Exceeded Expectations!

Amazing views, fabulous forest trails, animals everywhere, history, scenic skyway, scenic cableway and scenic railway were a nice addition. The breakfast was great, such a quaint restaurant with great service and delicious food. Lunch was so large and filling. A cute town, great restaurant with immediate service. Very good food. Our guide Mick was incredible. Clear communication and instructions, kept everyone on schedule and together. Mick shared information about the city coming and going. Information about the Blue Mountains, settlers, area and development. Last but not least the Featherdale Wildlife Park is so nice. Picture with a Kohala, feeding the animals and the staff there were so informative and friendly. This day trip was so much more than we expected. We really enjoyed it.

Amazing view and experience with an excellent guide

We had very good weather so the views were excellent. Sean's story telling was really adding to the trip and made the experience even better. The view at the peak of Blue Mountains and the silence was amazing. The wildlife park was exciting to see local Australian animals, good ending to the trip.

The best private day tour!

We did a private tour with Amy as our guide, she was amazing and we couldn't recommend her enough!! We got to see some amazing sites and Amy was really informative! We had the best family day, we highly recommend Blue Mountains Tours, Chapo even popped in to say hi at lunch which was really nice!

This was one of our most favorite excursions on a short holiday to Australia from The States. Our guide was a bit… odd, but we had a marvelous small group to share the day with. It was a lot of laughs and beautiful sights. Featherdale was my most favorite stop!! So fun!

Cherish this day forever

One of the best tours in Sydney with these guys. We looked at a few blue mountain tours, but this one came out top. Don't regret it at all. It was a tour we will never forget. Chapo and Shaun our guide were awesome. Chapo even came to say hello at breakfast which was a very nice touch. The whole day was planned very well. Shauns knowledge of Blue Mountain was impeccable, and we missed all the queues. Breakfast and lunch was good too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome!

What an excellent day. The guide, Mick, arrived on time with a lovely Mercedes passenger van. After a couple of stops picking up others (there were 7 of us total) Mick explained the day's agenda and took our breakfast and lunch food orders, then we headed off to the blue mountains. Everything about the day was great - the weather was excellent, the food was very good, scenic world was not crowded. The highlight for us was Featherdale - the koalas and kangaroos were amazing. The group of us bonded quickly and had a great time. I highly recommend this tour, it is well worth the price.

Blue mountain in Sydney

It was a last minute booking and surely it didn’t disappoint us, the tour owner (Chapo ) was very professional. Our tour guide Amy was wonderful. The restaurants and the food that was included in the tour was great. Will definitely recommend this tour company

Amazing!

We had an amazing time in this tour. Sean provided a lot of interesting facts along the way. Scenic world was great and we all had such a great time at the Wildlife Park feeding the kangaroo’s and looking at all the animals. Would highly recommend anyone visiting in the area to take this tour, it was beautiful!!

Fun-filled Australian Day with beautiful sights, all kinds of creatures, and lots of laughs

Amy was so welcoming and really brought the whole group together with her questions, stories, and humor. It was great to learn so much about Australia from her: the history, the slang, and the behind the scenes to the sights/food. Perhaps best of all was having an expert to take us through the day, removing the stress of logistics and figuring out where to be and where to go. We got to see the beautiful Blue Mountains from three vantage points, but also made a spur of the moment stop to a waterfall because she saw a flock of wild cockatoos to show us. The wildlife sanctuary is also a must visit to see all of the incredible animals Australia has to offer; it was great to go off on our own to spend time with the animals we wanted to. Amy made sure we had time to do what we wanted while ensuring we had the most fulfilling experience possible. The joy she brought to the day from even before we stepped on the bus is truly unmatched. I would definitely recommend this specific trip both for the activities and the people. Chap even stopped by for a quick hello at breakfast which was delightful. They have a great team!

Great guide and trip

An all around great experience! Amy was a fantastic guide and kept everyone laughing throughout the day. Nice way to see the mountains and some wildlife while remaining based in Sydney.

Nice tour

Mick was quite knowledgeable about the area and history. He was very safety conscious, and friendly. The tour was enjoyable. I wish we could have spent a bit more time hiking around on our own. The cafes that we stopped at for breakfast and lunch were great :)

Blue Mountain Toir

Mick, our tour guide, was amazing. He knew so much about the history of Australia and also shared Aboriginal mythology sic with us. At each stop he shared many interesting facts as well. We also met Grahm, the owner, who was very welcoming. The breakfast and lunch stops had great food. Overall, the tour was fantadtic

Great tour to Scenic World and Featherdale!

This was a great excursion from Sydney! They picked me up at my hotel, and made the travel arrangements. Amy was a great tour guide - she shared a lot of great information about thr places we were going, and did a great job keeping everyone engaged. She had the day structured well - we would drive about 4t minutes in between each activity. Breakfast was a delicious sandwich, and there were several choices for lunch. We were lucky - Scenic World was relatively empty, and we were able to stop and see the Three Sisters from a few vantage points. We ended at Featherdale, which included a feeding for the kangaroos. I would recommend the tour!

Loved every bit of it!

Fabulous tour. Meals were very good at local cute restaurants which was a pleasant surprise. Spectacular views throughout even on an overcast, rainy day & fun, interactive experience at the wildlife park. Incredibly well planned - our tour guide Amy was the best I’ve had on any tour. Easy to talk to, wonderfully funny, and went above & beyond with sharing her knowledge, fun facts, songs, and stories. Highly recommend!

Blue Mountains

This was a fun day to the Blue Mountains and Wildlife Park with our guide, Amy. She was full of informative facts of the area, a great storyteller, and best of all, a fun person. This tour took us through Sydney and out to the Blue Mountains, then back to Wildlife Park. The railcar ride provides you with a miner experience, and the cable car rides provide beautiful views. The stops for breakfast and lunch, both restaurants served good food. The wildlife park was fun as we got to hand feed kangaroos and see other wildlife up close. We would recommend this tour.

What a great day

This was such an amazing experience, I highly recommend any who are even thinking about it to just do it. We started off with breakfast at this cute place and it was absolutely delicious from there we went to the mountains and they were so beautiful we were able to stop and take so many great photos. Our driver/guide Mick was super awesome and very knowledgeable about everything. After the mountains and the sisters we were able to shop around this cute little town with great shops. At the wildlife park we got entry and a cup of kangaroo food, again was so much fun. The wallaby’s and kangaroos know those cups hot tip don’t hold the cup at your side or else they will grab it. All in all the day was so much fun and it’s a great tour I really recommend it.

Amazing Experience

Absolutely must go when it is your first time visiting Australia! It was me and my mom’s first time in Australia and it was amazing. We booked this tour hoping to see some scenery and the kangaroos and koalas and it definitely surpassed expectations! From the blue mountains, three sisters, echo point, and at the end getting to feed and pet Koalas and Kangaroos, this tour had everything all packed into one. The breakfast and lunch that the tour provides is great as well. I know how stressful it can be to try to plan everything but this made it convenient and really easy. Amy, our tour guide, is great! Very nice, friendly, and great to talk to. Definitely recommend!

Awesome experience

Had an excellent day out going to the Blue Mountains. It was fantastic not having to worry about organising breakfast or lunch as they were included in the tour. Chappo was an excellent tour guide as his knowledge was impressive.

A place not to be missed with an excellent tour company

This was an amazing day out . Sean the guide who took us for the day was excellent . Very informative and helpful. The places that we visited were wonderful and if you like fantastic views this is defiantly the place to go, we also had plenty of time at each stop. Friends went with different company on the day and their experience was not as good . Would highly recommend using this company .

We were visiting Sydney for a few days and wanted to visit the blue mountains but had never been before. We looked up blue mountains tours and were impressed with what it offered and the reviews. It didn't disappoint. We had a small group of 4 people and our tour guide Amy. The day was full of laughter, spectacular views and an opportunity to explore what the blue mountains had to offer. Lovely breakfast and lunch and great experiences included with great local knowledge from Amy. I would highly recommend Chappos tours and his great team. If you're lucky enough to get Amy tell her Rach and Mikey from Adelaide say hello. If you're not sure what tour to do Blue Mountains tours won't disappoint.

Excellent tour!

Excellent tour. Grant was friendly and engaging. And it was his birthday ! We got lucky, only 5 of us on the tour, so it was more intimate. Food was great, loved how it was all inclusive. Time was apportioned well. Was never rushed or felt like we had too much time. Thank you!

THIS TOUR IS A MUST DO! I was highly recommended to take this tour by someone else that recently also went on this tour. This was an absolute highlight to our Sydney experience! Shout out to our tour guide, Sean, that went above and beyond. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable on this outing but he also gave us some wonderful recommendations for the rest of our trip.

The tour is flat and boring. It was dragging. Pick up was late and no communication with us, I have to call them to check on the ETA.

We had a great day in Blue Mountains. Sean, our guide was amazing and is so knowledgeable about this area. You can tell he has a real passion to share his home with visitors. I highly recommend this tour!

Worth the money!

Experience was 10/10. Very accommodating to all levels of activity. Our tour guide Amy was delightful and made us laugh many times. The sites were absolutely beautiful and the animal park was just what we were looking for on our first trip to Australia. We were kept informed on what the next step was going to be throughout the day. We have been on two other trips with other companies since then, and this one was by far the best! Pro Tips: 1. Just realize that breakfast is not right away. You will drive about 40 min before the breakfast stop. Totally worth it, but feed the kids before you leave the hotel. 2. Don’t use your kangaroo food on the first section. Save most of your food for the “back of the park” with the bigger kangaroos.

Highly recommend - great guide and fun group experience

Our tour guide was absolutely amazing and experienced! He shared personal anecdotes about growing up at the Blue Mountains, history about the area & wildlife, and overall was great at facilitating inclusion across our small group of 10 passengers. My husband and I only had two full days in Sydney and am so glad we participated in this excursion! The wildlife park was so fun. The kangaroo food was sold out, but our guide had pre-purchased for our group. Very enjoyable experience!

Great day in Blue Mountains with Chapman Tours

We had an amazing day touring the Blue Mountains with Sean from Chapman Tours. The views were spectacular but Sean really made it great with his knowledge and experience in the area, plus he made it lots of fun. I highly recommend this tour and tour group.

Highlight of our holiday in Sydney!!

This tour was the highlight of our time in Sydney 🤩 Grant was THE BEST TOUR GUIDE EVER!! Began the day with a scrumptious breakfast stop on our way to the spectacular Katoomba Falls..further up the mountains to Echo Point for fantastic views of the Blue Mountains where we saw the 3 Sisters in all their glory 🤩.. then Scenic World where we rode the Skyway, Cableway and the world’s steepest railway!! Our lunch stop didn’t disappoint.. really good food accompanied by local Aussie beer😋 Visited Featherdale Wildlife Park in the afternoon and got to hand feed some Kangaroos and cuddle a Koala🥰 Throughout the day Grant gave us lots of info and made sure we were all enjoying the tour. Cannot recommend this tour highly enough to anyone planning on visiting the Blue Mountains!!

Go with Blue Mountain Tours

Blue Mountain tours without the crowds. Grant made sure we saw all the highlights of the blue mountains and a few extra spots. Breakfast and lunch were at great spots which also broke up the drive. His efficiency allowed us time to fit it all in. He was gracious in taking everyone’s photos along the way as well.

Fabulous day in the Mountains

Grant made sure our small group was on time and ahead of the crowds everywhere we went. His sense of humor, great driving, and knowledge of the area enhanced our experience. The meals were delicious and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend!!

Great trip with awesome scenery and guide

Earlymoring start when Shawn picked us up at the hotel. Was a total of 22 in our group which is exactly what the mino bus held. On way out Shawn was very informative about history and 3xplaing what was going to happen through out day. We traveled for about half way 45 mins or so before we stopped for a great bacon egg and cheese on a roll. Was very delicious. After that we went on to our first stop for the day at Echo pint. Just wow, the views were spectacular. We had a beautiful clear day but some wind blowing and was chilly. It is colder than down in Sydney but multiple degrees. We had ample time to look and get pictured. While we were there. Shawn went on to get out tickets for the gondola and incline train. That was our second stop, not very far at all from Echo point. If you don't like heights get in middle lol. Once on other side ravine we took next gondola down into valley and then had a beautiful walk to the incline railway which is a 53 degree(approximately)incline. Shawn talked about history and explained all while walking. The incline train back up was awesome experience and can set your bench in 3 different seat modes with cliff hanger being best position. WOW ow WOW is all can say, did video on way back up, only takes maybe 2 minutes get back up but long ways. We had time to look through gift shop on way out. After this we all boarded the bus again and headed to our lunch location which we had 4 meal options plus either wine soda or beer to be included with it. Again, another very good meal I had the Chicken Snitchel and a lager beer. We had approx 45 min there to eat and look around. Both stops had orders ahead of time and we're quick on getting food out to you. After eating we all boarded bus again and headed to the Animal sanctuary. They gave us 1 free cup of feed for feeding the wallaby and kangaroos which was neat experience to be in there with them and petting them. There was all a farm animal section with goats and few other things that can go into and feed. They also have a koala experience which you pay to get pictures. We had a group of 3 and all in pict at once while touching the Koala it was approx 30 Australian dollars total and came with 3 pics that they took in nice little binder. Was worth it as pictures looked great. We had approx 1.5 hours there before we loaded back up and headed back to the hotel and arrived back around 430PM. This over all was an experience that I would do again as all was amazing to see and having Shawn as our driver and guide was icing on the cake. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Don’t Miss This Tour

We loved the small group, the historical and personal information shared, breakfast and lunch were delicious and in such quaint spots, and the wait times were very minimal. I would highly recommend this tour if you don’t want to be standing in line waiting for others.

Fabulous tour!

Our guide kept us ahead of the big tour groups. It was a fabulous tour, outstanding food, and enough breaks so we weren’t sitting in a bus for extended periods of time.

We were a group of 20 who went on a day tour with Blue Mountain Tours. We had a wonderful day, crammed full of as much as we could see in a full day. Jason, our driver/guide, did a great job with commentary while we were driving and describing what we were seeing, going to see and did see at our stops. AMAZING!

The Blue Mountains Tours is an excellent operator from the moment you booked your tour up to end of the tour. Well-managed, the owner is hands-on and our guide, Jason, was excellent. It was a full-day trip that started early in the morning but Jason kept it informative and fun and it was well-paced. We didn’t feel rushed and had enough time to enjoy every stop. Blue Mountains offers many stunning and breathtaking view and we were blessed with good weather during our visit so it was even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this company and this tour. Excellent.
