The views of the Volcano and Rice parties were amazing and relaxing at the hot springs was fantastic. My guide Sinatra was patient, punctual and accommodating. Overall it was a great experience.

Great tour and a great tour guide in Pit

Had a great tour today with ‘Pit’. We visited the rice terraces, volcanic hot springs with buffet lunch and Tirta Empul water temple. Pit was a great guy to show us around, very knowledgeable, easy going and friendly and a great driver……what more could you ask for?! Highly recommended tour and guide.

Excellent day tour with our super guide Pit!

Pit was an excellent guide and driver. Gave us so much information and really looked after us. Our favourite tour guide! The rice terraces, volcanic hot spring and Tirta Empul temple were all amazing! Highly recommend this tour and guide!

A great trip for variety.

Today, we went on the Ubud Volcano Lake and Natural Hot Spring Tour. We booked late, the evening before, but our driver Ma-de was prompt for pick up at 8am. We began by visiting Tegalalang rice terrace (where we also had time to do the Jungle Swing). We had 1.5hrs soaking at the hot springs, before heading for a buffet lunch, with excellent meat, fish and veggie options. In the afternoon, we visited the Holy Spring Temple and the Tegenungan Waterfall. We avoided most crowds in the morning, and i would say it was definitely well worth the investment if you're looking for a trip that covers a bit of everything that Bali has to offer. Our guide was brilliant, informative and kept us hydrated with countless cooler box waters throughout the day. Thanks Ma-de

Love the experience and great tour guide!

The tour was really amazing! Had a great last day and Jun (our guide) was really nice and helpful throughout. The entire trip was really nice and at the end he looked out for us at the waterfall and made sure we were safe. Very patient though we took a while for each activity. Would definitely recommend!!

Magical Mount Batur and temple day trip

Very enjoyable day out and excellent value for money. Manik was very knowledgeable and friendly and his English was excellent. He made us feel very welcome and guided us through the day very smoothly with perfect timings.

I would have no hesitation recommending Hire Bali Driver to anyone and will use them again as and when we return. Will also ask if we can have Kuit as our driver again too. Kuit was extremely knowledgeable and very informative imparting his knowledge about Indonesian culture, traditions, religion and the sites we toured and also an excellent cameraman and videographer. Clear and concise communication was easy via WhatsApp. He even dropped my wife’s sunglasses at the hotel as she left them in the car. Absolutely flawless.

Rice terraces, waterfall, temple, hot springs, mountain, lake…..a tapestry of great things in Bali

We were fortunate to have Dudy from Hire Bali Driver as our driver/guide for this awesome tour. He is such a cool guy! We visited the Tegalalang Rice Terraces first thing in the morning and later dined at a restaurant overlooking the spectacular Mount Batur and the lake. Then we spent time at Batur Natural Hotspring (a place with multiple hot springs pools for swimming and soaking) before visiting Tirta Empul Temple. The last stop was Tegenungan Waterfall before getting dropped off at our hotel. Each place was well worth visiting/exploring, and we didn’t feel rushed. We felt safe and well taken care of with Dudy by our side. To top it off, we really enjoyed the conversations with him during the rides. We definitely recommend the tour itself and Dudy the tour guide 😀

Great tour awesome guide

This tour was a literal perfect day!!! Omg. Dewa was our driver and guide and he was literally phenomenal. You need to ask for him. He was so knowledgeable that in every stop people were standing around listening to him and asking questions like he was working for the places we were at, but he just really knew his stuff. He was so cool and funny too!! He answered all questions from us and the other random tourists lol. I did not enjoy the swing at the rice terrace lol and screamed the whole time- he was a hoot about that too. Just hilarious. We had a lovely time and I wish we had done more tours with him. We spent the entire day with him and he even took us by two places that we mentioned we wished we had visited on the trip!! He did not have to do that and it ended up being amazing so we were so happy! Bali is magical but this tour was the cherry on top and Dewa was the whipped cream lol.

Such a fun day out with the best guide!

We had the best day out with Ma-de, he was on time to pick us up ready for a full day of sight seeing! We stopped at so many picturesque locations to take in the scenery and take lots of photos! We visited the Rice Terrace, Batur Volcano & hot springs, temple and waterfall to end the day! Our guide Ma-de was so helpful and answered all of our questions, gave us so much information and knowledge on each area. He was so friendly and helped us take lots of photos every place we stopped! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an all inclusive easy day out with no stress! 10/10!

Excellent Tour with Desna

Definitely a must take tour, especially with Desna. Top guide that is gracious, speaks English well an excellent driver is a hazardous traffic city like Ubud. Tour included rice paddies, coffee tasting, water temple, volcano and lLake Batur, natural hot springs, waterfalls and delicious buffet lunch. This tour covered so much ground in 9 hours and was the highlight of our tour. So many memories and Desna is an excellent photographer and videographer. Highly recommend him.

Amazing Tour!

Amazing Tour! My wife and I had a great time. Our tour guide Berata was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about places we visited and gave us an unforgettable tour. Berata guided us through each venue and then would give us time to explore ourselves. We saw many things along the way and had a full day of adventure. The car was very nice and clean. If you are planning a trip to Bali I would highly recommend this tour, one of the best ones my wife and I have been on and we'll worth the money for how much we did and how much driving was done. I would highly recomend requesting Berata for your guide as is awesome and will give you a great experience.

Amazing tour (major sites around Ubud in just one day) 🤗

My tour guide’s name was Desna and he was absolutely amazing, I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. In one day I saw the rice fields, volcano, bathed in hot springs, had a buffet lunch overlooking the mountain, visited the temple to see the local offerings/prayers and visited the waterfall in the middle of the jungle. Desna took photos of me everywhere and gave me enough time to explore on my own as well, which I greatly appreciated 🤗

The hot springs is a must see in Bali! Beautiful and relaxing scenery with a very friendly staff. Our wonderful driver Hendra was extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He provided us with knowledge and insight into the culture of Bali! His driving skills are impeccable! Definitely felt safe being driven by him since the traffic in Bali can be a bit chaotic. The buffet Hendra took us to was delicious and had a beautiful scenery. Ive never repeated a same exact tour but I would definitely do this tour again with Hendra as my guide.

Best tour ever! Ma-De was awesome!

A must see experience! We had an amazing tour our drive Ma-de was espectacular, he took the time to explain all the different sites and also help us take the best pictures! We loved every minute of it and had the best honeymoon!!

Relaxed day of stunning scenery

Full day of sightseeing, stunning scenery, our driver Wyan Suyasa was friendly and knowledgeable the day passed very quickly. The highlight of our day was the temple followed by the hot springs . I highly recommend our driver.

Excellent tour with beautiful views

We had a wonderful tour around Ubud and enjoyed all the activities. The views were beautiful, especially at the restaurant we stopped at for lunch which had a breathtaking view of Mount Batur and the lake. The hot springs were very relaxing. Our guide Sakha was excellent- he was so informative and was great at taking our photos too! We would highly recommend this tour and had a great time.

The best of Bali in 1 day

Dexde was a fantastic guide keeping us entertained and informed about all the local traditions & sites we visited. The views from the lunch venue were unexpectedly spectacular!

Very enjoyable way to spend the day and see alot of Bali. Desna was a fantastic guide. Coffee plantation was a fantastic little place to visit. Hot spring was very relaxing and the water is definitely hot enough.

Ubud highlights

We had an amazing day with Desna, who was able to take us to all the destinations we wanted to visit, starting in the Tegalan rice fields, the spring water temple, the hot springs and waterfall. He was super accommodating, and we were able to go at our own pace and take our time admiring the scenery. The highlight was stopping at a coffee plantation and sampling a selection of local tea and coffee. Desna made our amazing, and this was a great day even though the weather was at times not great.

Great Way to See Ubud

Had a fantastic day, saw heaps of Ubud. Our driver Desna was super friendly and helpful and set a great pace for us. He helped us a lot seeing the good sights and explaining things to us. We had some extra time because we were staying in Ubud so we did the coffee place which was great too. I especially enjoyed the springs. Overall fantastic way to see Ubud.

Volcano Batur and hot springs

It was one of the best experience we had while being on Bali. The balinese people are so friendly and heartful, especially our driver Komang Piyara was so friendly and helpful, he made such a good job. We want to thank you again for making our vacation so special!

Awesome Day

Great day with some magnificent views of landscapes and nature. The pools were very relaxing with great outlook of the lake. Our driver Ma-De was very friendly and informative and was happy to Taylor our day to suit us. Wonderful lunch at the end of the tour. Great fun and relaxing.

ubud volcano lake & hot spring tour

This was a great tour that combined amazing sights with quiet relaxing moments. Our driver Berata, who gave a 5 star service was very informative, knew the areas well and took everything at a steady pace to suit us. We started our day at the picturesque rice terraces and moved on to a lovely tranquil water temple where we had the chance to cool off with the temples natural spring water which came off of the mountain. As this is a holy place they supply sarongs for the visitors and you are allowed to take photos. We then moved on to Mount Batur itself. We had a buffet lunch at the top of the crater and although it was raining it clears as quick as the clouds arrive. When they do there is a stunning view over the crater and lake. Lunch was followed by a trip into the crater where we arrived at the hot spring. The thermal waters are absolutely soothing to those aching muscles and limbs. A relaxing break from everyday life. The pools look out over the lake and you have plenty of time to enjoy it. There are changing rooms with lockers, showers and towels. Our final destination was the waterfall at Tegenungan. Another beautiful location but a word of warning there are 160 deep steps down to the waterfall. Okay going down but you need to take your time coming up especially in the heat. That apart it is a beautiful waterfall. This brought our day to a close and time to sit back and relax during the ride back to your hotel. Volcano Lake & Hot Spring Tour

An amazing day visiting the real Bali. This was an organised tour with HBD Tours and our great guide Berata. We started with the rice terraces which are amazing when you consider that they create these by hand. We then visited a serene and beautiful water temple. It was an oasis in the middle of a hectic world. Next onto Mount Batur for lunch at the top of the volcanic crater. It's hard to believe that this volcano has erupted in our lifetime as its so beautiful up there. Despite a downpour it didn't spoil our day. Next onto the amazing volcanic hot pools. These were so hot and with the rain coming down it made it even warmer. Great views over the volcanic lake. Finally a visit to the waterfall. A beautiful scene but it does have a lot of steps approx 160. However, if you take your time coming back up its worth the visit. This was an amazing day that was made special by our guide Berata. He was full of helpful information and nothing was too much trouble. A 5 star service to make it a very special day.

Our driver Arta, was very friendly making us feel super comfortable and safe. The day was perfectly planned out with not a second of unease. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic trip with excellent guide

Incredible Trip!!!

My best friend and I came to Bali for a yoga training and unfortunately couldn’t fit as much as we wanted to in the day and a half we got off from yoga per week. We booked this trip as a way to try and see some great things all within a day and it was AMAZING and did just that. Honestly, our driver, Komong godoh was probably the best part. He was so unbelievably kind and patient and willing to do whatever we wanted to do. He took some great photos of us and the part i liked best was he gave some really great historical and cultural information while on the trip. I would definitely recommend this if you’re on a little bit of a time crunch and want to see a good bit of the island’s beautiful landmarks!

Trekking with desna devata

Desna pick us up at 2:30 in the morning,he was on time. The Vulcano trekking was nice we saw beautiful sunrise. Hot spring also really good Gracias Desna!!

Volcano and Hot Springs

We did the volcano and natural hot springs tour and absolutely loved it. Our guide Benik was so easy to get along with and very attentive to our needs all day always checking with us to see if we needed anything else offering us water constantly. He was very easy to understand and we had such a blast with him. He also was extremely knowledgeable answering all our questions and teaching us more about the Balinese culture. We spend all day laughing which made the time go by super quick. The lunch was delicious and the scenery was gorgeous. Would do this trip again with him no doubt about it!

Amazing experience!

I really enjoy my tour. The driver (Bagus) was very friendly and the trekking guide (Asmara) take very care of me. Trekking a little hard but wonderful views from the top. I strongly recommend it and for sure I am very pleased to my driver and my guide: they are wonderful!

Amaizing tour to Batur, lake and coffee plantation

We spent a nice time with Benik our tour guide, he pick us early and punctual in the morning to take us to the volcano. He was very nice with us and explain a lot of things about balinesse culture, thank you Benik for being such greate guide. The tour is amaizing, we have the most beautifull views of the sunrise on the top of the volcano, then we relax in the spring water and then taste delicius coffee. Thanks a lot !! The most interesting experiance

It is a very complete tour and I recommend 200%. Both the driver Rai and the guide during the trekkin explain many anecdotes about Bali and they make all the photos you want. The views of the volcano are spectacular and the hot springs are a blessing after the hike. to end the visit to the coffee plantation is fantastic. the tour is great but Rai and the guide improve it. they are very nice. Mount Batur sunrise and hot springs

Our driver Bagus picked up us on time and drove safely to Mount Batur. He came halfway to picked us up on the way back from the trekking. After the trekking we want for a relaxing time in the Hot springs. Not only they are beautiful but the views to the lake are amazing! After that we went back to Canggu and Bagus even stopped to help us with some errands and he bought some coconut candy for us typical from Bali. Thanks very much! Very professional service and a very nice human being.

Great day out

Highly recommend this trip perfect day spent in Bali. The springs were great, not too busy. The visit to the temple was a highlight and our guide Yudi was exceptional his knowledge of the area and history made the visit to each site even more memorable .. if you book we recommend you request Yudi!

Ubud Volcano Trip

Our wonderful driver Agus was one of the best things about the trip. Really comfy car. Unfortunately half the trip we had to deal with heavy rainfall. He was always well prepared with umbrellas and just general support. Friendly (always smiling) and very informative about Balinese culture and takes great photos. On the trip, the rice fields, the Volcano mountain and the hot springs was just great. Unfortunately the restaurant for lunch was the only downer. The food was not good. The restaurant has a great view of the mountain but due to the bad weather we could not see the mountain. Would definitely recommend the trip and the driver, but perhaps find somewhere else to eat.
