Contacted Bayu a week before the trip. Seeking his advice and discussed the itinerary for my 4 days trip. All went well. Didik was our driver. Very professional, courteous, friendly & a safe driver. Note, there are few places require to hire additional transport eg Gunung Merapi, Pantai Timang. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Jogja.

Reliable, efficient and safe.

Me and my husband booked the sunrise Prambanan temple, Merapi volcano and Borobudur temple tour. Sugi was our driver and we clicked with him immediately. He had a great sense of humour and we laughed a lot and really enjoyed his company. He was a safe driver and clearly knew all the roads. We were one of the first people to arrive at Prambanan so we had the entire place to ourselves! It was great being able to take photos with no other people in them! We really wanted a coffee so Sugi took us to a Luwak coffee shop where we learned the process for making the coffee and met the Luwaks! Borobudur was a must see. It was a long day but a most enjoyable one. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Very professional, and the communication with Bayu to book the tour was very quick and easy. Thank you!

With Bayu, the owner, the communication was always very fluent, he responded to my messages very fast. I did my own planning, I explained it to him, and he fully understood. He gave me what I believe is a fair price. The driver, Didik, a very good person,  friendly, respectful, honest and good driver. He knows Yogya very well, so he gave us some good recommendations. We leave all our luggage in the car at every stop we made. I fully recommend this service.

Kindness and availability

We chose the package tour of the temples and Jeep Lava Tour on mount Merapi and we were delighted by the availability and kindness of our driver. We enjoyed the day totally and when occurred that we spent less time on a temple than expected, our driver anticipated the following visit, in order not to let us lose time.

Memorable short stopover in Yogyakarta

Our stay in Yogyakarta was short but a memorable one made possible by our guide Didik. He is superb; friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and very professional. We managed to see both the iconic temples - Prambanan and Borobudur, and a few other places. Didik facilitated us throughout the visits to ensure our comfort and most importantly hassle free. He even put his professional pharmaceutical knowledge into good use to help one of our family members. This guys are top notch. The tailor make what u need on tour. A lot of added value to this tour because of the driver assign to us. Eko did a fantastic job with us. Punctuality was key by driver. Water bottles provided. Comfortable and clean car. Had a superb time in Yogja. Definitely a worth choice.

Excellent all round experience

Bayu compiled the most amazing experience for me when spending a few days in Yogyakarta. He took into account all my wishes and customised an itinerary for me at a fair price. Communication was excellent throughout, and my assigned driver, Tugi, was great! Very careful amidst the mad traffic of Yogyakarta, he made sure we visited all sights (Borobodur, Prambanan, Taman Sari, Sultan Palace, Ramayana ballet) and avoided the rain in doing so. To start off each day, he would also offer me special freshly cooked healthy snacks that his wife has just made. No request was too great (can we stop somewhere and buy some mangosteen?) and the tour ended with a lovely batik class. Above all Tugi had a GSOH and loads of local nuggets of information which he shared. Concluding, it was a memorable experience, highly recommended!

Excellent service

Very professional and efficient. We asked on short notice for booking for the day after, and they managed to fulfill our request, and supported for easy booking. Our driver was Sugi, friendly and professional. He drove us to Parangtritis Beach in the morning and back to Yoyakarta in the afternoon. He came up with a great suggestion to try the Loewak Coffee, which was awesome. Also while driving he shared some insights about Yoyakarta and Indonesian customs. The car was comfortable and clean. Overall excellent service. We can only recommend it.

Great overland option

We needed a driver to take us from Yogyakarta to Surabaya to be able to make our Bromo sunrise trip. We found this option online and decided to hire the car for the whole day to take us around Yogyakarta too. Our driver, Eko, was great and incredibly friendly. 2 days in Yogyakarta

We were very pleased with the Hire Driver Yogyakarta. The owner Bayu was very good with the communication, fast and transparent with all information. Our driver Sugi was also fantastic. Punctual , knowledgeable, kind with a good sense of humour. He took very good care of us. We went to Borobudur and Prambanan temples, and also many other attractions in Yogyakarta . Bayu was absolutely amazing!!!! My husband & I booked this 24 hrs in advance and we were so well taken care of. One of the best experiences ever. Bayu kept us safe, ensured we saw everything and he had so much knowledge on everything. He even gave us some advice on future excursions. Just completed a 5 day tour of Yogyakarta with "hireadriver.id" and we must say that was probably the best decision we made. Firstly, Bayu is a very transparent person and provides honest and upfront pricing. Its clear and to the point. He communicates well and quickly and provides feedback to your itinerary. You can also ask him to make one for you if you need. Most importantly his team is very good. The agency is reliable. The price announced in advance includes car, gasoline, parking, highway and ferry costs as well as driver's accommodation and food. Contact was quick and efficient with Bayu the owner and we were able to pay via Wise transfer with a gesture from Bayu: absence of Wise fees on part of the amount. Our driver Decky was top notch: concerned about our safety and satisfaction every day. He listened to our requests, gave us advice and offered us alternatives when an activity did not prove feasible. He also suggested optimizations compared to the route we had planned. We also talked a lot with him which allowed us to learn lots of things about Java and Bali, the 2 islands on which he accompanied us. He regularly made us taste local specialties that he had bought and cleaned the car every evening, and refilled the water: these little details that make the difference. We had a great vacation thanks to him, his attention to our needs and his safe driving and that says it all in Indonesia where driving is sporty. Our day went very well. Our driver Bayu was perfectly on time. He was kind and gave us time to quietly visit Borobudur, Candi Mandut, tasting Luwak coffee, lunch in a very good restaurant, and ended the day with Prambanan with a French speaking guide.
