!

Fun Family Tour

Great activity for the day you arrive. Allows you to easily orientate to the city. 6 pm was perfect timing. I would suggest to the guide to provide the person in the back of the group to have a bell. Thanks for a fun tour!

Best event we did in athens

Tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Spent 3.5 hours on the tour, never felt rushed and he tailored the trip to our interest.

the pick up details were precise and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. he was funny and made the bike tour enjoyable. first of all, the guides (2 of them) will ask if one is comfortable with riding an e-bike. one of my girlfriend is not a good rider so she opted not to go. it was no problem - they understand and i got refunded for her NOT riding. the ride was not a rush but comfortable for everyone. the 3 of us enjoyed it and i say, if you like to know the city from a local - go and take this tour. thanks again... highly recommended.

Highlights of Athens by bike

Our guide was very nice, being attentive to our wishes. We were just the 2 of us, probably because it is not the high season but we enjoyed this unexpected private tour. It was a good start of our discovery of the highlights of Athens.

Best way to see Athens

Some associates came to Athens for the christmas hollidays and since the weather was great and sunny i desided to give them a tour with electric bikes in order to see the other side of athens . All of them were good users of regular bikeas so they didn't have any problem to ride electric bike. We saw all the important ancient and hostorical places in Athens and we also visited some places of the old city .Whithin 3 hours we saw Akropolis , Jeus temple , Zapion , Kalimarmaron stadium, National garden , The changing of the gurds, plaka .Everyone was excited and agreed that was an amazing way to see Athens.

Interesting riding an ebike around the ancient city of Athens

Riding the ebike was a novel experience but the tour only lasted just over 2 hours and lacked good information about the sites we visited. We have done many city bike tours in the past and although our guide was very pleasant and helpful he needs to provide better information about places that we stopped at

Amazing Experience

My wife and I were visiting Athens for just a few days and this gave us a great option to see many sights in one day. Riding from the observatory to the Acropolis and then through the National Garden was amazing! We highly recommend this tour.

Great way to be introduced Athens

Our guide was anxious to show off Athens and its ancient history. The e-bikes were easy to use, however we were riding in some very congested walking areas. Nonetheless, the hikes allowed us to see a lot of territory in a short time.

Great way to see the city sites!

My husband and I had an awesome day. The bikes were in very good condition and easy to ride. Our guide was local, but spoke very good English. He took us to all the main sites, plus a few more. Highly recommend for those who enjoy biking. It’s a great way to see the city sites, but know there is traffic and lots of people.

Athens with an electric bike

It was my first experience riding an electric bike and it was my first time riding in Athens so I will be doing both after this amazing experience you get to visit places both fast and safe and from an angle you wouldn't in other ways my experience was 10 out of 10 and I am definitely recommending it to my friends I have to give credit to mister labros and thanasis for explaining how the e-bike works and providing me with this amazing experience

Fun and learned a lot of history.

We had a great time! We rode on ur bikes to many sites and learned about the history. Our guide was very friendly and navigated us through all the people and he was knowledgeable about the history. The meeting place was a little hard to find because there was no sign.

“Great Sites Terrible Bikes”

I booked the cycle tour as my husband and I, are keen cyclists and we like exploring new cities by bike. We were looking forward to the tour and on the way, we passed a few other tour companies with parties of ten people setting off on their bikes. We met Labrush, our guide, at the meeting point who seemed very friendly and spoke good english. We were surprised to learn, we were the only people on the tour. Our experience of the tour was not a positive one. On the tour, the guide didn’t communicate, or give advanced warning as to where we were going, it made the tour feel somewhat disjointed. We missed turning points because he failed to communicate information in advance or look back to make sure we were still there. During the tour, we swapped bikes because of technical problems with the bikes. There was also two occasions, where my bike lerched forward about 3 metres before I had even climbed on it. This was pretty frightening as it happened in crowded areas and I clung to handle bars and ran alongside the bike to prevent an accident. The e-bikes are heavy, extremely difficult to navigate and poor quality. It also took a while for the power to kick-in on the bikes once we began pedalling. The routes were not well planned, we had to dismount from the bikes in both the royal park and the old town. These were not new scenarios as sections of the park had been closed for a while. As a tourists on holiday, it was obvious to us, the streets of the old town were extremely busy. The guide, had no, ‘Plan B’ and coupled with the fact the bikes were cumbersome, it made navigating around the old town even more challenging. A tip for the guide, would be to keep his unsolicited comments about migrants from Syria and Afghanistan to himself. This has no relevance to the bike tour and some people might find it offensive. We finished the tour frustrated and relieved it had ended. I was left with bruising down my leg, caused by the bike when it surged forward. We have been on cycle tours across parts of Canada and Caribbean and loved it. This tour was just plain disappointing.

What a great way to see the highlights of Athens in three hours! Our guide (I couldn’t pronounce his name) was great and took us to see places we might want to come back to later and explore. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous Way to Experience Athens

Our two host employees were excellent. They were knowledgeable of all things Athens. Riding the electric bikes was an incredible experience. I had never ridden an electric bike previously and the operators were perfect instructors. We had a wonderful, active day in Athens.

One of the greatest experiences of my lifetime

Simply outstanding! Our tour guides were remarkable. Being able to discover the history of the old city of Athens that you could NEVER cover in days alone, be able to do it in 3.5 hours via electric bicycle. Extremely easy to use and the over 10 sites visited made this trip one to remember. Olympic Stadium, changing of the guard, Acropolis, the National garden and so much more. Definitely a MUST DO!!! You will forever cherish the memories.

Tour in Athens

Last week I had a friend reunion in Athens. Mu friends came for seven days and so I had to prepare a holiiday plan. For the third day I planed a toyr in all the sightseeings of the city with the help of the Hammerbikes team. My friends and I were traveling through Greek history for two hours and discovered all the important places to be in the city.All my friends said that was the best day of their vacation.

Best family tour in Athens

We booked the ebike tour with my family and it was a great experience! It was the first time we used electric bikes , it was safe for our 7 years old son and we had a lot of fun. We ride for 3 hours and we visited all the sights in the center of Athens. My son love it, it was GREAT and we will do it again !

It was an amazing experience, the tour guide was very friendly and honestly he did a great job. He drove me to a lot of interesting places in Athens and the most important is that during the 3 hours tour i visited almost all the important ancient monuments of Athens.I really enjoyed it. My friends and I rented electric bikes and toured all of Athens without any complications and it was dead cheap, good work!!!!!!

A great way to safely and efficiently visit Athen's historical attractions.

Armed with helmets and with very little exposure to traffic, we were expertly guided through parks, viewed / told about a dozen key historical attractions, including perfect timing to catch the fascinating Changing of the Guards. So much quicker than walking 12-15kms in 30C full sun dry heat and for a reasonable price too! All went smoothly.

<p>The tour helped us see much more than we would have by ourselves on foot and helped set out which landmarks we wanted to explore further at a later stage. Dimitri was an excellent guide and very helpful - and his knowledge of the city and it's history was great. He even helped to suggest an excellent traditional Greek restaurant which we went to 3 times afterwards!</p> <p>One tip though is ask for a children's bike if you are short my wife is 5 foot 2 and the bike team very kindly helped to arrange a smaller bike. We're not strong bikers, but the electric motor on the bike makes the hills and roads a breeze.</p>
