From courtesy bus pick up day was amazing. Both Lachie and Ally made us feel so welcome. The trip, weather and food all contributed to an awesome day.

What an absolutley spectacular tour from start to end. 😊 The crew was phenomenal at what they did. Each member was attentive, charismatic and enthusiastic. They brought with them a lot of fun and good laughs, but at the same time maintained professionalism and necessary guidance which was highly appreciated by all. The destinations we were taken to were sensational, and the crew members were highly informed and knowledgeable about the area, which made it all the more endearing and exciting to explore and witness. Fast Boat Safe and Fun Trip

Dane the captain and Luke the decky were friendly well organised and informative. Ample lunch and BYO system worked well as we took our own drinks. Snorkelling was good. Dane even took us to more suitable place due to some on shore winds at planned location. Return trip was a blasted... fast and safe. The boat handles exceptionally well.

We had a fabulous day, the snorkelling was an absolute highlight. The crew were attentive and enthusiastic, made us all feel comfortable and answered all our questions.

What an incredible day

The day trip around the Whitsundays was absolutely insane. The coolest down to earth young Aussie guys ran the tour and looked after all of us impeccably. Super knowledgeable about every island we went past and made sure we had heaps of time to swim and relax. The snorkeling spot was so so nice. My mum also sneakily told the company it was my birthday and they organised a cake for on the which is absolutely above and beyond and was so so nice thank you so much. Such a ripper of a day

Place to go but not with Big fury

Walk to Inlet northern part of white haven beach. But I’m not recommended to go with this company as they not supporting you if you can’t swim also their emergency boat also broken . Boat driver was too arrogant

Such an amazing day with a great crew Georgia, Daisy and Dave. They were welcoming and accommodating us soon as they greeted our Groupon the dock. They were all funny and knowledgeable. They made the whole experience enjoyable and I would recommend to anyone who visits Airlie Beach.

Amazing trip! Beautiful Views!

What a fun day this was! Whole crew was very friendly and helpful. Lachie was awesome and hilarious. Lachie also was very knowledgeable of the area and took us to the inlet lookout later on in the day when the tides were at the optimal levels to see the beautiful swirling sands. We got to see the most amazing sights because of this. Whitehaven beach was indescribable and loved that we got to spend a decent time there! Snorkling was so much fun and I even got to see a massive turtle. The weather wasn't the greatest but we still think it was the most beautiful place we have ever been to and so grateful to the big fury team for looking after us!

Great day trip

A very special day on big fury with Dane and Luke . We had some wind and rain but somehow that didn’t spoil the experience . Really good lunch on the beach. Nothing but compliments for this trip

We had a great time it was a perfect balance with boating, beach time, walking and snorkeling. The crew was awesome the Captain (Lichie sp?) was very funny and friendly! Luke and Ali were very nice and truly cared about our safety!! I would highly recommend this company and well worth the money and time!!

Best trip ever

A fantastic day, Locky, Ali and Luke are the best. They ensured each stop we got the best views and the best pictures. A fantastic lunch was provided on Whitehaven Beach. Would definitely recommend this company if you are in the area.

Fabulous day out

We went on the trip on 17th feb 2024 .A wonderful day out with a great time snorkelling followed by a wonderful lunch before sightseeing with such incredible views.the trip was made by the amazing crew captained by lackey

Great tour!

It ended up being a lovely and memorable day. The staff were great, but we do feel it would have been better to prepare for what might be ahead a bit better (and in a way that was less Debbie downer) for example, the tide was high and therefore meant we couldn’t see the iconic inlet sand view and we were getting the vibe that it wasn’t worth the hike up - as you can see from the photos it was definitely worth it, so just give it a go! Maybe a miscommunication but it definitely made us feel a little deflated before going up there. Overall, a lovely, enjoyable tour and amazing to see the Whitsundays.

White sands and wonderful waters!!

Absolutely breathtaking views, Whitehaven beach and The Hill Inlet, were like nothing I’ve ever seen. Highly recommended this trip. Crew were lovely and very accommodating. Thanks for a great day!!!

Love this trip

Beautiful way to see the Whitsundays. Incredible colors of the water, beautiful islands with white sandy beaches as you pass by, the exhilarating boat ride.

Really enjoyed our experience with the big Fury team. Lachy and Georgia took us out after getting a last minute cancellation (thanks Diane!!). Lachy was a great skipper, had great fun with us and comfortably won the race home against the thundercats from Whitsunday Island. He also helped to release a stuck anchor from another boat! Well Done Lachy! Georgia was a great first mate and looked after us while we did the snorkelling as well as over feeding us with deserts treats on the way home. The coral was amazing as well as Whitehaven beach. We also got to go to the iconic whitsunday island viewing point! We basically had an all you eat buffet for lunch (the potato salad hit diff) which was also a lovely addition to the trip. All in all, a great day out with the big Fury team! Would highly recommend

Lachy & Luke have been fantastic hosts! Weather was slightly choppy but "smooth sailing" way out & back. We had a blast with the snorkelling and saw a little yellow lemon shark and a sting ray.

Big Fury Whittsundays experience

Tour hosts Lachie & Georgia of Big Fury were friendly, informative, welcoming & the scenery & location an Aussie jewel, spectacular does not do it justice! Diving (provided wetsuits mask and snorkel) and being immersed in the great barrier reef, seeing fish, little sharks, stingrays and a tortoise was a once in a lifetime experience, we enjoyed sharing this with folks from all over the world on the tour. Whitsunday Island (where you find Whitehaven Beach is beyond spectacular) Lunch & afternoon tea were lovely with a sparking turquoise backdrop.

The trip was incredible. Lachie, Dane and Daisy were fabulous. Lunch was tasty and there was lots of it. The actual experience of the snorkelling was excellent, with snorkelling gear and pool noodles provided. There was no need to be an expert swimmer as the team had everything you needed to keep you safe. The Whitsunday beach is a MUST VISIT and the only way to get there is through a tour company, and this one is an excellent choice. The Hill Inlet look-out again was incredible. I would 100% recommend Big Fury for your experience of these islands.

I highly recommend a day on the Big Fury island tour..Even though we went on the back end of cyclone Jasper, the crew, (especially Miss Billie) the food and the day didn’t disappoint. So much fun. Cheers guys. Top day!

Awesome Day Out!!!

What a great day! We were meant to go snorkelling at the start of a fringe reef bit due to cyclone jasper that wasn't meant to be. Nether the less, Lachie and Lukey made sure we all had a great time. We went to whitehaven beach but again the cyclone had caused the water to be dirty and smelly so Lachoe decided to take us to another beach were we could swim and we are still had a great time. The benefits with going with big fury as they can make alternate arrangements of where to go as if we were with a bigger company you are confined to their daily route. So much more intimate and personalised. We went with a group of 8 and we all had a memorable e experience. Lunch was great, prawns, cold meats and salads. Lachie is very knowledgeable when it comes to the seas. Dianne was lovely aswell, we were picked up and dropped off at our accommodation by her. Total recommend these guys, you will not be disappointed!! Thanks guys for a great day!

Boat was fast, very smooth through the water and comfortable for our young children. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone planning on exploring the Whitsundays was a perfect day!

Amazing trip. Had been looking forward to seeing the Hill inlet lookout and Whitehaven beach for years and this trip definitely lived up to my expectations. Luke and Dane made our trip fantastic, very friendly and great sense of humour. We were allowed to bring our own drinks into the boat too which was also a highlight. Would definitely recommend this trip to others.

Good trip to Hamilton and Airlie Beach

We are 4 persons together to join the trip and every one has a very good time. But a bit tired since we are all over 60. We also joined few joined several activities with VIATOR. We are all enjoyed that. Thanks for VIATOR to arrange the plans!

Awesome Trip!!

We loved our trip with Big Fury! The crew was friendly, informative, and funny. The boat cruised through quickly the water and we didn’t experience any sea sickness. The lookout and trip to White Haven were spectacular! Dan, Luke, and Darcy even helped us see bay fish off the shore of Whitehaven. Lunch was tasty too! We loved the area where we snorkeled and we’re amazed by all the bright colors and fish! Thanks Big Fury team!

Great tour. Captain had 4 young French speaking lads being disrespectful to his staff and talking over his safety instructions but kept his cool. Very professional. He just sat them at the front on the way back and cooled them off, much to the enjoyment of the rest of the passengers 😂

Fabulous day out with great hosts

Dane and Luke were brilliant hosts for a fab day out. They have a great Australian attitude towards life and it shines through in their conversations and instructions to ensure everyone has a safe and fun day. A full day with snorkelling on the reef, great lunch on Whitehaven beach and a small trek up to the Hill inlet for the fabulous views. Would definitely recommend.

Must do tour, but go with a different company

The tour itself was absolutely fabulous. Stunning reefs with plenty of fish to snorkel with, gorgeous views at the look out and white haven beach is next level that has to be experienced! However I would do this with a different company. The way the owner spoke to his staff who were clearly still learning was terrible. It was very clear he couldn’t diviate or adjust his plans around others, being unable to move mere meters over when pulling up to beaches as he would yell at people he felt were an inconvenience, going as far as loudly calling multiple people “spastics”. Also went on to tell multiple people that certain races behave under the same word. The whole tour commented on the incredible unprofessionalism of the way he spoke to people and behaved. An alternate I’d highly recommend is Red Cat tours who were wonderful and fabulous on their tour with staff being incredibly kind, gelled and caring to everyone’s needs to ensure they had the best experience.

Great experience, friendly and great home made food.

Lachy and crew provided everything we needed for a beautiful day in the Whitsundays. They were informative, friendly and spread the word to look after our reef. The lunch was great, with fresh meats, prawns, home made salads and fresh local fruit. The ride was very comfortable. This small family business really looks after you. Definitely recommend the Big Fury.

Great day out!

Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. Staff were attentive all day. Visibility at the snorkelling site was a little disappointing although some nice healthy looking soft corals. View from Hill Inlet was superb. Great lunch and stop at beautiful Whitehaven Beach.
