Generally good and I would recommend. I booked the Day Trip Amritsar with Wagah Border Ceremony (Sedan Car 4+1). I booked with Viator. I included an English speaking guide for an extra cost. He was very good and worth paying the additional fee for. He took good care of me. I learnt and saw a lot. Driver was very good too. Clean car, safe driving. Timely and efficient. Had a great day. Covered a lot. My issue was more with the tour operator. I had to chase a few times to confirm my booking. What annoyed me was what they advertised on Viator needs to be accurate so guests like myself know what they are paying for. Viator said lunch was and wasn't included. I assumed it was but it wasn't. They also said one of the museums we visited was a free entrance but I had to pay for this. Finally, the itinerary included a temple but the guide wasn't aware that this was part of the tour. When I showed him on Viator, he was fine to take me and he was very nice. As I said excellent guide and driver but the tour operator needs to be more accurate and honest in what is included and what is not. I think they could also start a little later. Maybe 09:30 or 10:00 as there was too much time before the final stop at the Wagah Border. It was freezing and I had to sit in the cold for nearly one and a half hours before the ceremony began. Whilst it was a nice atmosphere, it became too cold and we could have done with getting there a little later. Would recommend otherwise.

A memorable trip with Bal Travels!

Lovely experience with Kavi and Bikram. Both were extremely helpful and made our Amritsar trip one we will always remember and cherish! Great driver and fantastic recommendations!

I traveled from Amritsar to Dharamshala and Mcleodganj with my family. Our driver got us to all of our destinations safely and quickly. We had a great time!!! We did not know exactly what sights we wanted to see, but our driver gave us many recommendations. All of his suggestions were great! He also showed us where we could get excellent food in both the Dharamshala area and Amritsar. Everything about this experience was great. I highly recommend using these services!

I was traveling with my parents to amritsar for a day. Kavi guided us really well, from knowing nothing about the city to knowing almost most of the things in a day. He made sure that we make most of the day. We visited all the attractions around Amritsar and also enjoyed the lovely delicacies. Traveled as group of families and we couldn't have asked for a better person than Kavi Raj explore Amritsar. We contacted Kavi ji for kulu manali trip on a recommendation of a friend. It was an amazing experience travelling with him. He is very trustful person and his behaveier is very friendly. he did show us around some places which we didn't visit during our tour. Amritsar and Himalayas

I could not recommend this company more! We did a day trip to Amritsar and then went to the Himalayas for 5 days. Ask for Kavi as your driver. We had another driver for our day trip to Amritsar, who was fine, but he didn’t come close to Kavi. Kavi is an excellent driver and guide. He is a lovely man who goes out of his way to make you enjoy your trip.

Super Service

We engaged Bal Travels for a 12 Day tour of Himachal Pradesh. We were fortunate to have Kaviraj as our tour guide and driver all through. Kaviraj was an excellent friend and guide and he took care of us so well. He is an experienced driver - at ease with driving across hilly terrains. Hey, Had wonderful travel experience with Amritsar Tours & Travels....Mr.Kavi is amazing host cum guide ...the Vehicle was in very good condition and clean ... I had a small kids with me,I was very particular about Driver & Vehicle. Mr.Kavi made a point to see all the passengers are comfortable and safe throughout the journey.
