So happy I chose this cruise! It was amazing time and saw so many amazing places and temples. From booking with Heba to our tour guide Mohamed el khady. Mohamed was very nice, informative and pays attention to your needs and what you want to do. Excellent experience!

Egypt Gift Tours was indeed a Gift!

Finding Egypt Gift Tours made all the difference in our planning to visit Egypt. We were getting frustrated by too many Nile Boat Cruise choices and all sorts of mixed reviews. We almost gave up. But we finally contacted EGT and a woman named Heba Haggag responded right away! She gave us good information and some sane advice. She didn’t oversell and in fact, helped us save money. We booked the tour and felt like we had a helpful and responsive contact the entire time. The tour itself was great. The tours really are similar, so you take what you get (we didn’t know our boat until the day of), but what can make the difference is the guide. Ours was Ahmed and he was a veteran. He made sure we were at the right places and the right time and shared his extensive knowledge as we went along. The food on the M/S Nile Marquis was good. Nothing outstanding, but plentiful. Beer and wine were available (although we bought some wine of our own at Duty Free). We had been told to try and book an upper floor room - so we asked for that. But, thanks too Heba, we were upgraded to a beautiful Suite facing the bow of the boat with our own little deck. I don’t know how you get that room - but it made a great deal of difference in our attitude and comfort level :) And again, the boats are similar - no sense getting boat envy. Ours was fine and most of the time you are on land.

Two Fantastic Nile Cruise Trips and More to Come!!!

I took a Nile cruise with my 13 year old son in Feb 2022. From the moment I contacted Egypt Gift Tour, Heba has been great. She was very professional and accommodating. She replied my messages promptly and always helpful. That was a last min booking. Heba found us a great ship and provided us with a stress free pre boarding experience. The cruise itself was 10 out of 10. The ship was recently renovated. The lobby was grand and elegantly decorated. The room was nice too. All the activities both on and off the ship were seamlessly ran. By that time, we are 8 months into our world travel gap year and had lived in Cairo for some time, I had never had any tourist expense as great as that Nile cruise. They KNOW how to run that cruise! The sightseeing along the Nile River was amazing!!! All the magnificent ancient temples and royal tombs!! Hot air balloon ride over the Nile River the Valley of the Kings!! OMG - all so impressive! A must see in one’s life time. I liked the experience so much that when my fiend and her family visited Egypt in the Summer of 2023, I bought the cruise for them as a gift. I contacted Heba, my trusted agent of courses. She again did an amazing job. She even upgraded my fiends to a better ship since I’m a retuned customer. My fiends and her family had a wonderful once in a life time experience thanks to Egypt Gift Tour and Heba. Because of the great past experiences, I’m contracting Heba for the third time to help me with an even bigger group of more than 10 people. I’m sure she will do a great job to give everyone an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Egypt Gift Tour and Heba. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

Amazing trip

We had soooo much fun on this trip. The guide Mohamed wafa told us lots of history and background in ancient Egypt! We were with 2 years kid but he cared of us a lot. We couldn’t visit and enjoy so many temples if the guide wasn’t with us. Thank you for the amazing trip!!

Le Fayan Nile Cruise

Mohamad is amazing. Sense of humor and Great knowledge of Egypt culture. He has been the best guide we have had. So thank you for arranging this with him. I would definitely use his services again and rate him a 10/10. It's been a wonderful cruise experience with my kids. Clean and comfortable room, great transportation all the way, good food and drinks on the boat, the sunset view from room is just amazing and romantic! Love to recommend to all my friends!

Taste of prehistoric Egypt

We had done an entire package of Egypt from Heba and Egypt gift tours. Heba was able to create personalized tour that included this Nile cruise. Rocky was our tour guide and Egyptologist. He engaged all by telling stories with us being the characters. It allowed good engagement from all. We had a group of 12 so got to know each other as well. This cruise a whirlwind of Egypt. Amazing history, temples and human ingenuity on display. This is going to want you to come back for more detailed tour of Luxor, Aswan and other sites. Our balloon ride was canceled due to poor weather (which can happen). We were notified the night before and given option to refund money or take a tour of Luxor at night )we chose that) and it was great. Taking the streets in horse carriage during Ramadan was amazing look at culture and peek at life in Luxor (East Bank). Overall amazing experience that leaves us with wanting to come back for more.

Amazing experience with the 'Rucky Family '

Brilliant experience from start to finish ! The entire tour company were so helpful & we couldn't possibly find fault with the crew on board the M/S Semiramis - they all made our Nile cruise so enjoyable with their friendliness & excellent food . The party night was great fun too ! Photos do not do justice to the amazing Temples , scenes & villages . Our tour guide 'Rucky' welcomed us into his tour family and kept us all safe, informed & entertained. Stories of Egyptian Kings & Queens were brought to life by involving us all as 'cast members" - Just refer to me as 'Isis - Godess of Love & Beauty' 🥰 from now on !! The most daunting thing was negotiating the tips but Rucky gave us all clear advice & made everything so easy. He was so knowledgeable and always ready to help with any haggling for the prices of any purchases We definitely had a most wonderful experience. Unfortunately the hot air balloon ride was cancelled due to weather conditions but that didn't take away from our whole trip - we always felt that our comfort , enjoyment & safety were a priority . We will be recommending this tour & our friend 'Rucky' to anyone keen to experience the Nile in the best way possible.

Nile River Cruise, Hot Air Balloon, Abu Simbel NOT TO BE MISSED!!!

For 4 days in the Nile River cruise we were not just a family- we were RUCKY FAMILY! Our dedicated guide, Rucky, gave an in-depth story of the temples we visited. He made it easy to understand through storry telling and using us as characters. Jist howp we had more time for pictures since the places were so nice! Food could have been better in the cruise ship. Fish was often times undercooked and raw. Restaursnt staff particulary the managwr should be more respectful to its guest. Aside from the food and manager, overall, it was an escellent experience with Rucky!

Great Value for money

Definitely a pleasant and hassle free experience with Rocky Family! Rocky was a really really great tour guide. Rocky had tons of knowledge to share about Egypt’s history and has a creative way of explaining the myths and stories relevant to your tour site. Rocky also provides guidance in tipping and bargaining (when buying souvenirs). You can trust Rocky’s tour and food suggestions most especially around Luxor. Rocky also helped in arranging wake up calls all through out which kept us within schedule. He was well known in most sites like Nubian Village and Luxor which will make the trip more enjoyable. He will also show you some dance moves when you are cruising along the Nile River. Awesome Trip with Rocky Family! He is Dangerous in keeping time so do inform him if you need more time to take pictures.

Fun, dream travel

Everything was perfect. Heba guide us and give us only the best attention before, during and after the travel. She was really professional and caring. Outstanding. The cruise was really beautiful and complete, with stunning views from the nile and visits to milenary temples. The only thing to improvevwas the attention of some members of the tripulation (specifically members of the dining rooms). They forzed to put you in a table with random people and they see you and act like a little bit too much rude.. The tour guide Mohhamed was very friendly and we learned a lot with him! And the balloon experience was really a dream. Also, thanks to the travel we made a lot of friends of all over the world. Really good memories that we will remember all our lives. Now our lifes are more complete. Thank you for everything. We are more than happy: we are living a dream that changed our souls forever.

Great value and worth doing it again!

At first we were skeptical about the cruise since there are minimal photos on the booking sites. Be aware these ships are outdated but it seems to grow on you and is a part of the overall experience. The staff is very accommodating and the daily food buffet is nicely done. Everything is fresh and no complaints with the service or food quality. For all the tours and balloon ride to be included in the cost of the cruise it is really a great value! The guides Rocky and Hatem made it a truly amazing experience. Both were very knowledgeable and kept us on track. Abu Simbel excursion is a lot in one day to only be at the site for about 45 minutes. It was unfortunate that we felt so rushed. It's important to leave at the earliest time possible as the guides recommend. For some reason we left 30 minutes late from the cruise that morning, and it affected how much time we were allowed to spend at the temple. We could have done without the oil/perfume sales demonstration on the way back to the boat but it seems this is a tour requirement. This is a great value and would do it all over again!

Best tour guide ever!!!

The cruise was by far the most amazing experience that we had this trip. The food on the boat is good but nothing to rave about. Be mindful it is a lot of early morning starts so you will need to take plenty of naps. But what really stood out was our tour guide Hany Soliman. If possible I would request to have him every time. He was by far the hardest working individual I have ever met. He was always eager to help in anyway possible from answering our questions to helping us after the trip was over with anything we needed. He was constantly walking around the cruise giving us updates on the next days itinerary. He was very knowledgeable about all the sites that we visited and happy to answer questions. He also made us feel very comfortable and looked out for in an area where we did not know the language or culture. He made the whole experience feel like I was traveling Egypt with a friend more than a tour guide. I can not recommend him enough and whenever I return to Egypt I would want him as my guide again!

Great Experience

Amazing Nile River Cruise experience. Since day one they were very responsive to all my questions prior to booking. They plan everything for you, all you have to do is show up. Our guide Khaled was amazing and very knowledgeable. The cruise experience was amazing, food was great and rooms were very nice. We visited about 8 temples between Aswan and Luxor and all of them had something special. I would recommend this company if you are planning to cruise the Nile River.

Best time ever

This cruise with tours was our highlight from vacation. The cruise in nile river was so nice plus our Guide Waled was the best. He has a lot of patient with his group. He helped us with things that we need and we appreciate him.

Amazing new experience

It was a great experience to cruise in the Nile River, the small boat rides and the hot air balloon experience were my favorite. Our tour guide Walid was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time with him. He had always a great attitude and a smile and even got electrical outlet adapters for us and took me to a Pharmacy to get medications since I forgot mine at the first hotel I stayed at. Highly recommended.

Magical

This tour with WALID was the best. He was so patient and always smiling. He is so smart and we learned a lot. The places where magical. I would recommend to keep this man in your company. I give 10 start if I could.

Quite good but can be improved.

We were traveling with the boat Blue Shadow. It was clean, organized, the crew was prompt and professional. Food was just ok, the cabin was spacious but for two people. We were three, so we had not much comfort. From satellite TV we got only CNN. One minus was that the beds were too soft for us. Our guide Hossam Rashwan was excellent very knowledgeable, very willing and he loves his job. He is very enthusiastic with Egyptian history and wants to share his vast knowledge with us. Also very organized and professional. Best of choices !!

Our experience was exceptional. Our guide Mohamed el khady was fantastic. The perfect amount of information and free time to explore. He was very accommodating when we wanted to do more in the valley of the kings. We were very happy with everything on the cruise as well. Great service snd food.

Great cruise experience

The cruise was a great experience and the highlight of our trip to Egypt. We were allowed to check in early at the ship and start our tours right at 10:00am on day one. We were fortunate to have Mohamed El Khady as our guide. He was not only knowledgeable and patient, but very fun to be around. The visits to the temples were well organized and enough time to wonder around to explore and take pictures was given in each site. The food on board is delicious, varied and abundant!! We weren’t lucky enough to do the hot air balloon on the scheduled morning because of the weather conditions, but will have the opportunity to go on a different day over our stay in Luxor. It is an amazing experience, I would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the Aswan-Luxor area.

My favourite part of the trip was our tour guide, Hossam Rashwan, who was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. Book this cruise and ask for Hossam, you won’t regret it.

The cruise was good but our tour guide Hossam Rashwan was phenomenal. He is super knowledgeable of Egyptology and also incredibly friendly. He was flexible with our tour and also made time for us to stop for food and drinks along the way. If you do this package, ask for Hossam!

Dear travelers, I can't put down in words how astonishing Egypt is. This cruise made our visit exceptional, the accommodations are comfortable and clean. All the itinerary is very well organized and you have enough time to visit and appreciate all the archeological sites. But the highlight of the trip was our guide Mostafa Abdo, he made our experience absolutely exceptional. Other people in the cruise were jealous of our guide. He became our friend and we enjoyed his company very much. I highly recommende you ask for him as your guide. Food is amazing! 😁🌴✨

Emerged in rich history of Egyptian civilization

Mohammed Wafa, my guide, was very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, dedicated to ensure a good experience of the guest. He explained well at all sites, shared the end to end history of the three kingdoms and beyond on the boat. He also went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Hot air balloon is a must do. You can see the Nile River from above the sky with an amazing sunrise. Cruise is as expected for a large operations. Food had variety and was very tasty. Heba from the agency was very responsive. There were some small hiccups but she addressed them immediately. She checked in every day to make sure the experience was positive

Nile cruise review

This was a magical part of our trip to Egypt and a big thanks to Heba for helping me arrange everything! I was an action packed trip especially with two young kids in tow and it produced amazing memories that I will cherish forever. Our guide Ismail was packed with knowledge and helped make the trip even better. Always doing their best to make everything just perfect even when time was an issue.

Amazing trip

My boyfriend and I had an amazing cruise. Our tour guide Mohammad Wafa was very knowledgeable about Egyptian history and answered any questions. He went above and beyond, he granted many of our requests like taking a tour with a local taxi (toktok), going to the phone store to buy a SIM card and taking us on a private boat ride to a Nubian village where we learned about their culture and took a photo with a crocodile. The schedule was very well organized and the staff were so welcoming.

What a wonderful experience this has been! ❤️ From start to finish, Heba took good care of my trip. I was traveling solo and decided last minute to do the Nile cruise. Heba accommodated our request and ensured I got everything I needed for my trip. I left Hurghada on a bus and she arranged my pickup at the Luxor bus station the same day. She was in constant communication with me the entire trip and made sure everything is in perfect order each time she tried to reach me. She even ensured I had my ticket back to Cairo after my tour with them ends. Our guide, Mohamed, was beyond excellent! Very knowledgeable and made our tours truly delightful. He was very cheerful, fun and friendly the entire time! I recommend going with him if you can. I met a wonderful couple during the tour who happens to be doing the same tours that I was, which made the trip even more wonderful! Overall, my trip was beyond spectacular! Highly recommended!

I definitely recommend the 3-Night Cruise! It makes tours of Aswan and Luxor very convenient, covering the main sights and attractions. The activities were all well-planned, many of them in such a way that many times we didn’t find the attractions crowded and so we could enjoy with tranquility. The accommodations were a great surprise, with quality and very clean. The quality and variety of food was also very good. And highlight for the entire staff from the ship (who were kind and helpful) and to Egypt Gift Tours. Heba was very helpful, since purchasing the tour package (long before leaving Brazil), as well as our guide Baher Zaher, who was attentive and showed great knowledge, explaining everything properly and in an humorous way. We notice that he likes what he does, he is enthusiastic! I recommend!!!

Highly recommended 3 night cruise

Everything was perfectly planned, we didn’t have to worry about anything and we managed to see everything that we had been told! The cruise was very clean and all the staff were extremely nice! The food was also very good and lots of different options! The hot air ballon was an unforgettable experience! Would definitely recommend that! Our guide Baher Zaher was amazing as well, not only did he explain everything perfectly but was also funny and very adequate for every temple and activity. Great tour guide and clean, comfortable cruise ship

This trip exceeded my expectations. The tour guide Hamdy was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the sights that we visited, and the cruise ship was clean, comfortable, air conditioned, and had friendly staff. The food onboard was very tasty — and I say that as a fussy eater!! We had a great time onboard and saw so many parts of Egypt that we could not have found on our own. I was expecting to be a part of a large group tour so was surprised and delighted to receive a private guide the entire trip. Again, Hamdy was great — he knows so much about everything we saw, shared great historical stories, and always was checking on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I would recommend this tour to others!

A Fun Nile Cruise

We had a great time on this cruise! Mohammad was a friendly tour guide, the food was good (besides one meal), and the general manager Heba was incredibly helpful! We celebrated a birthday in our group, and Heba was very helpful making it a special day for her.

BEAUTIFUL 3 DAY NILE CRUISE

My family and I had a nice experience on our 3-day cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Firstly, I want to comment on the agency, Egypt Gift Tours...I was VERY impressed with Heba, who was SO attentive to my needs and so prompt in answering all of my questions. She made our experience SO much easier and I am forever grateful for her. She has an amazing level of English, which also helped. I could not say enough good things about her! My family and I are vegan, so she helped organize and communicate our needs to the kitchen so that we had good vegan options at all our meals. She also organized all details for my surprise birthday that my boyfriend and her organized (without my knowing) which was a nice surprise. She helped him organize the food, cake, birthday gift, and balloons and decorations being done to my room when I was away. It was a nice detail that I will never forget. As far as the cruise goes, it was nice. We were on the boat Princess Sarah, which was nice. It was a bit older than I was expecting, but many of the boats that do Nile cruises are this way. Each room had a mini-fridge and a window that could be opened to see the Nile river and feel the breeze when we were moving (no sitting balcony). The food on the boat was very good. If you are vegetarian or vegan they can help accommodate you very well if you ask, otherwise, you will still find options, just as many as you might like. Coffee and tea are available on the boat, but you have to pay extra, which I thought was quite surprising. The upstairs had a pool and sitting area, which is also nice. The activities and tours were nice and all in English. I highly recommend doing the hot air balloon with them in Luxor. It was def one of the highlights of our trip! The trip to Abu Simbel was nice, but it was a VERY long drive for a 90-minute stay there. They give you a packed breakfast for that long day in the van, which was fruit, bread, jam, and some juice. Overall, the trip was nice and I recommend working with Egypt Gift Tours to organize it. Seeing the Nile River and doing a cruise is an experience that you should have while in Egypt!

Amazing days in the Nile river

Our cruise was very well equipped and the staff was very nice and helpful. We had a lot of fun with the other guests we met. We had a small group of 4 or 6 people to visit the monuments and temples and our tour guide, Mohamed Elkady, was the best! He presented all the historical and cultural facts in a lighter tone, making it very interesting, and he was always available to answer any question. You can't miss the great temple of Abu Simbel and Nubian Village, my favourite. The four days were very intense, but we truly recommend to book this cruise.

This trip was amazing. The tour guides and management really out did themselves in taking care of everything starting with Sharif in Cairo, then Star in Luxor and the icing on the cake was Mohamed El Kady in Luxor and Aswan. The pictures can speak for me😀

You cannot experience Egypt without this!

Me and my friend booked this tour last minute, but we can't imagine having traveled to Egypt without this experience. The company itself is super accommodating and hospitable. They took care of all logistics and were available to answer our questions/concerns from beginning to end of trip. They were able to listen to our interests and essentially cater our experience to that! When we even forgot something upon leaving the boat and were on a time crunch to attend our last excursion, they took care of getting our belongings to us on the fly. The day-tours themselves are so well planned out that have you so much time to learn from your guide, take pictures without so many other tour groups of different countries and have time to explore and shop if you like. The hot air balloon was such an amazing experience - to say you've been in a hot air balloon watching the sun rise above the Nile - there is literally nothing comparable. The best part was our tour guide, Mona. She had such great attention to detail and we honestly felt like we were visiting a friend abroad rather than having a designated guide. She was super friendly, personable, funny and knowledgable. She looked out for us and made sure we had tips that made our trip the best it could've been.

Best cruise and tours - ask for Mona!

We travelled to Egypt on a whim and had no plans u til we got there! We booked this cruise with tours and it was the best choice! We saw abu Simbel and we rode over ancient ruins being excavated and gorgeous temples in a hot air balloon! The balloon was an amazing addition to our trip! Our guide Mona got us to the air balloon and was there to retrieve us after we landed. Mona took us to see the East and west banks of Luxor, which we had partially seen from the air. She was very knowledgeable on the temples, the hieroglyphs, and the history. Mona took us to eat at a restaurant that she recommended as well. That cruise was a really fun part of our trip to Egypt and mona really helped to make it special.

Trip Of A Lifetime

I consider myself a world traveler having visited 6 of the 7 continents. The trip to Egypt ranked amongst the best of all trips. Best way to see the Nile

This cruise was one of the best experiences of my life! The accommodations wasn't much to brag about but the service and the food was out of this world! Our tour guide Mona was simply amazing! Reasons why I love Egypt Gift Tours

From the beginning to the end of my Nile Cruise tour I was impressed how knowledgable,funny,accomodating and friendly all the tour guides and cruise ship employees were. Shout out to Heba, our tour booking manager too. Heba never missed a beat.
