The operator never showed up to pick us up and never responded to our messages to see if they were still coming or just delayed. Viator customer service was wonderful and refunded the payment for the ride.

Responsive action to a change in timing

Good pickup at port when we were available much earlier than predicted. Almost grabbed another taxi but your driver turned up immediately once I had phoned/texted the change including major change in pickup location. Well done!

A bit disappointing

Not picked up. Police cut off driver’s route thanks to another event occurring so we used an available taxi.

Wonderful driver but company ad misleading

Dimitri was a wonderful driver. However, I don’t think he is an employee of the service. He communicated when he was headed our way and was waiting outside for us. 5 stars for him. He appeared to be a regular cab driver because he was driving a yellow car with a taxi light on top. This wasn’t what we expected from see the ad on viatar. Could have saved money by just using a cab service.

Driver arrived on time ( a few minutes early) and was very pleasant. Comfortable, air conditioned van got us from our Airbnb to our cruise ship without any issues!

Will use the next time we are in Athens

This transfer was for a family of 6 with lots of luggage. They made this very easy for us as far as pick up and drop off. Everything was clean and air condition. Driver was friendly and very informative about the area we were being dropped off to. Absolutely would recommended this company!

Reliable company

It's our first time using this sire to get a ride back to the airport from our cruise ship. Andreas showed up in time to take us back to the airport. He said during the ride to just enjoy and relax. Very friendly and the car was very clean. Definitely use him again.

Transport from port to hotel. Not on time and little help with luggage

The driver was not at the exit door with a sign with our names. About 15 minutes after the appointed time he did show up but not in the designated area and we happened to see him among the crown with his sign. He did drive fine from the port to the hotel but only carried one bag to the car and one bag from car to hotel. We had to carry the other big suitcase and our smaller bags ourselves. Will not use this again as I need help with luggage and people who are in time

Athens To Piraeus port w/ 2 hour tour!

Would highly recommend this company. From hotel pickup to the port, very safe & professional service that accommodated our interests in sites along the way. We got to see the major sites with the option to enter the acropolis and Zeus’ temple (entry fee separate but reasonable). Driver gave us a lot of history about the city and the sites that kept the drive interesting and even engaged my sons’s interests, which was no small feat! We had no issues or complaints.

Dependable transportation

Used the transfer service for a ride from the cruise ship terminal in Athens to our hotel that was near the airport. Our pick up time was scheduled for 09:30 and our driver (Panos) approached us promptly at 9:30. Panos was very friendly and showed us some of the sites as we drove through the city. We had some questions about life in Athens and Greece and Panos took the time to answer each and every question. We will be coming back to Athens in November and have Panos’ card. We will not hesitate to call him for our transportation needs and will most likely his tour service during our stay.

Fast and reliable transfers

Cheap and very professional transfer. We were concerned we won’t be able to catch a taxi very early in the morning but the transfer service from Yomadic was even better as we were picked up precisely at our AirBnb and dropped off at the port gates, hassle free. The online reservation is also very convenient. Highly recommended.
