Elegant Dining Experience at Infinity in the Sydney Tower

Fabulous experience above Sydney! Clear night and beautiful views. Food and service top grade. 2 recommendations-- need to better explain location (eg 4th floor of the tower at the Infinity eye). There are several restaurants on multiple floors so it is a little confusing as to where to go and I dont believe info is on the voucher. Also, restaurant needs to allow doggie bags. Overall, however, a wonderful evening that I hope to repeat the next time I am here.

The views from the Infinity Dinner were extraordinary. The food was interesting and different from anything I have ever tried but it was a nice experience. Service was great !!

They gave the wrong address!!!!

I rated the restaurant 5 stars on Google. It was fantastic. I rate the Viator ticket for this restaurant 1 star. I’d rate it zero or negative stars if I could.just buy on they restaurant’s website and skip this app. The calendar invite Viator sent me , the email confirmation, the email reminder, and the in-app ticket all have a link to directions to the place. Whether you use the link to take you to Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze (it offers all three options), all the maps show you directions to 295-301 Castlereigh. Which is across the street from a completely differing tall building with an observation deck. And a 12 minute walk from Westfield tower. That is just inept, and not something a typical tourist would understand. Luckily the WORDS on the ticket say “Westfield Tower”, so I was able to figure it out. But that made me 15 minutes late for my reservation. Luckily also I’m healthy and can walk fast. But what if I were elderly or disabled? And what if the restaurant was busier (which it often is) and I lost my reservation? Did I say how inept Viator is for this?

Don’t Miss This One

The views were breathtaking !! The subtle rotation was barely, felt, but made for magnificent views of the Australian skyline! Service was excellent. Food was great too! 5 star experience!! Would highly recommend for a unique experience! My server was Marten and he was very attentive to my table for ONE!

Tea at the tower

Well worth it. Views are amazing and food and service very good. Get there for sundown and watch the city change from day to night.

Awesome venue and food

Awesome venue and food! We booked in Jan. at 7:00pm so that we were able to see the view in daylight, dusk and night - which was perfect! Drink-wise, if you like Negroni’s, highly recommend theirs! It did take a few minutes to get used to the revolving, equilibrium-wise, but after that, all was OK. One thing of importance to note, is that your entrance to the sky tower and restaurant is on the right side of the building (if you’re facing the building) and not through the office building. You then need to take the elevator to R5 and once there, you will see a reception desk who will check you in. You will then go through security and put in the elevator that will take you up to the restaurant.

Brilliant!

This was an amazing evening, great food and service with a great opportunity for photos at night of Sydney from the tower. All in all I would highly recommend this.

Spectacular Views and Food

This was absolutely amazing!! The service, ambiance and food were outstanding. But the 360° views were incredible. We saw the sunset and watched as the city slowly came to life at night. Definitely put this on your must-do list.

More expensive than expected

It was a beautiful evening but please remember that the charges add up on top of your Viator booking. Charge for water! Also a 10% charge just because we at on Sunday!

Once in a lifetime experience. Especially at sunset

Once in a lifetime experience! Choose the time of sunset and it’s amazing. You see the whole city first at daylight, then the burning sky and then the night lights. The food is great and the stuff are carrying and helpful. They asked if we are celebrating and when we said we are visiting the city they peppered a Welcome dessert. Great value for money . Perfect for romantic dinner

Wonderful Experience & Outstanding Food & Service!!!

First of all the process of check in was very easy and smooth. You can see all of Sydney in 1 hour 10 minutes because the floor revolves. It was perfect and I enjoyed the ever changing views. The staff was friendly and prompt. The food was delicious. I had a four course meal but opted for the extra cost of the filet and potatoes. The appetizers were amazing as was the filet, potatoes and dessert. It was totally worth every penny I paid and more! I have done these tower lunches and dinners many times across the world however they never get stale. The only thing I will mention and it is very minor but....you can feel the floor ever so slightly jerk as it went around which bothered me a bit. I don't mind motion but the irregular jerking was not the best. (In fairness, the restaurant had been working on the floor when I got there, so maybe it was just the day I was there.)

One of best travel experiences I’ve had

I would give this a 5++++. The food was excellent, I mean excellent. We had the six course meal with wine at each course. Wine was great. The view was spectacular. A lot of things stood out, but the two servers were the most outstanding feature. Very engaging personalities. While this was a little pricey for our budget, it was worth every penny. One of the best travel experiences I have had in my long life. Don’t miss it.

Amazing views

Amazing views and great service, we enjoyed our evening at Infinity. I found the food very rich and four courses was a bit much, but my husband was fine!

Vegetarian overcooked slop

View was amazing, staff very polite and knowledgable about the food and drink. However the vegetarian eggplant was like baby food and tasted burnt, 2 mouthfuls is all I could manage. Waiter didn’t come and check us to see if all ok either. My husband upgraded to the steak and literally that’s what came not even a garnish. The dessert was lovely but literally 4 mouthfuls. Doing go with an empty tummy as it def won’t fill it.

Sydney Tower

Seeing the night city light from this high advantage point. The meal was done to perfection. The staff was amazing. You were not rushed durning your visit.

Phenomenal

I purchased the three-course lunch as part of my husband’s birthday present. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I thought it might be a little pretentious but I was wrong. Fantastic service and the team even brought out an extra dessert for my husband. Drinks were a little over-priced but I was expecting that.

Excellent experience

The food was excellent even for a fussy eater. (We went for the 6 course set menu). Views were great and service exceptional. Amazing experience from start to finish.

The view! The food! The atmosphere. I needed explained what most of the food was. I tried scallops, which were very good.

Stunning views matched with delicious food

We went during lunch on a weekday, so the restaurant was a bit more quiet, which gave us plenty of privacy. It was also raining, which I feel added to the view. The waiters were friendly, informative and efficient. They even asked us if we’d like a break between courses - amazing and considerate service. The food was amazing and so beautifully presented. We opted for the 4-course lunch, which was the perfect amount of food for us. As Sydneysiders, it was great to see our city from a new perspective. We highly recommend it!

Be aware!

the booking was easy. The time I wanted was available. We chose the 3 course meal. 3 adults 2 children. We arrived early and had the option to go up early, however that would have eaten into our 2 hours, and we wanted to see the sunset. This was a great idea and we enjoyed the view and sunset. The food was very very pricey, for what we recieved. It was a total dissapointment for the kids. Honestly they recieved a dessertspoon full of ice cream, and that was it. I should have taken a photo. Also be very careful what they offer you. For someone who does not get out much, I did not realise the sparkling water was so expensive. The girl offered sparkling or tap water. The sparkling we had to pay $15 at the end of the night. The girl offered and was well aware we had purchased the meal and were not interested in paying for any more. My friend payed as he had bought a coffee and it was added on his bill. To top all of this off, my daughter left her water bottle there. I contacted Viator as soon as we realised, and that was just as we got to the car via whatsapp. After 24 hours I chased up with them, I was given a phone number. I contacted that number and the lady said she will contact them and get back to me. My friend was travelling into the city on the following day, which was not ample time as it seems, for someone to contact/phone the staff and ask them to hold it or find it. It was just a water bottle a T2 one I recieved for xmas, but we had the resources to come and collect it. My advice is be very aware your meal will be very slim, especially the delicious ice cream for the kids. Check when people offer you anything incase you have to pay more. Check you have everything, as no one has the time or decency to contact you as it seems to me.

The food was delicious and the service was terrific. You can’t go wrong with the view and cocktails were yummy!

What a great experience!

Food was absolutely amazing! We also had no idea that the whole room moved around to circle the whole tower to see the entire view. It felt a little weird at first but we did get used to it. Our server was very friendly and accommodating on giving us ideas on how to get our money's worth which was much appreciated. But we did end up spending more to try something else and it was well worth it, we could not believe how great the food was!

Personnel au top mais cuisine médiocre

Nous voulions fêter l'anniversaire de ma grande fille à ce restaurant ayant eu une très belle expérience à celui de Toronto au Canada. Mais nous avons été déçu des le départ, le restaurant était petit, la vue belle mais sans plus, la cuisine médiocre... le poulet de ma fille de 4 ans avait un goût de lessive, les frites étaient des surgelés, nos plats étaient beaux mais n'avaient aucunes saveurs, c'était fades et sans goût... nous avons dû salé et poivré nos plats pour avoir un peu de goût... les desserts n'étaient pas bon du tout...Le seul point positif c'était le service impeccable et le personnel super efficace, professionnel et très agréable. Si la cuisine s'améliore j'y retournerai mais pour l'instant je ne le recommande pas.

Un régal dans l’assiette ( menu gastronomique en 6 plats préparé par un chef français ) et pour les yeux, vue panoramique au 88e étage et feu d’artifice car nous étions samedi ; accueil très sympathique par Sandro qui était à nos petits soins . Le bar au dessus est très accueillant également avec vue et dj . On a passé un merveilleux moment .

The attention and quality of the food and drinks was spectacular. High-end Australian wines. Not to mention the spectacular panoramic view of the city that you have from there. It is a place that cannot be missed on a visit to Sydney.

Un cadre raffiné avec une vue à 360• à apprécier de jour comme de nuit. Pour cela le service de 18h30 est parfait . Un chef français pour une cuisine fine et succulente et enfin une équipe aux petits soins ! Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux de notre presque compatriote de Martinique qui se reconnaîtra !

Ein toller Abend

Location war super. Obwohl es geregnet hatte, war die Aussicht klasse. Qualität des Essens war ausgezeichnet. Bedienung: sehr gut. Optional kann man sich Getränke dazu bestellen. Wasser (still oder mit Sprudel) war inklusive. Das Weinmenu (wir hatten das Australische) war gut, aber nicht überragend. Der Preis war jedoch mit AUD 100 happig. Etwas seltsam war eine Situation: Als ich nach dem Essen noch um Wasser bat, bekamen wir gechlortes Leitungswasser. Das hat zu dem restlichen Happening nicht gepasst, fast wie bei der Versteckten Kamera. Habe einmal höflich nachgefragt und sofort bekamen wir 2 neu Gläser und frisches Wasser. Wir haben uns davon den sonst tollen Abend nicht vermiesen lassen und konnten den Abend sehr genießen.
