I didn’t like that it was in Spanish and English. I thought I signed up for English. So I think it could’ve been Better I signed up for an English chore. There’s only one Spanish-speaking on our bus. I think it should’ve been on another tour not ours. but otherwise our guide did her best !

Wonderful tour!

The tour was great for staying only a day in Zurich. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was definitely worth it!

Best way to see Zurich in 4 hours

Comprehensive, educational and fun! Loved seeing the different areas of Zurich, especially from the ferry over the lake and from the top of the hill from the cable car and mountaintop restaurant. I was a hit with my family for booking this excursion for all of us!

Height of disappointment

Disappointment was the most memorable part of our tour. Me and my wife booked the tour through Viator, paid money and got confirmation. On the day at meeting point, both of us and a few more tourist were told that Viator has overbooked the tour and there is no space in the bus. All of us disappointed. All the money spent on traveling to Zürich and meeting point was wasted. Although Viator refunded the tour fee but traveling money and a day was wasted. I will not recommend Viator to family/ friends. This happened second time with me.

Never book a tour the day of!!

My problem is with Viator and Yo Tours. They booked me for an excursion that was already full. We walk all the way to the meeting point to find out we were not booked on the tour with the operator. I’m still in conversations with Viator to get refunded ! My advice is NEVER book a tour the day of. The only reason I did was we weren’t sure what time we would arrive in Zurich.

Good tour!

Guide was knowledgeable and provided clear commentary. We met a very nice couple from Sweden, which made the tour even more so pleasant. The cable car ride was great and the restaurant at the top of the cable car ride had good food.

We were disappointed .

I was notified my tour was canceled the day we were supposed to go. I emailed back that we could do another tour they gave me the information and we could not make it. We went to where we were supposed to meet to talk to some one and they called tho tour company . We never heard back and I requested a refund and have not heard back, I book all the time with Viator and have never experienced this.

Nice , knowledgable , and leisurely

The tour that we were on was very nice we got to see a very anxious portion of the city. There was copious amounts of information about the area and how became to be. Took a first vehicle ferry ride on the beautiful water. Although we did not get to ride the cable car secondary to malfunctions, we went to visit the Lindt chocolate factory . All in all it was very casual, literally, and informative.

Good guided tour that make you love Zurich !

A tour that you do not want to miss ! After 5 months since we joined this tour, we still remembered most aspect of the tour. So you can imagine how good the tour was planned and carried out. This tour has introduced to us many nice part of Zurich. Nice university, nice city, nice lake and nice hill… And of course nice people of Zurich.

Decent

It was a decent experience! It was overbooked tho (more than 24 people). Super packed in the cable car ad well! Very uncomfortable situation!

Tour was not as advertised

We were told no more than 25 on tour (there were 40) and a 90 min walking tour of old city (only 30)

Loved the cable car ride to overlook Lake Zürich. Beautiful city! History and information about Zürich very interesting.

Well worth it!

We thought the tour guy was excellent. Lars had so much knowledge and he answered all our questions about Zurich.. We were only in Zurich for 2 nights and this tour covered a lot. Would recommend to people who only have a few days.

Very interesting. Would have appreciated more time on Lake Zurich. And should have a more strict policy when people show up late to avoid delaying entire group, which happened twice during our tour.

Average tour

Just an average guided tour. Since it was given in multiple languages, detracted from the flow of the narration. Lots of time on bus spent in silence🤔

50 people not 15!

Guide was good but beware this is not a tour with maximum 15people as described - we had a big bus with 50+ people.

Excellent and informative tour

Tour on 27May @100pm (forgot the tour's operators names) Very professional tour operator and bus driver. It was a pleasant experience. The setup, bus, schedule and variety of places to visit was amazing. I will definitively recommend this tour. Looking forward to visit and book again.

informative tour of Zurich

We had a great Tour of Zurich, waking path was really interesting and informative, our tour operator was very nice entertaining.

Amazing views

The tour is great and we’ll worth it for the amazing views. If you’re doing it in winter, dress warmly and be prepared for a short walk on snow. Annette was our guide and she was great and also gave us amazing local restaurant and bar recommendations!

Mala experiencia con esta página

Compré un tour y me hicieron otro mas económico y no me reembolsaron el Dinero ni sustituyeron con alguna otra actividad.

Pésimo.

Me cancelaron el Tour y me avisaron ese mismo día en el mismo lugar. Y ahora no me contestan para mi reembolso.

Candelado y Frustrado

Hasta que llegamos al punto de encuentro nos dijeron que el TOUR se cancelo... nunca nos avisaron... nunca recibimos correo o mensaje.... todavía el dia del TOUR nos llegaban los mensajes del operador para con el código de barras... Super frustrante... uno se prepara con meses... muy pero muy mala esperiencia... Espero saber que procede porque el TOUR fue pagado anticipadamente obvio.... Gracias!!!!
