Great experience

A good driver. A beautiful road. The driver takes very beautiful photos. We rescheduled the tour three times because of the weather, and each time we were allowed to do it for free.

We were greeted by our super friendly guide, Subrata, who arrived very punctually to pick us from the hotel. Though the ride was long, it was enjoyable as Subrata is quite humorous and engaged us in conversation. Subrata speaks very good English and helped us take lovely photos. We were dropped off for our Jeep tour by another guide, Kadek, who skillfully maneuvered the Jeep through narrow and rocky roads. She brought us to scenic views and also the black lava sand / rocks to take photos. She takes very nice photos for us too. She brought us to the Batur Natural hot spring and we enjoyed soaking in the hot spring. After the hot spring, Subraya brought us to lunch, and thereafter brought us back to the hotel. It was a great experience riding the Jeep.

Super adventure.. Great organizers.

Great adventure with a beautiful backdrop of the volcanic mountains. Our driver Agus was very friendly and patient and managed to make changes to our plans upon request. Our jeep drivers and guides Deepa and Derek are very skilled and pro drivers on those rough terrains. A pleasant surprise were the hot springs. We did not expect such an elaborate setup. The kid's loved the hot water pools hence landed up spending 4 hours there instead of 2. Great team.

Amazing tour of Mount Batur

Subrata and Dedik were awesome. Super friendly guys. Dedik takes the best photos! Tour itself was beautiful. Great way to explore Mount Batur area.

A must do Bali tour!

A fantastic experience, we would highly recommend! Our driver Agung and our 4wd tour guide Leon were great and very professional. Lots of different activities in one tour, a great way to see some of beautiful Bali.

Mt Batur daytime Jeep tour.

Excellent day trip, comfortable drive through to 4x4 safari, great drive up to the viewing platform on the volcano side. It was good for us doing the tour during the day rather than sunrise. Excellent hot springs and lunch. Re transport, was taken there and back by Ridho, very cheery, chatty and informative, esp for 2 people new to Bali. Would definitely recommend. 👍

A wonderful tour all-around. Guides go above and beyond.

Adi and Leo did an amazing job. They made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond to get us great photos. They were even prepared with ponchos when the unexpected rain came. The crater, hot springs, and coffee plantation are ALL worth the visit, and the guys made sure we could go to everything even though we didn’t want to go for the sunrise ride and went at 8am instead. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience, from start to finish.

Every part of this trip was excellent. From the lovely driver, Subrata, who collected us, to the lunch that the rain couldn’t spoil. I highly recommend this trip, I’d go again! The views were breathtaking.

Mt Batur Jeep Tour and Hot Springs

The Mt Batur Jeep Tour and Hot Springs was an excellent choice for a day of sightseeing Mt Batur and its scenery. To top off the Jeep Tour the Hot Springs were an amazing and relaxing experience as well. Our driver Gede Dastra was very friendly and very punctual, he made the experience that much better. I would highly recommend it.

Jeep tour

My driver Ridho and jeep driver Leon were great, good people. The drive out to Mount Batur is beautiful and the off roading in their Jimmy was sick. You can tell they really try to help you have a good time and take photos in all the nice spots. Some of the other places like the hot springs, coffee plantation, and the restaurants are a bit tired, the drives and off roading is definitely the star of the show.

Great experience

Today we went out with Agus (our chaufeur), to mount Batur and the nearby hot springs. It was a very successful day. Agus was able to tell us about Balinese life along the way. This again allowed us to learn a lot from him. He drove confertable and knew nice, beautiful roads through the in-lands (without traffic jams). I would highly recommend him.

Not worth it

This does not go all the way to the top it just drives around the base . no rain cats are supplied if it rains so we ended up shaking wet. And to top it off the Jeep broke down and we where stuck there for ages waiting for help.

Day long of best experiences!

Trip was very nice and worthed a day to spend. We were especially lucky because we got a extremely great driver who’s name is Dekwan Selem Gis. He was very friendly and polite. Despite not being tought English at school, Dekwan was able to in simple words explain so many thing which are not easy to understand for a foreigner. He told us so many things about local life, culture, religion, celebrations, traditions and so many more. He was driving us between the activities of mountain ride, coffee tasting, hot springs and lunch. All the time when in activities he waited for us and gave us as much time as needed. And all the trip time was brilliant and amazing experience because all way from point to point we were told about everything we saw on a way. Like with a professional guide who speaks based on his own experience. Dekwan was very enthusiastic and encouraged us to ask about what is interesting to us and in this way over course of a day we learned so much about life in Bali! If you are taking this trip, we suggest to ask for Dekwan as driver, because it triples your experience! Thank you so much!

Great experience

Had a wonderful experience on the 4WD tour to Mount Batur. The volcano was great, coffee tasting was amazing, and went to a restaurant with a stunning view. Our driver Adi was super helpful and funny, and his English was perfect.

Great day out!!

What a great day out to Kintamani to visit Mt Batur! The day was very smooth and easy, from our Hotel pick up to the drop of at the end of the day. Our driver Kinyong was wonderful, he was very friendly and helpful and even let us pick our own music in the car. Once we got to Kintamani we met up with our Jeep tour guide Ketut who was also lovely and very informative as he drove us to a couple of sites on Mt Batur . Ketut also took some awesome pictures of us. After the mountain we were driven to the hot springs which were nice and relaxing. When we were done, Kinyong came to pick us up to drive us to lunch but first he took us to visit Santi Coffee plantation Luwak for a taste test which was a nice little surprise. We were then taken to lunch which was great quality in a nice warung up the road and then finally hit the road back to the hotel. All in all we had an amazing day and I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to visit the mountain and area.

Lovely Mount Batur Tour

We had a lovely tour to Mount Batur. Our driver Arrya was particularly polite and respectful with a good sense of humor and great tunes when we Asked for music. Our Jeep driver navigated the path up to mount batur like an expert. We wouldn’t hesitate to do this tour again and fully recommend for others to choose this tour.

Could’ve been better

It was underwhelming. I should’ve been advised to take the early morning tour. I should’ve been advised on the preferability of hiking on this particular experience. The tour guide was anuthentic and sweet and did his best. In all it could’ve been a more enjoyable experience

We had an absolute blast today our Driver Ridho was on time and very informative and helpful through the day… The Jeep ride was amazing with our guide Dedik taking some amazing photos for us and capturing our experience and memories perfectly .. A beautiful new day

We did the Jeep tour and our guide Yoga was amazing. He was professional, funny and took a lot of great photos and videos for us. We were lucky to get a clear sunrise and everybody cheered when the Sun peeked over the mountains in the distance.

We had an amazing experience on the Mount Batur jeep tour, our transport driver from the hotel Subrata was fantastic he was always there on time to pick us up from where he said he would be, he handled the busy traffic conditions very well considering how some of the over drivers were he was very polite and had a great knowledge of the area, he got us to the start of our jeep tour on time where he sorted out breakfast and drinks for us as we hadn't had breakfast at hotel due to early start a big thank you for that, our jeep tour guide was also great, handled the bumpy roads up the mount very well,also had a good knowledge of the history of the area and the activity of Mount Buta, we were met by our transport driver Subrata after we had had a lovely time at the bali hot springs well worth a visit so relaxing,we then drove to the coffee plantation on our way back to hotel where we got to taste a wide variety of tea and coffee and how they were made ect, our driver once again had to deal with the busy traffic which he dealt with in a very professional manner well done for that and for delivering us such a wonderful and memorable trip,thanks for everything 😀

Nice Day around Mt. Batur

We had a perfect trip, watching the sunrise in Mt batur and exploring the Area around. Rounded up with a nice relaxing bath in the hot springs, as well as a nice Lunch. Our guide and driver Kinyong picked us up and got us where we needed to be safe and fast, making sure we had everything we needed.

So much fun!

The 4WD tour was a highlight for our Bali trip, such an epic view of Mt Batur and surrounding lake and mountains. We did the day trip over the sunrise trip, and basically had the whole track to ourselves and we were able to take uninterrupted photos of the incredible landscape. Our driver Adi was a great driver. He was very knowledgeable of the area and great to talk to. We would definitely do this trip again.

Great staff and experience

Great experience! The owner of the tour company was very very kind and appreciative for our business. I got the options for the jeep tour only without transport. The address online was accurate. We got cookies and coffee on arrival to their covered start area. Very nice with bathrooms thank God. Our drivers were knowledgeable great drivers. Got a nice spot at the top of the mountain to watch the sunrise. One of the best experiences in Bali

Worth the 330 start

Teeny our guide and Ketut our keep driver were both lovely. Tenet’s English was excellent and Ketut was a safe and competent driver on the rugged track. He also brought us hot chocolates and carried my four year old up the side of the volcano to a quieter spot away from the 200 or so other Jeeps, where we could sit on a bench and enjoy the sunrise in relative peace. Teeny brought some snacks along for us and warm blankets for the jeep ride and to cosy up while we waited for the sunrise. After watching the sunrise from the volcano we went to the black lava fields where people cooked eggs in the hot stones. Next was a trip to the thermal spring pools which was lovely and relaxing followed by breakfast with an amazing view of Mt Agung. The private driver (Agus) who was also organised by the tour company was great too. He spoke good English and chose us a restaurant with a buffet and view (all included). The breakfast wasn’t great but that’s often the case with places reliant on amazing views. I’d recommend the tour and am glad we got up early for it.

View was amazing, lots of people though. Awesome organisation by company. Driver Eka was amazing, on time and great communication. Also gave lots of interesting information about the area.

Loved this. The hot springs were amazing- and standing up in the back of the keep while going over the volcano rocks was great. Adi was so informative and his English is amazing. Didn’t know this part of bali existed Thanks Adi will book him again.

The whole package was put together well. Subrata was an excellent tour guide very freind and good driver and great conversation and funny.It had everything. Loved 4wd throught the black lava sand. Leong took Amazing photos. Amazing time at the hot spring pools so relaxing. Lunch above the trees at Waroeng restaurant great food. Followed by a coffee tour. Well worth the money and great staff.

Amazing trips start with amazing hosts

I got to the meeting point and my driver Teja was there on the dot. He was extremely knowledgeable and familiar with the area around us, I was solo so he kept talking to me and made the experience a little bit more exciting. Fantastic guy would recommend him again. Now when it got to the trip, I had Leon. And let me tell you something about Leon he was incredible, nice and friendly. What blew my mind was when he told me he would take photos for me, again cause I’m solo. The photos he took of me were studio quality photos, I didn’t know my iPhone had this kind of quality until I saw his photos. They are incredible. Highly recommend both Teja and Leon for your trip. You’ll be in for a blast.

Our tour was carried out by two people, Kadek Arya and Gree. They were both excellent and had amazing hospitality and treated us to the best time we could have given the circumstances. These two people are an absolute asset to this company, and their service went above and beyond our expectations. They arrived promptly, greeted us with great smiles, explained the programme and overall, they were the best hosts. We encountered a few mini issues, none of which were their fault, but despite that, they did everything they could at the time to resolve everything. They were extremely reliable. I would really recommend this tour to other people, and moreover you should definitely book the jeep safari programme with Kadek Arya and Gree.

We had a great trip! Our drivers Subrata and Ketut were really lovely and very informative. Communication was good and they picked us up from the hotel which made life easy. The views of the volcano are amazing and lunch was very tasty 😋

Bumpy & fun

Our hotel booked for us so we weren’t sure what was happening when we arrived at the starting point. We were offered breakfast, pancakes and tea, but it was 0400 and we weren’t hungry! There was difficulty paying with my AMEX card and so I had luckily bought AUD which they finally accepted. The jeep was pretty old and the seats had no cushioning so every bump meant a steel pole would bang into your bum bones. Sitting in the back also meant you were subjected to exhaust fumes so be aware of that. Those negative things aside, the actual tour was fun. It was freezing so maybe take your own rug. The trip up the mountain was hilarious, being buffeted about on the bumpy roads was fun. There were so many jeeps that it felt like a car rally which made it a happy atmosphere! The sunset was beautiful and well worth the trip. The view over Mt Agung was breathtaking with the sun and clouds and lake all combining to amaze you. On the way back the view over the lake and through the village was really lovely. We stopped at the black rock area, very interesting but you have to do your own research to understand the significance as the jeep drivers don’t speak a lot of English! The ride back was all on tar roads so not uncomfortable!

Mount Batur

What an experience. Joe was such wonderful guide. Pick me up early to head to mount Batur for the jeep tour. Wayan took me in his Jeep to watch the sunrise and then to the black lava fields. And drop me at the hot springs. From there Joe picked me up. Had a beautiful lunch. Then to a coffee plantation which I really enjoy learning about the different plants and tasting the coffee. Joes was knowledgeable and I learned a lot about the culture of the Balinese. Thank you

Wonderfull Journey around Mt Batur

We had a great day in Bali by booking this tour. Our driver « Top » was extremely attentive and it was a real pleasure to do all the visits with him. Top drove very well and accompanied us to different places around Mt Batur. We also met « Gri » who did a great Jeep Tour and helped us to take unforgettable photos. Everything was perfect, we recommend this trip 100%.
