The company was great to deal with. Damien and Kate, who were our hosts on the cruise were fantastic! Friendly great hosts. The experience itself was awesome and the Views were totally amazing!

DO THIS TRIP

Excellent sea man ship by the captain. Very informative information re the geology, bird life and sea animals observed on the trip. A most welcoming and caring atmosphere created by all the staff. This is a "do not miss" adventure.

Wilderness Cruise lived up to its name.

We had pre booked online for a specific date that we would be travelling near Wilson’s Promontory for the full day tour on a Wednesday. We received a phone call on the Tuesday afternoon to advise us that the weather was going to chop up rough and did we want to defer. It went ahead with 6 people and yes it was rough and we got some sprayed but we were well rugged up and enjoyed the day immensely. Dave skippered the boat as gentle as possible and slowed regularly to show us points of interest along the rugged coastline. The lunch spot at Sealer’s Cove was a piece of paradise. We saw seals, albatross, white bellied sea eagles, cape baron geese and many more.

Fortunate to see sea & wedge tailed eagles. Lots of seals also. Crew were great. Good to see The Prom from the ocean.

A day on the Southern Ocean

A totally awesome experience. The sights were amazing as was the crew Dave and Jackson who continually made sure we were OK, since there was some rough seas and strong winds. Loads of widlife spotted thanks to the eagle eyes of the crew and some fun stories woven into the tour. The whole day adventure was well organised, lunch was great and company excellent. Highly recommend this tour.

Brilliant day out.

Absolutely brilliant adventure. Well worth the money. I would consider going again at a different time of year for a different experience. Knowledgeable hosts Gareth and ?Paul that chatted with ease and humour, captaining the watercraft skilfully and alerting us when the biggest splashes were coming! Animal sightings included Hundreds of Fur Seals, and an assortment of sea birds and nests small and large. We had excellent weather, warm with a gentle easterly wind so we had access to see everything offered on tour.

A must do

Very nice and entertaining trip with views that will blow your mind. Not a bucket list but a must do. Seals, eagles, waterfalls, beautiful rock outcrops, dolphins, too much to mention. Boat crew was very friendly and safe. Boat is super fast, sturdy and comfortable. Just fantastic.

Skull Rock rocks etc

We love this cruise, seeing the southern tip of mainland Australia, a sea eagle, seals, Skull Rock and a school of dolphins on our way back!

5 star team building experience!

Awesome must do cruise

This is a must if you head to Wilsons prom So much to see and so much beauty that u cannot see from land Weather was perfect .The crew were very knowledgeable From Captain Damo to deck hand (Gilligan) Jackson who is young but was so good.Thank you to David and recepionist (Forgot her name) so helpful and accomadating getting us to beach

Proms coast and Islands adventure.

All aspects were memorable. The comintory was very informative and relaxed. There was not too much travel, and time between highlights was short.

Fantastic experience

It was great to see the Prom from the water and see seals penguins and sea eagles. Skull rock was so beautiful.

we were blessed with very calm conditions which enabled our skipper to get much closer to different features of the journey than would otherwise been possible. The area is extraordinarily wild and battered by the onslaught of the bass strait weather but the wildlife and the coastline was wonderful. you couldn't possibly see this any other way and was absolutely worth it.

A beautiful Saturday afternoon

My husband and I went for a relaxing weekend at the prom, such a beautiful place. We decided to do this cruise and boy am I glad we did it! It was absolutely spectacular, (especially with thrill seeker Dave) a fantastic way to see the spectacular coastline and learn all about it! The staff were fabulous and could do enough for you. Lots of photo opportunities as well. Skull Rock was absolutely amazing! The whole cruise was brilliant and I highly recommend do this cruise when you’re there! It’s a must! An amazing activity !

So beautiful. The landscapes, the animals and the staff. So kind and knowledgeable. A must do at Wilson’s prom. The views were spectacular, skull rock was breathtaking and we saw seals as well as sea eagles. Well worth the money

This tour has it all. Wildlife, adventure, thrills and laughter. The operators are knowledgeable about their environment and its history. The tour is suitable for all walks of life as the crew will assist with special needs.

Amazing tour with Chris and Damien on Wanderer adventure cruise

We all had an amazing experience even though the sea was bit rough and windy. We had a fabulous crew- Chris and Damien. They were very informative , friendly and very helpful. They were always making sure that we all are ok throughout. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking forward for this tour.

Awesome trip

What an amazing trip. Absolutey fantastic guide and off sider - Chris and Jackson. Great sense of humours and extremely knowledgeable. The views were incredible and Skull Rock was one of the best sights I've seen in all my travels. Highly recommended.

A must do activity in Wilsons Prom.

The whole activity was awesome, enjoyed the high speed boat. The customer service was excellent, Sam and the crew went out of their way to visit some additional areas of Wilsons Prom. A detour was also taken to see swimming dolphins.

Excellent. A unique experience

Dolphins and seals were the highlights We get really close to the skull rock and there will be a lot of instances to get the perfect photo with the rock.

Old girls just want to have fun!

Auntie from Perth celebrated her 85th birthday on our wonderful trip to the Prom! Magical day out, we sat in the Captain’s cabin behind the amazing Chris our skipper. He was so knowledgeable about everything including Beatrix Potter’s discovery, the birdlife and of course the marvellous Prom itself. Thank you everyone for making our adventure so special, bringing our husbands back next time!!!!

Great boat trip

This boat trip was great, a real experience with fabulous scenery and wildlife viewing as well. The guides were well informed and gave plenty of opportunities for everyone to get photos and ask questions. Just one word of warning, it is a very rough and windy trip, not for anyone really prone to motion sickness. They do provide ginger tablets and I took some as well as my usual seasick pills and I was fine, but it is certainly a very bouncy boat ride. If you can do it though it is definitely worth it.

The trip is awesome. Take the ginger tablets just in case! Saw eagles, seals and just had a great time. The captain and all staff were fabulous. Chris … you are a legend!

Skull Rock - Absolutely Stunning

So worth seeing. We had a wonderful time. You will not see the sights unless you see everything by boat. You will not be disapointed.

An amazing experience

An amazing experience and a must-do when visiting Wilson's Promontory. The staff were informative and friendly. It's a unique experience to see the landscape from the water and we saw an array of wildlife including seals, penguins and a Sea Eagle.

Wonderful to see the Prom from the sea

Wonderful to see the beautiful Prom from the sea After walking most of the tracks and camping over many years it was great to see the Rocky coastline from the sea . The islands that we have gazed at from afar were fabulous up close The seal Colony was very lovely to watch We felt very safe with our excellent guide Damian Looking forward to a full day trip around to Refuge Cove in the future

Fantastic cruise, a must do experience

We were not sure what to expect! It was a vary pleasant surprise. An exciting trip. Its the only way to experience this lovely national park from the sea. Every aspect of the cruise was very professional, well organised and extremely interesting. Great value for money.

Skull Island Tidal River

Thanks Justin & Sam… The weather was great & the tour a must… We witnessed Sea Eagle & Wedged Tail Eagle have a scurry, Seals, Geese , Ocean Birds including Albatross, plus Dolphins!!! We stayed Tidal River NP Campground (booked online camping) bought tickets online for this Cruise - Skull Island did not disappoint

My first of hopefully many!

I enjoyed such wonderful views of the Prom's historical and iconic landmarks and coastal cliff faces. As well as some intriguing stories of survival and fascinating historical facts of history and geography, bird life and the thriving seal colony neighbouring the mighty Skull Rock, the Ayers Rock of the sea's. Oh how I would love to walk in it! The tour guide was funny, sharp and knowledgeable on many fronts, without agreeing on everything (sorry, I'm not sold on climate change), as well as very accommodating to us all, . . I loved it otherwise!

The best thing to do at Wilsons prom

Our two day trip to Wilsons Prom didn't originally include this cruise, simply because we didn't know about it. The lovely lady at the Foster information centre told us about it it so we headed straight to Tidal River to book. It ended up being the highlight of our trip. Our fantastic crew, Tom and Dave, were knowledgeable and friendly and made the cruise something to remember always.

Skull Rock, Dolphins and Seals - what's not to love!

Spectacular Skull rock, dozens of dolphins swimming right beside us, and so many seals playing in the waters on a perfectly sunny day!

Wander around Wilson's Promontory

Oh, the Wander Boat tour out of Tidal River Campground was The Best trip ever. Sam and Howie were our knowledgable guides, and we saw so many fantastic sights. From the edge of Mount Oberon, Southern most point of Australia, Wilson's Prom Lighthouse, out to Seal Rocks, and our circumnavigation of Cleft Island ( Skull Rock) was just the best thing we have done. We also saw Sea Eagles and two Wedgetail Eagles. Oh, it was WONDERFUL.

Enjoyed full trip. In which Skull rock, light house, seal view, information given on board about each site enjoyed the most.

Bucket List Stuff !

This cruise is such a unique experience and one which we got to enjoy from the boats 'captains lounge' on a red letter day - conditions out on the water were just perfect. Many thanks to Chris and his crew for making it such an informative and memorable experience. I highly recommend this 'Wilderness Cruise' as it's one you'll never forget.

Tidal River Cruise

One of a kind experience ...The guides & hosts were very cordial .. Also the speed boat was nice ...We went deep into ocean to see the rocks & islands ..beautiful islands , especially the skull rock Absolutely loved the cruise experience

Been visiting the prom...

Been visiting the prom for years but this tour showed me another perspective of this wonderful coastline! Highly recommend!

Don't ever miss this experience.

All round brilliantly run trip from ease of online booking to friendly and knowledgeable staff. The weather made for a fantastic 2.5hrs, viewing eagle, seals and massive geological wonders. Do Not Miss this experience.

Very nice experiences to sail along the shore of the Park. We passend along skull Island. We saw dolfins and fur seal colony. Good explainations of crew.
