I was picked up from the airport on time and I was so relieved since I was traveling alone for the first leg of my trip. Perfect Trip and more from Athens Airport to City Center

We engaged Alexis based on the many favorable reviews and we can confirm those. We had a series of fight issues casing us to arrive hours late. We contacted Alexis and he was very accommodating to our arrival time change. Little did we know our luggage did not arrive with us causing further delay at the airport. Alexis waited almost 2 hours for us to sort everything out and to meet up with him. What a lifesaver after our terrible trip from Los Angeles. Once ensconced in Alexis comfy and cool Mercedes, Alexis gave us a delightful narrated trip to our hotel in the City Center. But not satisfied to just deliver us safely and with insights on places along the way, Alexis asked why we were hoping to see (and should see) but then gave us info on how, where and when to visit our destinations. He followed this up with text reminders and arranged to pick us up 2 days later and get us to our departing cruise right on time. Great service and highly recommended. Also Alexis speaks perfect English.

Great Transfer Experience

We had a great experience with Athens Taxi Wagon and our driver Alexis. He was prompt in picking us up at the airport, right where he said he would be with visible signage. We were fortunate to land in Athens on Easter Sunday which made our commute to our hotel even better, and Alexis was full or information, pointing out sights along the way. We would highly recommend this provider for transfer and would utilize their services again should we find ourselves in Athens in the future!

This was a gem of a find! Some months ago , I requested a quote and booked four transfers, A/port, Htl, Cruise/P, Htl, A/port. The communication was prompt and courteous. We had to change some booked pick up times about three time throughout our trips, and each time received an immediate reply with confirmation of the new time. Every time the drivers were punctual, courteous, intelligent and gave helpful hints about locations worthwhile seeing in the area.

Fantastic service with Athens Taxi Service. Our drive, Alexis, was outstanding! Excellent communication on pick up and meeting times/locations. After I booked we communicated several times via What's App as we did have a delay with the airline before our arrival in Athens. Each time we received a very quick response not to worry. It was very reassuring to say the least. During our drive from the airport to our hotel in the city center, Alexis took time to point out several interesting locations and sites along the way. The car was very clean and comfortable. Alexis was very careful to ask us if we were comfortable with temperature in the car. Plenty of Space in Car - Great Trip into Athens

Great experience- car (wagon) was plenty big enough for our family of 4 plus 3 big suitcases, two carryons, 4 back packs & the driver. After a long flight from Boston we enjoyed the ride from the airport. It was engaging conversation and details about the local sites. Would do again. :)

Best taxi experience ever

Alexis picked us up from the airport and took us back a few times and each time had some fun facts and info about Athens as well as food and excursion recommendations to share with us. He treated us like his own and made sure we made it into our hotel safely. He also communicated well leading up to the trip and afterward. The car was very nice and well-kept and the drive was smooth every time.

Friendly, smooth airport transfer

After a stressful metro trip from the airport, we decided at the very last minute ( 5 hours before our flight!) to book a private transfer back to the airport. We are very glad we did! Alex arrived at our hotel right on time and provided great service. We fit all 4 check-in pieces and 4 carry-on backpacks easily and comfortably in the wagon. The ride to the airport took about 35-40 min from Syntagma/Plaka area. Alex was friendly and provided some great advice for our next trip to Greece. Thank you for a stress-free trip to the airport!

Great transfer service very helpful

This is the best transfer service I have used in a long time. You get helpful information that might not occur to you, such as drivers don’t stop for pedestrians in crosswalks. Also he gives you a good orientation of the city, and they also give you a link to a few good insider tips including some locals restaurants that you would for sure otherwise miss and a great recommendation on a site I would have totally missed that was right by our hotel. A little more cost than getting a cab, but well worth it indeed. It was nice to arrive, get a little oriented as to the layout of the city and some brief but extremely helpful information.

Incredible Experience!

We originally booked a transfer from Athens airport to our hotel in Vouliagmeni. Our flight was delayed, however, Alexis was easy to communicate with and patient with our travel delays. He picked us up right where he said he'd be with a big smile on his face and a friendly welcome. During our drive, he explained Athens history, pointed out landmarks and historical relevant points of interest and even stopped so we could get our first glimpse of the Acropolis. Alexis was such an amazing driver, we quickly booked another 5 transfers with him. He was always on time, always friendly and made us always feel like a part of his family. We can't wait to get back to Athens and spend some more time with him. I couldn't recommend him enough, definitely use this service! Especially if you want more than just someone driving you from point A to point B.

Wonderful service

I cannot say enough about Alex and his team. They went above and beyond. The driver who dropped us off at our airbnb helped us get down the hill with our luggage and was so kind. It was just a ride from Athens center to the airport but I wish I'd known about Alexis earlier in my trip. I'd have made arrangements to take a longer tour. Alexis is a fantastic, knowledgeable, funny guy. He speaks perfect English and even helped me with some greek vocabulary. Highly recommended.

Friendliest driver ever!

Our driver Alexi could not have been more friendly and kind. We felt very safe in our drive to the ferry port. Alexi taught us a couple important Greek words / phrases and even stopped so that we could take a sunrise photo! Before the trip, he was an excellent communicator which made the entire process very smooth.

Professional & Reliable Athens airport transfer in Mercedes station wagon taxi

Even though our flight was late, the very professional driver was waiting for us with a sign at airport arrivals. Mercedes was like new and our family of 4 and held 4 medium suitcases and 4 back packs. We also used service from city center hotel back to airport for a 6am pickup. Driver was waiting in hotel lobby. Would highly recommend this company!

Efficient transfers and enjoyable conversations

We asked Alexis twice for a transfer from center City to the airport. It was a delight to be transfered by him in his very confortable Mercedes. It was easy to set up a time and to get picked up at the right place. Great Ride into City Center from Athens Airport!

We arrived in Athens after the usual travel challenges and 14 hours of flying time from LA. Our flight was delayed 20 minutes & our bags missed the connection in Heathrow. Thankfully, British Airways put them on the next flight to Athens and they arrived safely. Our driver kindly waited for us to collect everything and provided a smooth ride and pleasant conversation to the city center.
