I was able to explore freely but also benefit from Jitus knowledge of the Taj Mahal. He took plenty of good photos and tour was done at an easy pace and unlike some other operators. Informative Agra Tour Guide

We decided to go with Jitu based on his reviews after a harrowing experience the day before at Fatehpur Sikri where we got fleeced and had to put up with a so called birthright guide who was more interested in forwarding his own commissions. The next day we chose Jitu and he took us around Agra and explained the history and interesting facts behind all monuments. He is a great photographer which is an added boon. He also patiently answered all our questions. Would recommend him highly.

Agra trip

I didnt visit Delhi,but i really enjoyed Agra trip. The car was nice and clean,the driver was really polite. We met the tour guide only few hours, but he explained well to us,took us around,and patiently waiting although we were busy with the photos 😜. The weather was not nice when we visited Taj Mahal,but i will make my time to visit Agra again and of course i defitnately will contact Jitu for another trip

Knowledgeable and Helpful

Jitu did a fantastic job as our guide; we wanted to see Taj Mahal in the morning but the fog would have made the views lackluster, thankfully Jitu gave us the right timing to see the Mahal. We came away with the good photos (most taken by Jitu himself) before it got crowded. He was also very knowledgeable about the place so we learned quite a bit. Cant go wrong with having Jitu as your guide.

Forced to leave a 5 star review; honest review instead.

The tour guide forced us to leave a 5 star review when it was really a 3. He forced us to pay for a tuktuk to go to an expensive marble shop which pressured us to purchase items and made us late to our dinner. Then he escorted us back to our hotel and refused to leave or let us leave until we posted a positive review. I tried to give it a 3 star ranking. He hovered over me and watched what I wrote. He insisted I leave a 5 star ranking. He said this is a common practice and “everyone leaves a 5 star review.” Do not take this tour. TripAdvisor, please make sure businesses and their employees are not able to force customers to leave a falsely pleasant review.

Just ok. Be wary of all the five star reviews. We were forced to leave one.

The tour itself was ok. Akbar Kahn took very nice photos of us. His English was ok and at times difficult to understand. After we visited the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, we were forced to pay a tuktuk to take us and Akbar to a rather expensive marble shop. There, we were pressured to make a purchase so be prepared. This is not in the tour’s description. Most importantly, Akbar forced me to leave a 5 star review. He took us back to our hotel lobby and hovered over my phone and watched me write everything. I wanted to leave a 3 star review due to the marble shop and his forcing me to leave a 5 star review. He insisted I give him 5 stars and wouldn’t leave until I did. You should be very suspicious of all the 5 star reviews. They are not genuine. Overall the actual tour of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort was just ok. I’d give it 3.5 stars. The hard sell of the marble art and forced 5 star review at our hotel lobby makes it about 2 stars. We returned to our hotel room feeling very uncomfortable and ripped off.

Helpful and patient guide

Jitu was our guide and he was very patient in answering our queries. Pls ask him to bring you to a local restaurant for lunch and you will not be disappointed :)

Best tour of Taj Mahal and Agra Fort!

This was one of the best decisions we made. I went with my wife who had never seen the Taj Mahal before. Even though I had seen it before, I'm so glad we went with Jitu. He was super knowledgeable, extremely patient, and made the experience so much more fun. He had great insight on picture locations and secret views of both the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. We definitely recommend doing both. Jitu took care of everything and we always felt safe and secure with his advice and guidance. The price is well worth the tour! If you do one thing in India, it will likely be visiting the Taj Mahal and please do yourself a favor and book a tour with Jitu!
