When does it Apply?
You're eligible for the Lowest Price Guarantee if the cheaper room you found matches your EaseMyTrip booking on all the following criteria:
  • Same hotel
  • Same room category
  • Same bed type
  • Same dates
  • Same occupancy
  • Same cancellation policy
  • Same amenities and benefits (e.g., breakfast, meal plan, spa, etc.)
To qualify for a claim, you must submit it within 12 hours of booking and must have completed your stay at the booked property.
What is not covered?
The Lowest Price Guarantee will not be applicable if the lower price you found is due to:
  • Promo codes, coupons, or bank offers
  • Member-only or login-restricted prices
  • Cashback, wallet credits, or loyalty discounts
  • Price differences caused by currency or tax variations
  • Bookings that have been cancelled, modified, or marked as a no-show

Availability of the Offer

The EaseMyTrip Lowest Price Guarantee (LPG) is available only for selected hotel bookings in specific cities, as determined by EaseMyTrip. The LPG tag will be visible on eligible properties on the hotel search results page, booking review page, and can be highlighted using the Lowest Price Guarantee filter on the hotel home page or search results page. Selecting this filter helps users identify eligible hotels but does not restrict results exclusively to LPG hotels.

Eligibility

The Lowest Price Guarantee offer is applicable only on confirmed hotel bookings made via the EaseMyTrip website or mobile app. Users must submit a claim within 12 hours of booking and the refund will be processed only after the user has completed their stay at the booked property.

Offer Details

Under this offer, if you book a hotel on EaseMyTrip and later find the same room at a lower price on another publicly accessible platform, EaseMyTrip will refund an amount equivalent to 2X the verified price difference. The refund is subject to a maximum of ₹3,000 per booking and can be used only for future hotel bookings made on EaseMyTrip.

Claim Submission
To submit a claim, users must provide:
  • EaseMyTrip booking ID
  • Screenshots showing the lower price, room details, inclusions/benefits, and availability on the competing platform
  • URL or app name where the lower price was found
  • To avail this offer, users have to send an email to care@easemytrip.com with the following details: Claims submitted without complete evidence or outside the specified 12-hour window will be rejected.
Eligibility Criteria for the Lower Price
For the claim to be valid, the competing listing must match the EaseMyTrip booking exactly on the following parameters:
  • Property/hotel name and address
  • Check-in and check-out date and time
  • Room type and bed configuration
  • Occupancy (number of adults and children)
  • Cancellation and amendment policies (must be equal or more flexible)
  • Amenities and benefits (e.g., breakfast, meal plan, spa, etc.)
  • Currency
  • Price must be the final payable amount, including all taxes and service fees (excluding bank offers, promo codes, or discounts)
  • Room must be available for instant confirmation at the time of claim verification.
Exclusions
The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to:
  • Corporate, group, or meeting rates
  • Hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package
  • Private or unpublished rates
  • Loyalty programs, membership-based rates, or rewards points
  • Bookings that were partially or fully cancelled, modified, or marked as no-show
  • Prices that require login, membership, OTP, or special access
Verification and Refund Process

EaseMyTrip will verify all claims and determine eligibility. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your EaseMyTrip wallet within 5- 7 days of checkout. The wallet amount can also be redeemed back to the original payment source as per EaseMyTrip's refund timelines and policies. (Do we need this line?)

Modification and Termination

EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason, to add, alter, modify, or withdraw the Lowest Price Guarantee offer, whether wholly or in part, or replace it with another offer. EaseMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.

Fraud and Misuse

EaseMyTrip reserves the right to reject or cancel any claim if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, misuse, or misrepresentation. Users may be required to provide additional supporting documentation for verification. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in rejection of the claim and cancellation of the booking.

Liability

EaseMyTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this service. EaseMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to a force majeure event.

Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Lowest Price Guarantee offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
