- Customer will be eligible for full refund only if he cancels the ticket on the same day of ticket issuance by 23:00 hours (IST)
- This Offer is Only Valid for Alitalia, Jet Airways and Air India Flights
- Convenience fee will be charged as per the applicability
- Penalty will be waived in case of FULL cancellations (cancellations of all flights and passengers booked in an itinerary)
- In case of partial cancellation, normal cancellation penalties will be charged
- Same day cancellation protect is not valid on date change of itinerary
