Stunning experience

The driver Wi picked us up at the hotel in Ubud at agreed time 3AM. He drove us to the camp from where we started our jeep guide tour. There were free toilets and blankets to rent. We travelled in shorts and a thin sweater which was a bit cold. The sunrise was as beautiful as expected and the guide Suta took as many photos of us as we wanted. Suta also handed us breakfast while we were enjoying the sunrise at top of the Jeep. After the sunrise we went to see the vulcano rocks. Then back to camp where we met Wi, who drove us to coffe tasting where we tasted many flavours of coffee and tea. Then we headed home to Ubud with great memories.

Great experience

I had a great experience with Mount Batur Jeep Adventure! Our kind driver Wi picked us up at our hotel at 3 am and drove us to the Jeeps. From there we also got a really nice driver Sjuta who drove us up to the Mount Batur. He was so helpful taking pictures of us.

Stunning Batur and Plantation experience!

It was a beautiful experience. The tour covered pickup from hotel, jeep experience and trekking with option of Biking for commute available at the mountain. Sentana went out of his way to drop us back at two different locations. Sentana, Yoga and Jero were great!

Amazing view and great tour guides.

Absolutely amazing tour, definitely recommend to anyone thinking about doing this tour. Definitely worth the early wake up. Team is friendly as can be and super accommodating. Definitely take a jacket/jumper, it's pretty cold up there.

Amazing once in a lifetime experience

This trip was amazing. Both our guides were amazing. surya picked us up and dropped us back off at our hotel and took us to the hot springs, he was very friendly and chatty, speaking great English. Putra drove the jeep up to the top of mt Batur and he was great. Both really friendly guys and so knowledgeable about the attractions. We really enjoyed our trip and would 100% recommend booking with this company to anyone going to Bali. We felt very looked after :) the views from mt batur are phenomenal and Putra was great at taking photos for us.

Well worth the early start

Long drive but worth it to see that amazing view of the sunrise and mist over the mountain. The lava stone area is also a awesome experience. Excellent driving by Mangku to the mountain base and in the jeep by Putra to the mountain top.

A favourite experience and must do!

Absolutely loved doing this tour and definitely worth the early wake up. The sunrise was absolutely stunning and the experience is my favourite so far in Bali. Thank to my driver Pak Sentana who was so kind and patient with waiting for me and my friend to finish our activities and also to have lunch where he recommended and waited for us kindly. Thank you to our Jeep driver Mas Jo who was so lovely and we had the best time with him taking our photos and making our morning so fun (and thank you for serenading us with your singing). A must do when in Bali!!!!

Exceptional Mt Batur experience

Sentana was our driver to Mt Batur pick up point and we had a wonderful experience. He very responsive and punctual whenever we needed him to pick us up for our next destination. Jo was our Jeep Driver to the top of Mt Batur - he was helpful with any questions we had and and drove us without any issues at all. Would definitely recommend their services to others looking for a reliable driver for the day!

Jeep tour

Had the most amazing time and saw the most amazing views. They were absolutely breath taking. I sustained an injury to my foot causing me to miss out on the hike however ajik ngakan helped me out. He called his boss and they were able to put me onto the jeep tour instead of the trek. I am forever grateful for this once in a lifetime opportunity.

Kadek is an awesome, kind and friendly driver. I’ve booked him for this tour and for also private tour/sight seeing around Bali. I first met him in 2022 when he showed us to many sites in Bali including temples, rice terraces and for water sports. I had an incredible experience for sunrise experience at Mount Batur, thanks to our amazing tour guides, Gokong and Bulan. Their expertise and friendly made the journey both enjoyable and memorable. Gokong's deep knowledge of the mountain and the local area added an enriching layer to the experience. He also very good in taking photo! This is a plus point haha Bulan was incredibly supportive and attentive, ensuring that everyone in the group felt comfortable and safe throughout the car ride from our villa to starting point. Reaching the summit of Mount Batur at sunrise was an unforgettable experience, and I couldn't have asked for better guides. We had a very good trip with our driver Braden. He is a very kind and smiling person and it was good to enjoy the trip with him ! Braden drives very well and show us the best spots. He also takes very beautiful pictures. The view was very beautiful. I recommend this activity !

Wonderful experience

At 3 am Wijaya the taxi driver picked us up by our hotel in Ubud, he was perfect on time and drove us to basecamp near Mt. Batur. There we met Indriya the Jeep driver. He gave us the tour on Mt. Batur and the lava fields. It was an amazing tour with beautiful sights. Indriya also makes very nice pictures that are included.

Very memorable Trip to Mount Batur

We had a online pick and a safe and excellent drive from our driver and guide cahya.He was a localite and explained everything to us and even shared some local stories He was proactive enough to give us tea/coffee and breakfast. Safe and Instagram-worthy (without the awkward poses)

Our driver, Angga, was patiently waiting for us at 2am outside our accommodation. He drove with care and got us there early. After which, we got on-board the jeep with Kadek. He manoeuvred the jeep along the bumpy trail up Mt Batur with skill and we knew we were in good hands. He also took beautiful photos us - most of them done in our natural moments without any awkward poses. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Loved the tour the sunrise view was amazing. We got picked up in the morning by our driver Wi, he was the best. Never felt so safe before with a driver in Bali, he drove really well. Same with our Jeep driver Jero :) We would definitely book the tour with them again !

I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a tour guided by jero kadek arcana and I must say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. He came to pick us up on time and we spend almost 9 hr together and made sure our journey unforgettable. Highly recommend him for Mount Batur Jeep tour. Jeep sunrise tour

We had ajik pick us up on time from our villa, such a nice man. Very polite! Took us to mt batur for the jeep sunrise adventure. The sunrise was good, no clouds to ruin it but the hill gets quite full. Approx 200 jeeps are on it so prepare for crowds. We asked ajik to stop for us to get fresh fruit on the way to coffee plantations and he found the best one for us! He was a great driver and would have him again for anything! Thankyou for the day!

We spontaneously decided to take a jeep tour up Mt. Batur to see the sunrise. To gain as much experience as possible, we combined this with a tour to the lava fields, a waterfall and a coffee plantation. The very first meeting with our driver, named Wi, was super relaxed and very courteous. We quickly felt very welcome and set off for Mt. Batur at 3am. Once there, we were met by a really friendly and non-intrusive team and got to know our jeep driver Joe. He drove us up the mountain and despite a technical breakdown, Joe and his contacts provided us with a replacement jeep and a really great experience. Joe is also a very relaxed and friendly driver who told us something about the history of the vulkano. Unfortunately we had a cloudy sunrise, but it was also really nice. After that we visited the waterfall and the plantation with Wi and were able to learn a lot from WI about the culture of Bali, as he, like Joe, speaks very good English. It was a great experience and we would do it again and again. The two drivers make you feel like you're not a stranger at all and give you a warm welcome. In my opinion the prices are good and fair (a bit less then the other hosts) . I am thrilled! Both drivers are highly recommended! Sent Greetings from Germany Carsten

100% worth the Early start

A very early morning start, though 100% worth it. GOKONG was our lovely Jeep guide for the sunrise and black sand tour. Highly recommend him as a guide; especially for the photos he took for us - incredible.

Magical sunrise at Mount Batur

The trip was amazing. Driver took us up and found a spot among the crowded jeeps at the top of Mount Batur. The photos videos, and camera angles taken for us were creative and looks great! The natural lights from the sunrise was captured, and the photos turned out awe-inspiring. Very very professional. There was also some light breakfast served at the top of the mountain.

Excellent service from Putu , Kadek & Mangku

5- excellent. Putu,Kadek and mangku were serving us and their service are excellent. They are patience . Kadek and Mangku are driving the jeeps to the summit. They helped to find very good spot for seeing sunrise. Along the way they also introduced us the area of black lava and how it was formed. and taking care of my old parents, serving us breakfast. They helped us take good photos at both sunrise and at black lava. Driver Putu picked and sent us to n forth the hotel and a site at coffee plantation for jungle swing . Along the way, all of us are hungry for lunch and Putu gave us very good recommendations and drive us there . Lastly, as we are along the way bypassing Ubud street , Putu brought us a short walk at the Ubud street ! I am especially thankful to Putu . Our trip supposed to end after the coffee plantation and straight to hotel . But Putu went the extra miles ( just nice he is free in the afternoon ) to bring us to a good place for lunch just because we are hungry and brought us to Ubud because we mentioned we did not see go before despite 2 times in bali .

Excellent jeep tour

Took the jeep tour up the volcano. Kadek was an amazing driver and so friendly. He’s happy to have a chat, ask you questions and get to know you. All in all, really great experience.

Amazing experience

Amazing trip and service from the team. Our driver Melta was on time and we had a nice chat on both journeys. Our 4wd driver Nyman Anga took us to the sunrise and to see the black lava. He was always helpful and took some great pictures of us on the jeep. A very pleasant service including the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this experience. Mt. Batur Jeep Tour

The whole trip was amazing! Got picked up from the hotel on time, had a comfortable journey with Gusty to the location of the jeeps. Felt really safe and looked after by him the entire time. Braden was our Jeep driver and he was really lovely, sharing his knowledge and chatting with us, making us feel comfortable the entire time, and he also took loads of great photos for us. Both Gusty and Braden made the trip super comfortable and fun!
