The company worked with us, when our flight was delayed due to severe weather storm, and we were able to move our pick up date to the following day. Our driver Sefa was super helpful and accommodating. Sefa saved us from losing our funds for a tour we had booked for that day,, we were in a tight crunch on time he ranus to our hotel & then to our tour, we paid him for this extra to get us to our tour. Excellent customer service. pointed out places as we drove by them. .Sefa was awesome..

Transfer from hotel to cruise ship

Needed transportation to cruise ship from hotel. Driver arrived in great time, carried all the luggage and was very friendly, polite and professional. The vehicle was clean and large enough for 4 people and all the luggage. What more could you ask?

Good driver, would like more pro active confirmation

Our driver was on time, friendly and a safe driver. The only suggestion to make the service better would be a confirmation 2 days prior, because we couldn't reach the provider at all and didn't get positive confirmation until the night before our transfer.

Horrible experience

HORRIBLE! Had reservation & they emailed duplicate info & additional 35 euros due so they cancelled. Booked with someone else. Called Viator customer service & waiting for refund but totally poor service. Would not use-do Uber!

Great job

On September 29 2022 Sam picked us up at the Amsterdam Train Station to take us to our hotel. Sam was fabulous. About 3 miles into the ride, my wife Judi discovered that she left her purse on the train. We were in panic mode. Sam thankfully took us back to the train station and took Judi into the station information area and explained that she lost her purse and they agreed to look for it and contact us. Sam was easy to find after we got off the ship in Amsterdam. The car was very clean and water was provided.

Our driver was at the boat by 7:30 was familiar with getting off, handling luggage etc. The driver was the nicest person I’ve met in a very long time, patient, very low key, helpful, excellent driver, knew his way around, got us to the airport in plenty of time. I’m only sorry that Viator doesn’t have port to airport service, considering the cruises arrive & depart every 15 days

Ik heb een rit geboekt vanuit Amsterdam naar Rotterdam. Ik ben zelf gehandicapt en kan mezelf niet voortbewegen zonder een rolstoel. Ik heb daarom extra service aangevraagd. Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over de service die ik gekregen heb. De chauffeur was heel aardig en hielp mij met het voortbewegen naar zijn voertuig. Eenmaal onderweg was het hartstikke gezellig. Dit zal zeker niet de laatste keer bij hem zijn. Erg aan te raden! Bedankt!
