Fun way to see more of Athens

It was great to see parts of the city that we would not have time to see. Also, we were introduced to some areas that we wouldn’t have thought about going to look at, and we are so glad we did. This would be perfect for a first day. You were able to see each area and where things are located if you wanted to go back and spend more time. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour.

Do this tour on your first day, see the city in 3 hours instead of 3 days!

We had a great time on our Segway tour. It ended up being a private tour with just my husband and I. It was fun, efficient, and informative. A great way to see the city when it was so hot. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Dimitri was very knowledgeable and fun.

Fantastic and fun

The tour was fantastic, and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us a very good overview of ancient Athens. Riding the Segway made the tour even more fun. We all highly recommend this tour.

Great Experience

Amazing experience. Constantine provided us with an enticing offer, teaching us on the spot close to the Acropolis with my friend. And allowing us to spread the tour over 2 days. On the second day, unfortunately there weren’t enough segways for both my friend and I to ride. However, our tour guide Dimitri was very friendly, helpful and informative, as well as a general pleasure to be around. I’d love to do it again in the future. Highly recommend the experience!

Great way to see the city and get your bearings.

This would be a good thing to do at the start of your trip to get acquainted with the city - there used to be so much to see! Our guide was good, maybe not so much ‘fun’ for my grandson it was quite ‘facts’ led which was great for me. But we both really enjoyed it - very well organised and easy to book and find.

Athens, Greece 3 hour Segway tour of the City

It was excellent!! Out of the 4 tours my daughter and I went on, this was the best. We were able to see so much of the city in just 3 hours and it was a lot of fun! Educational and exciting, I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

EXCELLENT

We had scheduled a three hour tour on the same day there were two big events in Athens and many streets were closed. The manager, Kostas, worked with us to reschedule another time since we couldn't get to them in time. Kostas ended up giving us a private tour and we had a great time. Their willingness to work with us was wonderful. If you have a change to take this tour do it! We saw so much of Athens! Thank You Kostas for working with us!

Segway best way to see Athens

First time on a Segway for myself, my wife and our three friends. Absolutely amazing experience and the perfect way to see the sights of this fabulous ancient city. Our guide Ellie was brilliant and very informative. We had plenty of time to take photos of the popular attractions as well as lots of time on the Segway through the pedestrian streets. Highly recommend this experience.

Excellent way to see Athens in a couple of hours

Had a fantastic 3 hour tour of the city, ancient buildings and some of the modern attractions too. Was an excellent way to cover a lot of ground and see a lot of the city. Our guide was fabulous and very well informed, she gave us the background and history to the sights and made the tour into a bit of an adventure for us. The Segway's seemed to be in good condition and after a few mins training we were off, we got the hang of it within 10 mins. Highly recommended.

great time in Athens

Love the sites in had a hard time locating the site, other wise it was great. The guide was very good but it would have been bettter if she used a head setr and radio.

If you want an amazing experience, go for the segway tour! You will get to see the best of Athens with a personal guide and enjoy an unsual way of getting around. The team is very warm and professional, to teach you how to safely use the segway before taking you around athens at your pace. They are very knowlegable on the city and its history. We were hesitating to do ot with kids (8 and 9) but don't regret doing it. They had a ball and so did we. Special thanks to Ellie our guide who made it special for all of us!

We simply loved it, it was amazing, beautiful, best guide ever, calm, entertaining, resourceful, we loved every bit of the tour. And the breeze from the ride was refreshing in a hot sunny august day. It was our highlight of Athens. Great service

Long Weekend in Athens

We booked a segway tour, a first experience for the pair of us. The person advertising the tour was on the espanade and he was very informative, even let me have a quick go prior to booking the tour. Once I decided I could stand up on the segway, we booked for the following day. We arrive 10 minutes before our time so we can sign paperwork and have a one to one lesson (worthwhile). Then you are off, it was the best day, our lovely guide was fabulous and had so much knowledge of the city. We covered some miles and saw parts of Athens we would not have done if we weren't on a segway. Thanks for a great experience.

Perfect way to oriented & have fun!

My daughter & I did the 3 hours tour to get acquainted with Athens. It was perfect way to start our trip, WE got to see a lot - take some good pictures and know which way to go to see the things we wanted to for the next few days. Highly recommend - the staff was terrific.

A MUST do activity!!!!

This was the highlight of my trip! I have done a segway tour once before and loved it so when I booked my trip to Athens this was the first thing I searched for to do. The tour guide was so nice and so informative. We were only in Athens for 4 days so it was so great to see so much in just the 3 hour tour. She let us pull over and take pictures and knew every great spot to do so. When it was over we didn't want to stop! I recommend this to anyone and everyone!

Excellent Zip around the main points

Fantastic tour taking everything in if you are short on time or even if you're not short on time but want to see everything and then re-visit yourself what you're mainly interested in. Vikki our tour guide was brilliant and even recommended other places that may be of interest eg restaurants etc. Everyone here was really friendly, they made sure we were all confident using the segways which are REALLY easy to get the hang of. We had already seen a snapshot of this tour on UK TV on Channel 5 'Cruising with Jane McDonald - Greece' so we knew we definitely wanted to try it (sorry guys I can't get the episode down loaded. All in all it is DEFINITELY worth it, good value for money and enjoyable.

No more walking

Athens is quite a big City with multiple points of interest scattered all around. It can be tiresome to walk to each. The Segway offers a breezy tour of all the important places. Athens Segway offers a neat package in a 3 hour tour with a personal guide. A big shout out to Elly who gave fascinating bits of information about the city and was extremely considerate and resourceful. The tour gave us another perspective of the city, thanks to our guide who lent it a local flavour. Must mention that my son has a minor fall and Elly was clear headed and flawlessly attended to the issue. This was our first time on the segway and will definitely not be or last! Sometimes during the tour, the thrilling segway made it feel that the journey was the destination itself.

Exceeding expectations

Convinced by Constantine to try the Segway tour, we had a fantastic time. Taken to places we would not have seen on foot and the added bonus of a history guide made the experience unforgettable.

I have been on many segway tours in the world but hands down this tour was the best. The host Constantine and his colleagues were the nicest and most kind people ever. They offered us so much help and advice regarding Athens and what to see. I would definitely recommend!!!

A great way to see the highlights of Athens

I took a few customers along for their first Segway tour ever. Although they were apprehensive about riding the segway at first, the training was great and they found it easy. They also loved the tour. It was very informative and lots of fun.

We came to Athens with a list of paces we wanted to go but not much clue as to how to get there, but we ran into the guys from Athens Segway Tours and they gave us an experience we’ll remember for a long time. Our tour guide Allan was very nice and showed us all the sites we wanted to see.

Dans le cadre de l'organisation d'un évènement d'entreprise, nous avons fait confiance à Athens Segway Tours. L'équipe de guides est bienveillante, attentionnée, ils savent s'adapter aux clients (nous avons eu de la pluie et le guide nous a abrité tout de suite). Ils aident les débutants en leur donnant confiance et permettent aux plus expérimenté une certaine liberté tout en sécurité. Les sites choisis sont très intéressants et les informations données également. Le segway permet de monter les trottoirs, de passer sur les rues piétonnes sans désagréments (contrairement à la trottinette qui vous donne mal à la tête et qui est une catastrophe pour traverser les trottoirs ou dans les nombreuses rues pavées d'Athènes. Les clients ont été enchantés et voulaient en refaire le lendemain mais les conditions météo ne nous ont malheureusement pas donné cette opportunité. Je recommande absolument ! I booked this tour for a group of 35 persons and it was a wonderfull success. The guides are really nices, the information they give are interesting, they always take care about there client, and always have a kind attention. The guides knows who to treat their client as VIP and they are abble to adapt themselve in bad conditions. We had rain and the guide anticipate that to put us in a place we can be dry. The Segway it is really a super machine whitch th eone you can go everywhere and see a lot of places in Athens. Even if it was raining a lot when we had our tour, the clients wouldn't stop, enjoyed a lot, feeling free and happy. The guide are attentive to the beginners and help them to found their self confidence and let the experimented persons enough freedom to enjoy a lot. I am really satisfied with that experience (and I am really exigent for my clients). Regarding business relationship, they are really commercial, they attend me really good. I have nothing to say about the nice service ! Congratulations AST ! I would do it again and I recommand that experience to all the persons who wants to see Athens and have fun at the same time!

The best way to explore the city

Constantin introduced us to the world of Segways in Athens and Rania, our guide, introduced us to unfamiliar and less visited locations. We are very greatful and highly recomend the tours to enyone.

An unforgettable experience!

We visited Athens in February. As it was really cold, a tour around the city by segways seemed to be the perfect way to see all important attractions in a short time. We had such a blast! I never drove a segway before, but it was easy to learn and our guide, Constantin, was very helpful and funny. He showed us around, explained everything and brought us back safely. Just try it - I highly recommend it!

This was so fun! After 2 days of walking around Athens this is by far the best way to see the city! Is is so fun going up and down the streets via Segway. The tour was great and the information shred was very helpful. I would highly recommend this service and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.

Our 3-hour segway tour of Athens was turbo-charged by Vicki, our tour guide. Her energy and enthusiasm morphed this tour from a 'check-the-box' , ordinary Athens tour into a sparkling fun afternoon. Her pace matched our skill level perfectly, and she brough us to places not appearing in many guide books. All in all, one of the best tours we've taken in Europe.

Great Fun and Nice Company

Just finished the City Highlights and National Garden Tours with Athens Segway which was a 3 hour tour (but took 4 hours as they didn’t rush us). Couldn’t have been happier. From the teaching at the start for my nervous wife, through to Jojo, our tour guide, showing us and telling us lots of interesting facts it was great. The Segways - What fun. They are very easy (after 2-3 minutes) to get the hang of and mean getting around the hills are easy!! Thanks guys.

A fun and thrilling way to have a quick visit to all the major sites. Not much historical background explanation as your normal guide but that is not the point here. be sure to bring water as it can get quite hot and thirsty during summer.

A very enjoyable way to tour Athens

This was our second time touring a city by Segway (the first was New Orleans). In our opinion it's the best and most fun way to tour. Standing on the Segway puts you higher for viewing the sights. The tour guides were friendly and helpful. They were a great source of information that helped for the rest of our stay in Athens.

Booked via Marella Cruise

Booked via Marella cruise whilst visiting Piraeus. Had previously tried a Segway for 15 mins in Britain, staff were very helpful and ensured we were comfortable and confident before settling off on tour. Alex was our guide for the 1 and half hour tour. The tour was thankfully on pedestrian areas, not in the traffic - thank goodness as the roads are completely mad! Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city, he had a tone of voice that was also calming and easy to listen to. The tour took in the historic sights around the city and also the busy shopping area. We visited the base of the Acropolis. Although initially abit disappointed that we did not actually go up to the Acropolis, the day we visited was extremely hot and was 34 degrees, and would have been probably 10 degrees hotter up there. So our disappointment turned to relief. Alex gave us frequent stops for photo opportunities and we had some cracking views of the Acropolis and of the city of Athens. We were able to stop to buy water on the way round and were given a complimentary bottle of water on return to office, there are also a toilet at the office which was clean. Both myself and partner throughly enjoyed the tour and felt it was a great way to get around Athens and the base of the Acropolis. Thanks so much Alex! 👍😊😎☀️

3 hour fantastic tour

Absolutely great, we did a 3 hour tour and we had so much fun, saw so much of Athens and had the most wonderful, knowledgeable guide. As Segway novice, it took 5 minutes to learn with a very helpful and patient guide. Absolutely recommend as one of the first things to do in Athens

So much fun!

We did a two hour city tour. I was terrible on the segway to start but very quickly took to it. Surprisingly and thankfully!! Our guide Demi was very good, helpful, answered questions and also guided my segway through busy streets and over terrain I was a bit nervous about. You must do this at the start of your trip as you'll cover a lot of the city which is great to go back to during your stay, for lunch, coffee and sightseeing.

Sehr schöne Tour . Absolut zu empfehlen bei 30 Grad. Viel gesehen ! Der Guide hätte etwas langsamer und ,vielleicht, ein wenig leidenschaftlicher erzählen können . 😉 Sonst sehr zufrieden gewesen.

von Anfang bis Ende eine tolle Erfahrung, die uns noch immer in super Erinnerung ist. Passte für die ganze Familie. bekannte und auch etwas verstecktere Plätze besucht. die Aussicht immer wieder beeindruckend. die Informationen und Geschichten dazu immer kurzweilig und informativ. sogar für Teenager :-) eines der besten Erlebnisse unserer Ferien.
