The applicant must possess a passport valid for 6 months prior to the date of applying for the visa. The passport must have a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps, along with the photocopy of the passport (front & back pages). Applicant should also attach his /her old passports (if any).

• One duly filled visa application form (photocopy allowed).
• Two latest passport size photographs
• A cover letter from the Applicant, mentioning the purpose and details of visit.
• Applicant should attach photocopy of the Income Tax returns for the last 2 years.
• Applicant must attach bank statements of last six months.
• Applicant should attach confirmed onward / return air ticket and hotel confirmation vouchers in Belize. Also, mention the period and accurate date of travel.
• It should be noted that incomplete and incorrect information filled out in the form will be returned. All the answer should be detailed and accurate. If any question does not apply, it should be answered by writing N/A.
• The Visa fee once paid is non-refundable and subject to change without notice.
• This visa remains valid for 3 months with Single entry.
• All visa applications are sent to Belize for approval and thus, the processing time can take up to 10 to 15 days.
• The Visa fee should (payable in INR) be paid in the form of a bank draft favoring "Consulate of Belize".

• A covering letter by the Applicant on company's letter head mentioning his / her particulars such as Name, Designation, Passport Number, reason and duration of visit. The covering letter should be addressed to "Consulate of Belize", New Delh

• Applicant must enclose the photocopy of the Income Tax returns for the last 2 years.

• If Self Employed: attach CRC (Company Registration Certificate) / Certificate of Incorporation / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership Deed, Company Profile, Articles of Memorandum (In case, the Applicant is MD / Director of the Company), Proof of occupation.
