What Is It About?
- Aeroflot – Russian Airlines has started air bubble flights between Russia and India i.e. Delhi-Moscow-Delhi
- The flights would operate under the air bubble till the resumption of scheduled international flights to/ from India
- These flights carry travel restrictions.

Who Can Travel to India?
- On flights to Delhi, the following categories of passengers are accepted for transportation-
- Citizens of India, Nepal and Bhutan.
- Foreign citizens - holders of OCI and POI cards (confirming Indian origin).
- Citizens of the Russian Federation - holders of all types of visas, with the exception of tourist.
- Sailors - citizens of the Russian Federation, traveling in order to change crews.
Mandatory Conditions for Travelers – Inbound Flights into India
- All passengers arriving in India must have a printed medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 (RT-PCR) test taken
- No earlier than 72 hours before the flight departs from the original departure point.
- In the absence of a test result for COVID-19 or expiration of the validity period, the passenger can be tested upon
- Arrival at Delhi airport and stay in a special area until the results are received.

Who Can Travel from India?
- The following categories of passengers are accepted for transportation on flights to Moscow:
- Citizens of the Russian Federation.
- Indian citizens - holders of all types of valid visas.
- Foreign citizens holding a residence permit or other document confirming the right to permanently reside in India, subject to the presentation of valid identity documents and visas, or in a visa-free manner in cases provided for by international treaties of the Russian Federation.
- Sailors - citizens of India, traveling in order to change crews.
