AMAZING TOUR WITH NARINDER!!!

I went on this amazing Amritsar Tour with Narinder and really happy I did, his wealth of knowledge about the history, culture etc is amazing. Picked up from the Aiport in his livery car with excellent icy cold AC a must in the heat of India. We toured The Golden Temple where he explained it all, then we went to the Worlds largest kitchen into areas where you would not be allowed to visit alone and took some great photos and videos. We visited various other religious sites and had what I can only describe as the Best Lassi ever. We finished the day at the Wagah border ceremony which was against amazing the whole experience and the ceremony was a delight to watch. Don’t hesitate book a Tour with Narinder today.

A wonderful day spent in Amritsar

Narinder was our guide for the day tour, which included a visit to the Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, and Wagah Border. He was an excellent guide and was able to share deep, fascinating history about the places we visited. What I particularly appreciated was that he brought us to hidden spots in the Golden Temple for really great photos. The experience seeing the world's largest community kitchen was amazing too. My friend and I had a great day.

A great day in Amritsar

Our day with Narinder was very informative and efficient. Narinder is an excellent guide, giving us just enough time at three exciting sights and ceremonies. His information and a good look behind the scenes allowed us to understand this vibrant and colourful city of Amritsar.

Excellent Amritsar day tour

Narindar was our guide for our day tour through Amritsar which included a visit to the golden temple, Jallianwala Bagh and Wagah border. Narindar was an excellent tour guide who was able to share with us the deep and fascinating history of the places we visited. He was knowledgeable of the local culture, practices and religions and able to answer our questions remaining concise and to the point. What I particularly appreciated in Narindar was his calm nature and that he was able to bring us to hidden spots for good photos, and tips and tricks to avoid crowds at for example the wagah border. Me and my friend had a great day.

Amritsar Excursion

We booked our Amritsar Excursion with Narindar, recommended by my son and daughter-in-law who went on another trip with him. He took us to all the sites (Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, Hall Bazaar, Wagah Border, The Partition Museum) and his knowledge and experience as a guide shone throughout. He was very organised, kept us up to date and explained the life, history and culture of what we saw very well. Bar the excursions, he took us to a off the beaten track tea house and a restaurant to eat at in the evening to to get a 'real' taste. I would highly recommend Narindar to anyone making this trip as he is polite, knowledgeable, pleasant, speaks English extremely and goes out of his way to help. Thank you Narindar for this experience

Best tour Guide

We spent two days in Amritsar. Narinder was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and spoke very well English. He was very receptive. He took us to all the sites to see including the Golden Temple, Wagha Border, War Museum, Jallianwala Bagh Partition Museum, and few more. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the importance and the history of each and every historic sites.

Great experience

It was a wonderful experience visiting Amritsar and taking this tour. Narinder was an excellent guide who led us through the Golden Temple and showed us the ins and outs of Sikh culture. After this he showed us the largest kitchen where food is prepared for all the visiting pilgrims (upto 50-100 thousand a day). He knows the places to take the photos. Ps for a visit IN the Temple you should preferably go alone before 7 am because of the long queues) After this he showed us Jallianwala Bagh and explained the history to us. Impressive to see and to be at the place where so many people were shot dead. Because we had some extra time he showed us a buildings behind the main streets. With some historical buildings and the Amritsar Fort. (now used for trading) After lunch he took us to the WAGHA BORDER to see the retreat ceremonies. On the way up he first showed us the ATTARI train station. This is closely connected to the border, but is no longer used. (if you look at the Indian site...it's the ATTARI border) The ceremonies were impressive and Narinder is a good guide who does not constantly ask for confirmation. He is an easygoing and flexible guide...exactly what we needed for this private tour.

Unique experience

Narinder took the time to tell us about the history and significance of each attraction. He also made sure that we have great pictures. He was flexible and accommodated our requests. Overall it was an excellent tour and an amazing unique experience!

A very comprehensive guide to the Pakistan/India border issues

Our guide, Navinder, took us to the Wagah border performance which is quite a spectacle and a lot of posturing on both Pakistani side and Punjabi one. Navinder explained the whole procedure in advance, invaluable knowledge. We also were taken to see the gates of the old walled city of Amritsar and the walls of the city. We saw India Gates and on the way to Wagah we took another road to view the last defence post of India, Pul Kandra. A rather special and very tranquil area. The countryside is very flat but Navinder explained the crops that are grown and so much more.

Great experience at the Wagah border

I had an amazing visit to golden temple with my guide Amrik. He went into great detail to explain the Sikh faith. The golden temple is very beautiful in itself. However the highlight for me was visiting the Wagah border. I am glad I was told about the scam with the sellers offering drinks and chocolate without a price, until the end. The atmosphere was great, and I had a great view in the VIP seats. Thank you for arranging a fantastic tour, and also the airport transfers which were professional and punctual.

Highly recommended. Narinder was such a nice guide, he made sure i got the best seat at waga, best food spots in amritsar and took to golden temple at the best time. He even did a seperate food walk for me on request which I suggest everyone must take.

As British Indian Sikhs, we loved this visit, which covered the Golden Temple (day and night visits), Wagah Border, Jallianwala Bagh and Partition Museum. The sights were amazing and the guide was highly knowledgeable and accommodating of our wishes, including taking us to local sweet shops and providing follow on information. Excellent few days. Although we thought it mystical, other travellers may wish to be aware that fog may reduce visibility in December.

Five star tour of Amritsar in 8 hours!

Narinder was a great guide. He picked us up from the airport and took us straight to the Golden Temple. He showed us more than we expected. He took us into the kitchen to see how the food is prepared for the congregation. This was definitely a must see. He organized our day very efficiently so that we were able to see all sites without feeling rushed. We made it in time to the ATTARI border to see the changing of the guards and all the patriotic events that take place at the border. Narinder was also good for recommending safe and clean places to eat before dropping us back to the airport. I would highly recommend him for those visiting Amritsar.

Amazing Amritsar

Simply an amazing tour of Amritsar with Narendar. Booked 2 tours with him as a guide - full day tour to Golden temple,Jallianwalla Bagh and the retreat ceremony at Attari-Wagah border and the Village tour. Narendar was very professional and punctual with the right contacts to help make the experience very well organised. He knew the right spots for the best pics, the rules at each place(even prepares you beforehand with key informations), the best spots to avoid crowds while he explains the traditions, hertitage and history associated with each place even trivia. I shared with him about what I wanted to feel and take back as memories and he knew where to take me in Amritsar for that experience.It didnt feel like a tour - it felt like I was visiting places with a friend- while being totally professional. My 2nd tour to the village the next day was my highlight and I greatly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a feel of heritage and simplicity. Mr. Tarsem and family (wife, mother and his 90+ year old grandfather) were most friendly and hospitable- very warm hearted. A day spent with them knowing their heritage, cooking styles, simply yummy food. The main part is the turban tying experience and the tractor ride- I drove the tractor as well- plucking fresh green peas straight from the farm- tasty 👌🏻, playing the locals' games with marbles and sticks🥰 and some local music and singing- simply a wonderful experience and truly memorable. The tour finales with amazing home cooked authentic Amritsary lunch cooked by Mr. Tarsems sweet natured and lively wife. Narendar rightly identified my purpose of the trip and guided me rightly towards it. This trip is definitely one for the memory books. I highly recommend Narendar as a guide to all who are looking for a fulfilling holiday trip to Amritsar.

A great experience with a highly accomplished guide, Narinder

The most memorable aspects involved our guide, Narinder, giving detailed explanations about the history associated with each of the beautiful sites we visited including its architecture. The tour was fantastic. Narinder was punctual and took care of all the formalities at the Wagah Border and Golden temple and made our day in Amritsar very comfortable. We did the full day tour and a heritage walk in Amritsar with Narinder - we cannot recommend him highly enough . Narinder was very knowledgeable and willing to alter the tour to suit our needs. Best tour in Amritsar with Narinder

What a great tour I had with Narinder. Myself and my Father visited India from the UK and saw so much in Amritsar tour. Travelling with Narinder was like travelling with a friend. He speaks perfect English, gives good recommendations and allows the trip to go at your pace. He was very polite, assisted us with any local issues and he got us VIP access at the Wagah border. Amazing amazing tour!!!!

It’s hard to express in words how great this tour was! Narinder was an excellent tour guide and was extremely flexible with scheduling (allowing me to start the tour early in the morning!) I learned so so SO much about Amritsar and its various landmarks - Narinder explained every little detail with precision and clarity - it was great! Narinder managed to get me VIP seating for the border show which I am absolutely grateful for! Great driving, timing, and content…. But most importantly, great conversation! This was my first ever solo trip and Narinder made me feel extremely welcome and helped me feel safe and busy (with his recommendations for other events and tours!) 6 out of 5 stars - I’m definitely telling my friends and family here in India and abroad to do this tour!

Incredible Amritsar experience

Contacted Narinder from the UK before our visit to Amritsar. He was incredibly professional and communicated instantly. Nothing was too much trouble. When we met him in Amritsar he was at the airport waiting for us with a nice clean car. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Punjab and got us front row seats at the Attari border ceremony through his vast contacts. Our tour of the Golden temple was even more incredible with Narinder as he made sure we didn't miss any aspect of the lovely temple. During our stay he arranged for us to have a driver and car 24/7 during our seven day stay throughout Punjab. Our trip would not have ben the same without him. The most wonderful and informative experience

Culture/Kulcha - Great day out in Amritsar

The excursion provides tourists with a thorough overview to Amritsar - Sikhism, the atrocities of colonialism, and outcomes of partition in the Punjab and India. The tour makes for a long day but the finale at the border is transfixing. Mr. Narindel was an excellent guide! His knowledge of the history and culture and his familiarity to the sites make him a very suitable local guide to be. But it was not only his knowledge but his being friendly, casual, and attentive that really makes him a good tour guide.

Amritsar Visit

Our visit to Amritsar was a very memorable one, thanks to Narinder. He is very warm and friendly. The highlight of the trip was the visit to hidden gem of Pul Kanjri near the Wagah border and the Golden temple. The historical information he shared made us appreciate these places better. The extensive tour of Golden temple with visit to the langar kitchen is a must do.

Unforgettable Cultural Experience!

Had such an amazing time on this tour with Narinder! He's so informative and was able to give my parents and I an entire tour of Amritsar in just a day and a half. I learned so much about my own culture and got to see so much of the Golden Temple. Narinder does a fabulous job of showing you behind the scenes at the temple and explaining how they feed thousands of people every day. It was a privilege to have such an amazing tour guide show us around the holiest place of India. After a thorough tour of the Golden Temple we were then taken to Jallianwala Bagh where we learned in detail about the unfortunate massacre. We walked the old city and had some ice cream to cool off from the heat. We had a nice lunch break and continued to Attari station and finally the Wagha border ceremony where we got to witness the closing of the border gates and crossing of flags. We loved this day tour so much that we ended up booking another last minute village tour for the following day! Narinder took us to Gohalwar pind where we got to meet a lovely Punjabi family and tour their home. We had fresh onion pakoda and even a tasty homemade lunch with this family. The father also took us on his tractor around the farm and to my surprise even let us drive the tractor! It was a truly once in a lifetime experience. I feel so much closer to my roots after this excursion and it's all thanks to Narinder and his amazing knowledge of beautiful Amritsar. I will never forget this amazing trip!

Memorable Experience

My 2 Day trip to Amritsar was very memorable.Narinder was very knowledgeable and he and his driver took great care of me. Explained everything very clearly and took me to locations where most visitors don’t see. His choice of restaurants was excellent and his kindness and patience made the trip even more enjoyable.

Best guide in Amritsar (and maybe India)

Our time with Narinder was exceptional and most likely one of the best guides I’ve ever used. Everything was seamless, from the airport pickup to tours of both the Golden Temple and Wagah Border (on separate days). What makes Narinder exceptional is that the tour is about you and he frequently adjusted to make sure we saw what we wanted, but also made sure to give us access to things others may not have (ex. kitchens at Golden Temple) We sort of stumbled on Narinder and I’m incredibly glad we did and would recommend him to anyone.
