By Sea

Since Mauritius is an island in the Indian Ocean, you can book tickets on cruises to enter in style. Traversing the wide open expanses of water lets you have a one-of-a-kind experience.

How to commute in Mauritius

As a tourist with so much to see and do, you will need an efficient commute plan to get around. Here are your options:

  • Taxis: Taxis are common in Mauritius and can take you around in comfort and speed.
  • Helicopters: Helicopter tours are also a great way to get around while gaining a bird’s-eye-view of the island.
