Tourist Visa

Applicant must have a valid passport with the photocopy of its first & last pages
Two visa forms (photocopy allowed) duly filled & signed
Two recent passport-size photographs pasted on the forms

A copy of the yellow fever clearing certificate

Transit Visa

Indian Seamen travelling on duty have to carry a Letter of Guarantee from the associated Shipping Company with their Seamen Book

Transit Visa

Transit visa is provided on arrival for a maximum stay of 120 hours to the travelers holding confirmed onward ticket and visa
Please check with Malaysian High Commission or Malaysian Airlines prior to go on journey
Applicants from applying in Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad have to pay a service charge of INR 335/- besides the Visa & Logistic Fees (Inclusive of Taxes)

Seamen Visa

Visa Application Form appropriately filled in block letters and signed by the applicant
A Cover Letter from the concerned shipping company
Indian seamen traveling on duty should carry a letter of guarantee from the associated Shipping Company with their Seamen Book
A fax message from the Shipping Company in Malaysia giving particulars of the seamen/man, date and port of joining the ship
Onward country visa
Confirm return/onward flight ticket
Visa once issued is valid between 90 days and 1 year as per discretion of the Visa Officer.
Single / Multiple entry visas can be issued
Its processing time can take 5 working days
Travel Agent submitting more than 24 applications can avail group submission rates
Group Size (25 - 40): Service Charge: INR 310 per application inclusive of taxes
Group Size (41 and above): Service Charge: INR 290 per application inclusive of taxes
The Visa Fees of Rs. 1000/- (for Indian National) should be paid as bank Draft in favor of "Malaysian High Commission" payable in New Delhi. An additional charge of Rs. 2000/- should be paid as bank Draft in favor of "Smart Data Processing Services Pvt. Ltd." payable in New Delhi.
