Officially named as Air Mauritius Limited and operating as Air Mauritius is the flag carrier of Mauritius. The company was set up on 14 June 1967 by Air France (the BOAC enterprise) and the Government of Mauritius. On the Mauritius to Rodrigues flights and vice versa, infants are entitled to a free baggage allowance of 5 kg plus one stroller and one hand baggage free of charge.
