Tourist Visa

The Applicant must have a valid passport fulfilling the following criteria:
Its validity should be minimum 3 months more than the planed date of the last departure
It should contain minimum two blank visa pages.
It should not be valid for more than 10 years
Copy of all relevant passport pages, including all visas of last three years
One visa form duly filled
One recent passport size color photographs (35 x 45 mm) clicked against white background having 70-80% face coverage
Confirm onward/ return flight ticket
If the applicant is travelling to several Schengen States, proof of flight tickets, train itinerary or car rental
Hotel reservations, rental of holiday home or campus residence reservation
If the applicant lives with anyone known to him, proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation by the host. Individual Schengen States may ask the applicant to present a proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation by filling a form drawn up by the Schengen State's proficient authority (referred hereafter as national form). If applicant is travelling to several Schengen States, proof of lodging in each of them.
If visiting friends/relatives, present an original and a copy of letter of guarantee accordingly filled by Slovenian citizen and certified by the Local Authority or Public Notary in Slovenia.
Original letter of Guarantee has to be sent to the person traveling, who sequentially produces the letter and a copy to the Embassy along with application.
An international insurance from any of the Indian Travel Insurance Companies for the period of intended stay, covering all expenses for up to 30.000 EUR that might occur in connection with:
Repatriation because of health reasons
First medical aid
Hospitalization
If applicant is employed:
Pay slips for the last three months
Employment contract
Leave approval document
If applicant is sponsored:
Proof of sponsorship
If applicant is retired:
Pension statements for the last 3 months
If applicant is a minor:
If the minor is traveling with one parent, a notary attested approval of the other parent, except if a parent is having the care or custody alone.
If the minor is traveling without parents, notary attested approval of both parents
Copies of the passport of the parents or the birth certificate of the applicant and copies of the ID cards of the parents
Journeys undertaken for the purpose of tourism:
Certificate of the travel agency about the trip or any other supporting document indicative of the envisaged travel plans
Marriage certificate, if applicant is married and can't provide evidence of marital status in the passport; copy of the ration card, if applicable;
Original guarantee letter authenticated by the Administrative Unit in Slovenia
A declaration form signed by the Applicant. Representative and Travel Agents should bring the above signed documents while submission. The embassy may ask for extra documents at any time or personal presence of the applicant.
The visa application should be lodged minimum 15 calendar days before the intended visit and can't be lodged less than 3 months before the start of the planned visit
Visa is valid for 6 months allowing 90 days of maximum stay
Applicants applying at the Slovenian visa application Centre shall be levied a service charge of INR 1600 (inclusive of service tax 12.36 % & education cess) payable in cash.
Please note Applicants applying at Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Hyderabad Centre has to pay additional courier charge that includes two way courier charges. Make a note of the courier charges as applicable.

Business Visa

The Applicant must have a valid passport fulfilling the following criteria:

A covering letter from the explaining the details of travel, period of planned stay, place of stay
A profile of the Indian Company and employment verification of the Applicant
Original and a copy of registration proof of the company.

Transit Visa

A transit visa is required for applicants who are just transiting the Schengen territory and won't leave the transit area of the airport.
