Tourist Visa
- Applicant’s passport should have the validity of at least 6 months from the date of application for the visa.
- Two completed visa form (photocopy is allowed).
- Two passport-size photographs.
- Application forms should be enclosed with a covering Letter from the Applicant.
- Confirmed onward / return air ticket.
- Onward country visa (if any).
- Documentary proof of Hotel confirmation.
- Copy of the International Credit Card.
- Bank statements for the past 6 months.
- Income Tax Returns statements for the last 3 years.
- All requests / applications are referred to Zimbabwe and the approval takes a maximum of one week.
- The Visa is valid for 6 months with single entry only.
- The Visa can further be extended later in Zimbabwe.
- The processing time is 1 or 2 days after the visa approval is received.

Tourist Visa
Business Visa
- Applicant’s passport should have the validity of at least 6 months from the date of application for the visa.
- Two completed visa form (photocopy is permitted).
- Two passport-size photographs.
The application form should be enclosed with a Covering Letter from the Indian Organization or Company containing following details:
- Name and Designation of the Applicant and the Signatory (of a Managerial or Executive level) with their signatures.
- A brief of Applicant's purpose of tour, names and addresses of the Companies to visit along with a detailed itinerary.
The application forms should be enclosed with an Invitation Letter from a firm typed on its official letterhead and Certified with a Seal.
- Bank statements for the past 6 months should be enclosed with the application form.
- Income Tax Returns statements for the last 3 years should be enclosed.
- Confirmed onward / return air ticket.
- Onward country visa (if applicable).
- All requests / applications are referred to Zimbabwe and the approval takes a maximum period of one week.
- Visa remains valid for 6 months with only single entry permission.
- The Visa can be further extended in Zimbabwe.
- The processing time is 1 or 2 days after the visa approval is received.

Business Visa
Transit Visa
Transit Visa is not required if applicant is continuing the journey by the same or the first connecting aircraft within 24 hours. Also, the Traveler should not leave the airport and has a confirmed onward air ticket.
Otherwise, like any other category the following documents are required:
- The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application for the visa.
- Two completed visa application form (photocopy is allowed).
- Two passport-size photographs.
- The application form be enclosed with a Covering Letter from the Applicant mentioning his / her purpose of travel.
- Confirmed onward / return air ticket.
- Confirmed onward country visa.
- Documentary proof of Hotel confirmation.
- Copy of International Credit Card.
- Applicant’s bank statements for the past 6 months.
- Income Tax Returns statements for the last 3 years should be attached with the application form.
- All requests are referred to Zimbabwe and approval takes a maximum of one week.
- The visa can be extended in Zimbabwe.
- The Visa Processing time can take up to 1 or 2 days after the visa approval is received.
