We booked a day tour trip to Dubai from Abu Dhabi. We had a small group in the good guidance of Suhail our guide and driver. Pros: punctual hotel pickup, clean coach seating, informative audio in the journey, top Dubai sites visited. No negatives at all. It was thoroughly enjoyable. Our driver Suhail is a very good experienced guide, informative and patient. I would strongly recommend to take this tour.

Suhail was a good tour guide, showing us great spots, and also great with taking photos. The buildings are Dubai are very impressive, and the weather felt great. We had plenty of time in each spot to get a real feel for them and what they were about.

Best day tour to Dubai

Great tour! Mr Suhail our driver was on time and very good with keep us up to date about our pick up! Nice drive to and from Dubai, the audio guide on the way was enjoyable. I liked seeing and hearing the history of landmarks. Very happy we did this day trip to Dubai! .

Trip was very good. Guide perfect. Not enough time in the mall. Would like the opportunity to see Burj al Arab inside as an option.

Nice full day tour to Dubai. The guide and driver, Suhail, was very service mindes and professional.

Worst experience

I do not recommend, it wastes a lot of time until each person is taken and left at which attractions they bought. They were late from the beginning, the message said between 8-8:15 and no one had picked us up even at 8:30. Everything is on the run. 😑 When our guide on the bus announced what we were doing today, he only said visiting the mosque-1:10 min, lunch at Yas Mall-50 min (you don't even have time to run from one end to the other) and souvenirs at a store very expensive . Nothing about the heritage village that we paid for and the guide to the mosque, we should get part of the money back! I asked him about the two and he said that he doesn't know, that he is only a guide on the bus, that he asks the company, and that the heritage village is closed. Insisting after a few hours, he came and said that he would stop us at the heritage village (suddenly it was no longer closed) 20 min 😡, we didn't even get to see half of it, still on the run. We spent more than half of the time on the road picking up and dropping off people at various attractions. Entrance to the mosque is free, but don't let the website tell you that you have to buy clothes if you don't have your legs, hands and head covered for women. For men, long pants and short sleeves if there are no visible tattoos, otherwise they must be covered. Advice: Go alone by car, subway or something else if you want to visit something and not all on the run after seeing only 1 attraction if you don't read completely. And we asked for a can of water, but since he doesn't have a POS and we didn't have Cash, he didn't give it to us. Seriously water... The quality is lacking… It's like a taxi that walks you around for hours, only it doesn't stop where you want or where it's listed on the ticket as offering! middlemen I forgot: the tour doesn't take 10 hours, even if we wasted a lot of time dropping off/picking up people who wanted to the louvre, Ferrari and adventures. So if you have other options in addition, you don't benefit from all of them together... it's up to you, but no one tells you before. I recommend you to see the heritage village and the mosque, it's worth it... but not on the run. Maybe once in your life and then keep an eye on the clock. He didn't want to give us a bottle of water because we didn't have 5 aed, we only had a card or pounds/euro and he couldn't change us...

Very informative, great guide, visit all the places you need to see on a daytrip. Pick up on time, drop off at same hotel. Great value for money. Would definitely use the booking site again.

Great Excursion

We were staying in Abu Dhabi and decided to take a day trip to Dubai, and it was great!! considering how intensely hot it was all passengers were comfortable and the tour was informative.

Spectacular city

First of all, 1 day isn't nearly enough to see and experience Dubai, this is a whirlwind tour so you just get a taste. Nevertheless, we had excellend guidance from madam Nafisa and reliable service from our driver Umair.

Dubai all day from Abu Dahbi

Tour Tour guide was organized and did great job. Chanak was name (from Sri Lanka). No lunch for us but others who had lunch enjoyed it.

Amazing

My partner and I had booked a tour with audio however we ended up with a private tour with our very own tour guide. So knowledgeable, nothing too much trouble. Our tour ended up so much more than advertised. If you want a great company with lovely drivers and guides, then Book with Gray Line.

Tutto molto veloce d altronde gli spazi sono enormi va bene se devi passare un giorno solo permettendoti di visitare la maggior parte delle attrazioni solo per qualche foto

Bellissima esperienza

Esperienza veramente fantastica! La nostra guida suhail è stato puntuale e preciso. Essendo tutto distante il tempo per vedere i vari luoghi e monumenti non è molto ma ne vale la pena! Dubai è incredibilmente bella e in una giornata da soli non riuscite a vedere tutto quello che si vede con questo tour.

Ci siamo divertiti un bel giro bravissimo autista puntualità assistenza whatsapp si inizia da dubai marina fino al mall c'è tanto da vedere unica pecca proprio per questo il tempo delle visite ma tutto come da programma

Journée à Dubaï

Pour Dubai : nous avons passés la journée du 31 décembre dans cette ville et malheureusement l’agence n’avait pas anticipé le blocage des routes qui étaient prévisibles comme partout dans le monde entier (on nous a déposé a 17h50 pour la soirée du réveillon qui ne démarrait qu’a 20h. Rien n’était Prévu pour nous en attendant). Nous avons vu que très sommairemment les monuments : nous avons quasiment passés la journée dans la voiture. En faisant des détours & des détours. Nous avons déjeuner qu’a 15h ! Bref, nous ne recommandons pas cet organisme pour visiter Dubaï.

Visite de Dubai

Que dire ??? Trop de temps assis dans le minibus, on a même pu assister au plein d'essence pour la 1ère halte, juste la visite de 2h dans le mall sympathique . Piège a touristes sois disant "Art Arabic",3ème halte. Chauffeur aucune communication, nonchalant , j'aurais souhaitais repasser par le deuxième mall (emirates) mais pas de réponses. Ou même par le outlet mall, Dommage !
