- A certificate evidencing that he/she is part of the foreign artistic, technical and production personnel with the purpose of undertaking projects for the production of foreign films, along with a medical service insurance policy for a time period that is at least equivalent to the stay in the national territory.

- Crew Members of a Fishing Vessel:-
- A letter from the legal delegate of the company, which is accountable for the international means of transportation, explaining the activity to be carried out and its obligation before the Colombian Government concerning the stay of a foreigner in the national territory and his/her exit from the country, accompanied by enough information enabling the verification of the existence and legal representation of the company. The interested party should inform the number of the mercantile registry, the registered name of the company, the domicile, and the tax identification number (NIT) of the company.
- For a foreign company, the certificate of incorporation or legal representation – or a similar document regarding its autonomous legal existence as per the country of origin.
- A letter from the legal delegate of the accountable company explaining that the company meets the regulations in force regarding the hiring of foreign crew members; in this case, he has to include the evidence that the marine authority has been informed about it.
- The associated permits for the exercise of the fishing activity issued by the proficient authority.
- Requirements for a Dredging Vessel:-
- A letter from the legal diplomat of the concerned company explaining its responsibility before the Colombian Government with reference to the stay of the foreign operators of the dredge in the national territory plus their exit from the country, accompanied by enough information enabling the verification of the existence and legal depiction of the company. - A photocopy of the Resolution acknowledging the independent legal existence of the educational institution, or the operating license and record before the competent educational authority of the study program to be taken by the student, when it is a private institution offering only non-formal education, also called education for work and human development, as the case may be.
- If the applicant of the Visa is a minor, submit a document for the power of attorney from the parents by virtue of which they appoint the person who is answerable for him or the guardian of, the student during his stay in the country. The document should be legalized, or have an apostille and be translated. In the absence of the parents, the signer will be the person holding the custody or the in charge of the minor.
