  3. Guests are recommended to have their meals in their rooms only.
  4. Guests and hotel staff, including kitchen workers, are required to wear masks all the time.


Government Guidelines for Hotel

Hotel Visitors during COVID-19

  1. Symptomatic guests shall not be allowed to check-in to the hotel.
  2. Only asymptomatic staff and guests shall enter the hotel.
  3. Persons above 65 years, children below 10 years, and pregnant women are recommended to stay at a hotel .
  4. Persons staying at the hotel are advised to take extra safety measures during their stay.
  5. Physical distance (at least 6 feet) is to be maintained by everyone.
  6. Hotel staff needs to keep hand sanitizers at reception, and thermal screening should be done for all.
  7. Use of face masks to be done all time while visiting inside the hotel.
  8. Guests have to provide the details of travel history, medical conditions, etc., along with self-declaration form at the hotel.
  9. Spitting is strictly prohibited.
  10. All the guests and staff to self-monitor their health and inform the state helpline in case of any symptoms.

Terms and Conditions

  1. If any customer is not satisfied with the safety standards followed by the Hotel, he may raise a complaint directly to the Hotel owner. EMT will not be liable to compensate the customer in this case.
  2. EMT has right to:
    a) Suspend Hotel partner based on safety standards without any prior notice.
    b) Change the terms and conditions to make the customer comfortable or to meet any legal requirements.
  3. EMT shall not be liable for any incidental losses made by the customer.
  4. EMT will not be liable for any damage, loss, or unpleasant situation beyond the control of EMT.
  5. EMT is not responsible for any refund if the customer is refused entering the hotel due to showing any symptom or absence of a mask.
  6. EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  7. In the event of any dispute, the Courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
