Great 6 hour Tour!

Scott was very easy to work with before we arrived in Sydney, helping plan our tour. Very knowledgeable about history and local areas. Extremely flexible tour. He even stopped at pharmacy for us to get supplies for cruise. Then dropped us off at Fish Market for a great lunch (his recommendation). Great way to see and learn about Sydney. Would highly recommend Scott and his services!

A wonderful welcome!

Our family enjoyed a great day with Scott showing us the highlights of beautiful Sydney. (Unfortunately, none of us want to leave and return home to the US now.) A true “local,” Scott was extremely knowledgeable and informative about everything we could think of. To our surprise, we bumped into him the next day at a water ferry terminal! If this is your first trip to Sydney, I would strongly encourage booking a tour with this outfit!

Great day in Sydney

We had a great day on our tour of Sydney. Scott showed us great views from the harbor bridge, and we had a spectacular lunch at the Fish market. This tour was a great way to learn about the history of the city while seeing all of the sights. we particularly like that the tour was tailored to what we wanted to learn about. We will definitely recommend this tour to our friends when they come to visit Sydney.

Spectacular Sydney

Sydney is a beautiful city, and Scott is the absolute best tour guide to help you experience all it has to offer. His knowledge, quick wit, and kindness will make any tour he does your favorite. I never write reviews but felt compelled to share. He will make it a truly custom tour and you will smile and laugh your way around this amazing place.

Amazing, personalized, fun, comfortable in the car, great local knowledge

I spoke to Scott on the phone and he got a feel of who we are and what we were after in out tour. When Peter our tour guide picked us up we were met with a bright, bubbly, knowledgeable tour guide. We learnt so much on our tour and saw some amazing places. Peter pointed us in the right direction for lunch and his recommendation did not disappoint!! My Husband and I loved our tour so much we would defiantly use Scott again. We loved looking around the Rocks precinct, getting to Manly beach, some amazing lookouts, going down Kings Cross and finishing up at Bondi Beach where we did the Bondi to Tamarama walk. all in all a 10 out of 10 day!!

Scott is the best!

I moved to Sydney and my mom came with me to help me get settled. We decided to do this tour to get to know the area better and Scott showed us a little of everything- exactly what we wanted! I’m so grateful that he catered the tour to fit exactly what I needed. He knows so much history about the city as well which makes the whole thing so fun and entertaining. It was an amazing introduction to Sydney and Australia in general, I don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t have him introduce me to everything. A very kind man, and knows exactly what he is doing!

Incredible Guide!!

This was one of the best city tours we have ever taken thanks to Scott. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about Sydney, we sincerely appreciated his willingness to accommodate us in several ways. Since we had just arrived after a very long flight the day before we asked for a late start (10:30) which made the day much more enjoyable. We also needed some adjustments to the usual itinerary because my husband was dealing with a medical issue and extensive walking would have been difficult for him. Scott adjusted the program beautifully on both counts. He managed to hit all of the highlights of the area in a very short period without us ever feeling rushed and I can't recall a single question he couldn't answer. He is a wonderful listener which is essential for a great guide. I should also say that his vehicle is first class--clean, spacious and comfortable. We can't thank him enough for such an amazing experience! If we return to Sydney, we would definitely call him again.

Sydney from a Local's Eye View

In October, four Los Angelenos took a Sydney 6 Hour Tour with Scott, and we had a great time. Scott met us promptly and cheerfully. Even though we must have looked quite a fright, four of us fresh off the Darwin plane, held together with spit and coffee, Scott was friendly and understanding. We had barely any time to get a grip on another world metropolis before we were headed to New Zealand-- and Scott was up for the challenge. Scott was a safe driver and a good listener. When we told him what sort of sights interested us, he knew the perfect spots at once. Outdoor, musical-historical art installation-- perfect! Driving around the opera house-- just the thing! Lunch at a boating club, taking in beautiful Bondi Beach-- delightful. The entire time, Scott told us about the city, the character of the people, and what it's like to live there. We learned about our southern neighbors and got to thinking about the world in a new way-- and that's indispensable when it comes to traveling. Scott was a terrific driver who turned a brief Sydney stop into a special, scenic day. We would recommend him most highly.

BEST TOUR EVER !!!!

Did we luck out??? I did no research because at the last minute needed a private day tour. Scott picked us up, crammed so much luggage in his beautiful Range Rover and off we went. He had us get out and walk, took the best picture of our entire trip and had us experience the sights and sounds of Sydney. He was flexible and adapted as the day went on. Honestly, will now only, try to find private guides like him because he made the experience so good. Worth the money for sure !!!!!

Scott was born and raised in Sydney and knows his city very well. He really personalizes the tour to fit each person. We got a wonderful overview of the city and he took us to some fansatic locations. We loved our lunch on beautiful Bondi Beach and the fantastic photo ops we got around the area.

Wonderful Overview of Sydney

We had opted for the scenic tour as my traveling companions love to take photos. We got a lovely tour of the different areas of Sydney, had a great lunch at Bondi Beach. Our guide, Scott, was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to any special requests. I do recommend this tour because you can easily contour it to your interests.

Best tour guide vver

In 30 years of travelling, have never experienced a guide as superb as Scott. We visited everything worth seeing and some. He has supeior communicative skills and involves each participant. His knowledge of Sydney was stupendous.

Scott is your guide to Sydney!!!

We count ourselves lucky that we spent the day was such a wonderful guide. We took a 14 day cruise after our three days in Sydney and still feel our day with Scott was the best day of our vacation. Scott’s enthusiasm and love of his city and country were evident throughout the tour. He is fun, laid back and a natural story teller. Our family of four circumnavigated Sydney all while sitting comfortably in a large SUV. Plenty of water was on board plus a great recommendation for lunch at Manly Beach made for a relaxing day for us while Scott did all the driving. He even went out of his way to find a few bags of frozen peas at a local shop after a family member took a nasty fall early in the day. His concern was so touching, and the detour necessitated by this minor accident didn’t bother him in the least. As it turned out we had previously scheduled a Viator tour for the next day to the Blue Mountains as I was unaware Scott also provided guided tours there. Big mistake! We were promised and paid extra money for a “Small Group Tour.” The only thing small was the bus. Twenty of us were crammed like sardines into a tiny bus with no leg room, no overhead shelving and no room for jackets or small bags. One lady even had to sit with her legs folded against her chest because her seat was over the tire well! It would have actually been more comfortable and cheaper to be on the bigger bus with forty+ people. In hindsight we wished we could have booked with Scott instead.

Best guided tour Ever!

This private tour around the Sydney iconic stops, the beaches, the neighborhoods, and the coastal line was absolutely amazing! Scott (owner/guide) made it all about us and our interests. He told the history of Sydney and had fascinating stories. Highly recommend this tour, it is the best of Sydney and more. After this tour you will feel like you’ve experienced it all!

Excellent Service!

We did an all-day tour of Sydney (including 2-hour neighborhoods option) last month with Scott on the first day of the Vivid Festival. Scott was informative, kind, and extremely patient with our two young children (aged 4 and 5), and even made time for them to enjoy an amazing playground for 45 minutes. Not only did we get to see some off-the-beaten path spots that we would not have otherwise been able to see, he also rearranged his schedule to drop us off in Manly so that we could experience the ferry back to Sydney. A great day! I highly recommend this company for a tailor-made experience in Sydney.

Nice introductory tour

This was a good introductory tour of Sydney. We went to the beaches and completed a drive around Sydney to accustom ourselves with the city. We stopped at some local hide a ways that only the locals knew about. We also stop at a local sea food shop for some fish and chips. Sea food shop not so good. Good tour to get acquainted with Sydney.

Wow! Fantastic tours with Scott Ricketts

Our party of 6 spent two days touring Sydney and the Blue Mountains with Scott. We had a great time. Scott is very knowledgable and has found many unique stops for us. We learned so much of the rich history of Sydney. Our 2nd day was the Blue Mountain tour. Kangaroos! kookaburra! Scenic world and the best meat pie I have ever eaten at Megalong Valley tea room and a wonderful privte wine tasting at Dryridge winery, we had a lot of laughs with Scott. You won’t go wrong booking his tours.

Such a wonderful tour!

We had a fantastic time on our tour of Sydney! Bianca picked us up at the airport and tailored our tour to see exactly what we wanted, including starting at the cutest coffee shop at the beach. Amazing beaches, sights and hidden spots she had found...she was so sweet and so knowledgeable! We would definitely do this again.

Great overall tour of Sydney!

Our group of 8 from TX and CA throughly enjoyed our private 6 hour tour of Sydney. The highlight of our tour was our tour guide, Scott, who is so knowledgeable of Sydney. Scott showed us all the highlights and was so accommodating to our group on a very hot day in Sydney. All of our group have traveled extensively and thought thought that Scott was the best or one of the best tour guides we have ever had! Would highly recommended this tour!

Relaxed yet informative city tour with Scott

We booked a 6 hour private tour with Scott in the upgraded vehicle,( we had four passengers and 4 suitcases to fit in). Scott met us at the airport and the following six hours were a pleasure. He tailored our tour to our needs and really showed us around. We had fun and lots of laughs along the way. He pointed out heaps of places to see and things to try while we were in Sydney and we did just that!! God - we loved the pork and fennel sausage rolls. mmmm..!! Fantastic City tour with Scott

We booked a 6 hour private tour with upgraded vehicle for our first full day in Sydney. Scott was fantastic and clearly loves his city and loves what he does. His knowledge and ability to share it in a pleasant and enjoyable way made for a great introduction to Sydney for our family of four. Scott showed us a great mix of local gems and must-see tourist stops and was able to give us a brief history on everything we were seeing. He took the time to think about what we were interested in, and made sure to tailor our tour around those things. Scott made it fun for the kids and mixed in enough stops to stretch our legs at all the right times. I highly recommend this tour, and only wish I had booked our Blue Mountains tour through Scott as well.

Great Day!

We only had one full day to see the highlights of Sydney. Peter with Your Sydney Guide was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and fun. Sydney is a beautiful city, Peter showed us so much more than we expected. He even picked us up from the airport! This is the perfect way to see Sydney. He helped us out with restaurant suggestions too!
