Guidelines for Cab Partners
Keep Atmosphere Sanitized
Proper sanitization of the cab should be done. It should include everything from interior to the exterior before the commencement of the trip.
High-frequency touchpoints like door handles, front & back seats, Ac vents, etc should be sanitized frequently and after every trip.
Number of riders in a cab should be maintained as recommended by the Government
Hand Sanitizers and tissues should be available for the customers
Social distancing is to be maintained with the customers while entering, exiting, and during the ride.
Customers showing any Coronavirus symptom may be denied entrance and will be suggested to take immediate medical precautions and report to near medical facility.
Drivers are recommended to follow respiratory etiquette and all safety standards like wearing masks and gloves, follow social distancing, and avoid touching the eyes, nose, and mouth.
Drivers are to clean their hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizers after every trip.
Drivers are to sanitize their hands after exchanging money and credit cards with customers.
Avoid Red Zones
Drivers are not allowed to take breaks in high alert or red zone areas.
Drivers are to adhere to all the guidelines issued by Govt. of India while plying in selected permitted zones
Drivers are to apply for e-pass to ply between two states, cities, or any territory
Compulsory Aarogya Setu App
Drivers must download and install the “Aarogya Setu” app and their status should appear green.
Drivers are to show the status of their app on request of the customer.
TNCs
If any customer is not satisfied with the safety standards followed by the cab driver he may raise a complaint directly to the cab provider. EMT will not be liable to compensate the customer in this case.
EMT has right to:
a) Suspend cab partner on the basis of safety standards without any prior notice
b) Change the terms and conditions to make the customer comfortable, or to meet any legal requirements
EMT shall not be liable to any incidental losses made by the customer.
EMT will not be liable for any damage, loss, or unpleasant situation beyond the control of EMT.
EMT is not responsible for any refund if the customer is refused boarding by the Cab Provider due to showing any symptom or absence of a mask.
EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
In the event of any dispute, Courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
