Very special experience

A wonderful experience in a beautiful environment. Visiting the Emirates Palace Mandarin Hotel is unforgetable, from the palatial tiled lobby with its immense ceiling, the grand staircase, chandeliers and Episodes floral layout, you wont be disappointed. The Palace Cappuccino in a beautiful china cup and saucer is delightful with a delicious light cake, and attentive staff who ensure you are having the best time. I would definitely recommend this experience.

Horrible diner beautiful place.

Spectacular place but not worth it to book diner at the vendôme restaurent. The dishes were very basic not worth the price. Drinks are extra to pay. I do not recommend it. However I do recommend visiting the palace or very beautiful.

One of our best dining experiences

We did not stay in this grand hotel but had a wonderful buffet lunch at its restaurant. It was a wonderful dining experience in terms if the quality and varieties of food, the atmosphere of the place and the warm service we received.

Reservation was not confirmed immediately after reservation

I needed to wait for very long time in the hotel, till my reservation was confirmed by the hotel manager.

Definitely worthwhile

It was perfect! Once you arrive go directly to the reception, they were extremely helpful. They will guide you to the Vendome. Ask if you can sit outside as the view is breathtaking. The restaurant is not as glamorous as the rest of the hotel so you don't really need a spectacular outfit. Most of the men were wearing jeans and the women everyday dresses. Do not worry about covering shoulders and knees unless you'll be going on Friday or Saturday. Otherwise, the restaurant will be closer to empty. ( we were slightly overdressed but it was a birthday celebration so we didn't mind 😉 ) The staff is surprisingly kind and helpful. The buffet has many different options. I would suggest the pasta ( which they make at the spot, in front of you ), tartar salad ( if you're not a spicy lover go ahead and make your own one ) and of course the desserts! Once you're done you can walk a little bit around the floor and see the rest of the common rooms. Enjoy!!

A memorable birthday afternoon tea

I had the afternoon tea on my birthday and it turned out to be a perfect choice. The place was extraordinary beautiful. The food was very fine and appealingly presented. Staff service was excellent.

Impressive

The scenery was amazing and the food was a good variety. Impressive to be in a 7 star hotel. Highly recommend the experience.

Not worth for such a price

The food was not great and not fresh . One of my family members was sick and had diarrhea for 4 times right after the meal. Seafoods were not fresh especially the crab n the tuna sushi. There was not much variety too.

Girls Not Actually Booked For Cappuccino

We arrived at Emirates Palace as scheduled, only to find that we did not have a reservation through Trip Advisor although a booking was completed. This created a high level of stress. Luckily, they were able to serve us and collected a payment on site. Emirates Palace is lovely and their staff is extremely professional. The Cappuccino and cake were delicious. Emirates Palace is recommended; however, Trip Advisor is not.

We had a fantastic experience, ordered some coffee and cakes, and what we got was a gastronomic assembly of beautiful and delicious food.

Beautiful hotel

Just as easy to organise yourself. Walk in and ask for tea and cake ? You don’t have to book, lots of seating

DON'T BOOK THIS TOUR (ITS A ROBBERY), BOOK DIRECTLY WITH EMIRATES PALACE

This tour is a robbery and Orient is a robber Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi organises this tour for 150 AED per person which includes good 45 mins palace tour and coffee with gold. Best is to call up the emirates palace hotel in advance and book directly with them. This travel agent through viator is charging more than 200 AED only for coffee and is led by un professional team lead Sara who doesn't bother if your experience is bad as long as you are paying money. Even worse is that the Emirates palace doesn't recognise any touts like orient. BEST NOT TO BOOK FROM THIS OPERATOR. It was a very bad experience as the hotel doesn't recognise orient tour operator and doesn't.

Disappointing. Low value to money.

Impressive decor - big spaces, rich ornamentation - but empty and sterile. The coffee was well presented but weak. The cake was tasteless.

Not good experience

They could not find my reservation! It took them 20 min & 3 people to figure it out that Viator used a different name for the reservation! Once seated, nobody served us for another 20 min until we asked them!

Splendid afternoon tea

Quite a charming environment for afternoon tea. We chose afternoon tea for two and it was more than enough food. The live piano music in the background was a nice touch. I’d like to mention amazing service if Your colleague Stephen at Cafe by the Fountain at Emirates Palace in 17th of November . Stephen suggested me an option that’s answered to my queries - and it was amazing. Since it was my first time here I got informed about the options from the menu. Stephen is really approachable, knowledgeable and professional member of the team. Thank you so so much! Also I’d like to mention the security member Anthony who explained me about the restaurants available on the territory of Emirates Palace, all the cuisines they offer and working hours this I could plane my further trip. Anthony is very professional and knowledgeable team member.

Amazing Experience

I was in the Hotel few days back with my friends and we tried everything with gold in Le Cafe of Hotel. Everything was so amazing, the gold coffee, gold ice cream and even they had gold chocolate cake. Hotel itself is amazing, the architecture is really next level thing. and Samra the girl who served us was absolutely brilliant.

A lovely experience! A Must do!

We loved our afternoon coffee and desert here. We were guests at the Palace and we went to grab a coffee and enjoyed desert as well. Such a fun, opulent experience. Their “gold” coffee was excellent. Service was lovely. Cheesecake was incredible. Definitely a must do experience. A little pricey but totally worth it!

The Service here is absolutely exceptional we found our waitress pan to be very friendly professional and polite and she made our stay even better overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Spectacular

The best experience I have ever had. We chose the Afternoon tea for 2 and it was spectacular. Teresa was our designated Waitress and Fai. From a wide selection of unlimited teas to chose from, desserts, caviar, salmon sandwiches and more. If anyone ever visits Emirates palace I highly recommend choosing the Afternoon tea for 2 for a royal experience. Teresa and Fai was exceptional in explaining and serving my husband and I. Bravo!! Will definitely be seeing us again.

wonderful hotel- bad service in Le Café

The service is bad. The employees didn't ask what we want. The hotel is wonderfulan unimaginable. The coffee is too expensive

Beautiful hotel to visit. The Golden Cappuccino at Le Cafe was lovely, however we did not find the staff overly friendly. We did not realize you can visit the Palace Hotel without reserving the Golden Cappuccino. We also thought we would be allowed to visit the gardens if we reserved coffee, but this was not the cae.

Tea

We did not have reservations for their high tea, but opted to order a pot of tea and scones. We arrived a half hour before the close of tea, which may have contributed to the very spotty service. We had four different servers and had trouble getting our check. We did enjoy the tea we chose and the scones were delicious. However, when we asked if we could purchase the current berry flavored tea, we were told yes, at their little store across the way. We and several other families waited for someone to serve us. When a young woman arrived we asked to buy the tea. She was quite rude and told us they don’t sell tea. We wouldn’t have asked had we not been told by one of their servers that they did. While the hotel is exquisite, their service needs work to bring it up to the seven star standard they claim.

Bad service

Everyone speaks about it We were four and booked for afternoon tea 3 we’re served first only the beverage I waited a lot for my drink When we finished the drinks then food arrived! I argued with the waiter than this was a bad service At the end the manager (?) arrived and apologized for the inconvenience saying the bill was for the house Then another waiter arrived with the bill!!! Of course we paid but all this was so strange and annoying Nevertheless the beverage and food was nice Service very VERY bad

Fantastic Experience

Visit this amazing cafe today for quick sneak in, tried their Gold flack coffee which was amazing indeed. The mango base cheesecake was topnotch. The presentation and service was really great, special thanks to Fitrina for being very attentive and recommending. Definitely a must visit place.

Outstanding Venue

The Emirates Palace has to be seen to be believed. All $ 3.8 billion of it !! The building is remarkable and even though you cannot wander to the beach or accomodation areas, you can wander throughout the main building on the way to the Cafe for your Golden Cappuccino. For A$80 you can wander the foyer and shops then sit down for a slice of cake and coffee. The coffee wasn't great so if you are fanatical about the strength and heat of your coffee then you might be disappointed. Ours was luke warm albeit with the 24 carat topping. The slice was yummy. You are really paying for access and the unique experience to tell your friends about the amazing complex and what gold "tastes" like. Fun but not obligatory.

Golden coffee

We just dropped in about 1:30 on a Monday and walked right in. Great service from Marshall and we had the 23k gold cappuccino and the 23k Gold Ice ( chocolate vanilla twist waffle cone with a sheet of gold on it.). Everyone was very friendly and we enjoyed a luxurious treat in a beautiful setting.

it was fantastic, to drin that golden coffee in the lounge of the hotel, and the lounge and the hotel are so amazing too. go in the evening then the light outside are like a fairy tale-

A luxurious palace-level hotel with luxurious decoration and 11 dining facilities to choose from, which will make you not want to leave even when you are staying there.

The Cultural Hotel looks like a mosque, with 343 rooms. Each room has its own independent balcony, Poets Beach, the hotel's own camel for riding, delicious representative Middle Eastern cuisine, and delicious camel milk ice cream from the Cake Shop. , Lobby court’s gold foil coffee is delicious and stunning and must be photographed.

Highly recommended.

After a bumpy start... we were passed from counter to counter, the coffee shop no longer has the same name as it is sold by; the booking/reservation was not found at first, so we couldn't sit down even though everything was empty and had to wait outside the café, the lady must have been having a bad day... everything went well. Lovingly served food and delicious tea. Very courteous service staff.

Café e bolo belíssimo

Eu gostei demais. Desde o momento em que cheguei, fui recebida com um sorriso caloroso e uma hospitalidade sem igual. O serviço impecável. Foi uma experiência inesquecível, que me fez sentir como se estivesse em um palácio dourado.

Une soirée idyllique

Le cadre idyllique du palace !!! Arrivé 30mn avant le début du dîner de 19h30, nous avons pu visiter le hall d’entrée et couloirs mitoyens. Nous avons été très bien reçus au restaurant Le Vandome. Nous avons pris une table à l extérieur (magnifique vue !!!) Et le buffet est exceptionnel, choix très varié. Un régal !!!

GOOD

We had already been there a few years ago and the service remains high level… so does the price. Attentive and very professional staff. The teas offered are very varied and some are rather rare. Delicious and numerous pastries including a small extra pantone We left taking with us the few remaining pastries which were luxuriously packaged. The only big problem is the lobby of the hotel which is close to us and which is noisy and invaded by noisy tourists, mainly Chinese, who should not have free access to a hotel of this level. It’s disturbing and takes away all the charm of the place, which remains sumptuous.

Dirty ambience

Nice view, unfortunately a lot of cars drive past. The afternoon tea was very good. Service is nice but extremely slow. Very dirty, pillows with stains and generally dirty. This is not appropriate for a 5* hotel

Der Besuch war...

Der Besuch war unproblematisch. Voucher, wenn man aufgefordert wird vorzeigen und in der Lobby einfach gerade aus zum Le Café gehen. Es gab nur kurz ein Missverständnis, weil noch ein zweites Restaurant auf dem Voucher erwähnt war Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es gab den vergoldeten Cappuccino und ein Stückchen Kuchen. Von der Ausstattung des Hotels hätte ich mehr erwartet aber das ist immer Geschmacksache.

A beautiful experience: Emirates Palace

Drinking coffee in the Emirates Palace is a wonderful experience. Real gold leaf on the cappuccino. The price is just as exclusive. Even 10 years ago it was a magical experience. The staff, the guests - every minute is interesting. The government's official residence and the fact that government guests are accommodated very close by can be felt in every detail of the building. We consciously decided not to live here. But it is always worth a visit.
