Driver arrived early and was very helpful and friendly. We arrived at the airport with plenty of time despite the traffic.

We had the same driver for both our pickup and drop off. Kadek was responsive and communicated with us prior to each trip. He was always on time too. Their customer support team is also prompt. Price is locked and cheaper than trying to haggle with the local taxi. Overall highly recommended.

Communicated through WhatsApp with prompt pick up at hotel. Advise to passengers with luggage….aim to be at the airport circa 3 hrs before departure. There are shops aplenty if you get through passport control quickly.

Despite the young driver still trying to learn basic English, he did well. I believe it would be of help if you got something that he can talk into if in doubt and have it speak reply in English or what ever language the person is to people he's speaking to might help, or maybe they speak into it and he gets the question in his native language too. Heard about him striking Japanese people they speak balanise or Indonesian he couldn't speak that. Just a thought to help breech the language barrier. His driving and help was excellent. Thanks for a good smooth transfer. I hope my friend Barbara gets as good a service on Monday evening.

Gusti was a good driver. Punctual, friendly and helpful with stuff. He asked us about tour and advised us more on our next one. He helped us load and unload luggage bags too on to the car. Taxi was well maintained.

The driver got in touch a day or two before to confirm: pickup location, number of people traveling and the amount of luggage. He arrived 10-15min early so we weren't worried about being late to the airport and he took the quickest route via the toll road. What more could you ask for!

Stressful trip

The guy who picked us up was a back up driver apparently, he was friendly enough but quite a bad driver,my wife and I were on edge the whole way to the airport and it wasn't just because of the normal Bali traffic.

My family used this service to catch the flight in the very early morining. Mr. Eka was our driver. It was the most pleasant airport drop off we have ever experienced. He approached us via whatsapp in the previous day. He arrived at our hotel early and sent us a notice 5 mins before the appointment time. The ride was confortable and faster than expected. Airport shuttle

Very efficiently run. Sign at Exit 1/2, driver in big minivan with room for 10 drove us efficiently to Khao Lok with a brief stop at ATM to get cash. Ice cold waters included and he even slowed so I could snap a sunset pic on the way.

We booked a driver to pick us up from Sanur Harbour since we were coming from Nusa Penida. Overall, it was a smooth experience, no issues whatsoever. The journey to the hotel...

The journey to the hotel and back was fine but the driver did not say a word on the return journey as it was the same driver who picked us up, he tried to get us to do some tours with him but we didn't do any so on the return he did not say a single word to us
